Lovely hot tea pot of fresh tea and the jam in the toastie is delicious

Thank you to Zara and the team, we drove an hour to have the Boston breakfast.

The most delicious food (the mexican egss and ice lattes are particularly good and unique). Fast and practical service, as well as an amazing efficient way of paying. One of the best cafe dining experiences I have had in a long time!! 10/10 recommend

Lovely warm and friendly place, down a side street so unless you know it’s there you could miss a treat. Very good menu from breakfast to lunch (apparently the hash browns with a dip are delicious). Had the Eggs Royale, very tasty and very filling for £11.95.

Very expensive for small portions of food .

I can only recommend this place. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It’s rare that everybody is so nice. We were there with two dogs and kids and nothing was a problem. The food is also delicious 🙂

Me and my wife an our puppy kinnie went here today for lunch for the 2nd time and had another great service and great food and atmosphere, very welcoming. Think we'll be regulars.

Love the steam punk feel to the place and diner-like atmosphere. The menu merges new and old to achieve a few more healthy options. Well cooked and great service so will go again.

A really lovely brunch had. Everything tasted amazing, service was excellent! It's all very clean amd tidy. Waiting time is next to nothing. I have been in a few times and everytime it's the same!. Boston Tea Party won't disappointed you. All staff are really welcoming and friendly. Abbie served me today (so friendly) and made my coffee which was excellent! It's also a very spacious, welcoming place to be...Lovely vibes. Would very highly reccomend Boston Tea Party.

Very clean and courteous,friendly staff. Our food was great and easy to use our table QR code system. The options are plenty as are the drinks too, the atmosphere is special and it's so obvious that we will visit again, and let our family and friends know to make sure they fit in a breakfast/brunch or just a drink!!!! The most expensive mean £12 breakfast I've .purchased in the area over the last 4 years. Dried.cured bacon is for chefs advantage leaving the customer chewing the equivalent of cardboard. How you like your one egg is crumberly or leave it. even at £12 not a hash brown in sight More in Harvey's for £8.89 or £5.60 in Wether -spoons with coffee! Hallo new manager.

Boston Tea Party in Chichester is a really great to place to go if you’re a (new) Mum on your own, or in a group. It’s spacious, so lots of room for prams, always clean, has lots of high chairs, good changing facilities and is breastfeeding friendly. I’ve gone in there lots of times when I’m out for a walk and need a nice place to feed my little one or change him and grab a drink or bite to eat. The staff are always super friendly, especially the lady who I assume is the Manager with red hair, she’s always so nice and welcoming! Thoroughly recommend and it’s been a haven for me while on maternity leave. Thank you so much :)

This place has such a lovely atmosphere, very welcoming and very dog friendly! The food is lovely (I had the pesto and mushroom toastie) and the staff are so friendly and chatty if you want that! Staff are really friendly and attentive. The poached eggs are amazing. Never had a bad meal but can get super busy and loud.

Not too good today, I know it was busy but an hour’s wait for food is not really acceptable. And not sure the sausage was cooked properly, or was past its sell by date, but I now feel like throwing up.

The most consistent breakfast spot in Chichester, food is wonderful and the service is top tier! Been coming here for a couple of years now and I can't fault it. Yes it gets busy at times, but it's a popular place, but if you get in early enough for breakfast it's perfect.

Just off the main drag of East street there is the amazing eatery. I was doing a bit of shopping and I had popped round to the printers when leaving I noticed the BTP only on closer inspection did I realise it was serving food. I had a bacon butty and a coffee , welcomed with a smile very pleasant staff and really good food will definitely go back.

Been coming here for a couple of years, it's become my regular. Staff are absolutely wonderful, can't fault them. Food is great, very consistent, never had any issues. Ever. It can get busy, as it accommodates everyone. But if you get in early for breakfast (like I do) it's my favourite place in Chichester

I visited here on Tuesday 10th December with my family and our dog for a birthday lunch. We went greeted with a smile and all the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly. My children needed changes to their meal when ordering (as they are neurodiverse) and the guy taking the order was super helpful and clarified what it was that was wanted. As a vegan family it was nice to have options and also it's great to bring the dog along too! Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Great venue. Lots of space for prams and dog friendly. Since the new manager joined, things have been really consistent and the product is also very good quality.

Really enjoy going to BTP. The staff are all lovely, the food is tasty and quick and I love the coffee!

Had a super lovely lunch here yesterday when passing through Chichester, and now we know it is there we would certainly return! Lovely food, really excellent staff and really nice vibe in general. Highly recommend.

We have two very young children and this is always our go-to place for eating out with them. The kids menu is fab, there is always colouring and books to keep them entertained and never any judgement on the noise and mess we bring..!

Randomly went here after walking past the place on a Saturday lunchtime. Place was busy, so thought it must be good. Ordered 3 classic burgers, 1 boss burger and enchiladas. Food came out pretty quickly, was very tasty and the staff were great. Recommended.

My first time eating here and I was impressed apart from dogs. Sorry not a dog lover when I'm eating out. Sausage muffin was delicious and breakfast tea was lovely. Proper tea in a teapot. Staff friendly and quick service. Toilets clean and loved the added touch of hand lotion. Will definitely be back.

This is my go to hangover breakfast place. Coffee is good and the waters on tap. Pay at the table. Place is bright, open and stylish. So much to enjoy. Would love if these guys did some evening events. Also negative, clean those limescale stains off the water jugs!

Great experience, really relaxed atmosphere and not too crowded. Toys and colouring for the kids combined with great food made it a really enjoyable and relaxing breakfast with the whole family

My daughter was very impressed with her double cheese toastie and chips. The fact that she got a homemade lemonade and babycino included in the price was great! My food was also tasty! Pancakes with yoghurt compote. Yum! Service was very good, very friendly staff. A smiley and chatty tall man greeted us at the door and seated us. Ordering at the till was simple and then a young girl, I believe her name was Isabel served us. She was extremelly kind and bubbly. Overall the atmosphere was cheery and warming. I have been here several times now and will always return. It's definitely my go to cafe in Chichester. value for money, great service and about all delicious food! 😋

Very good menu that will cater for all diets. The hash browns are to die for. Amazing staff and your dog will get cuddles too. A bit hidden away and at times a bit too busy for my liking but that's not a negative at all. Hope for many happy busy years for BTP!

Loved it here. Food was so good. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Jen greeted us with a lovely warm smile and was so helpful. The atmosphere is really nice and it’s lovely clean and tidy. Staff are around clearing and asking if all is ok.

Certainly very child and dog friendly and has pleasant ambience. However, after placing our order, we sat and watched while several customers who arrived after us were served their meals. Eventually after 30 minutes We buttonholed the waiter who went off to find out and came back saying "it is just being prepared" but with no explanation. He brought our meal a couple of minutes later but again no explanation or apology, until I complained. Chichester is full of decent eateries, this one needs to buck its ideas up.

Great food. Highly recommend the chorizo hash! Speed of service is spot on and the customer service is fab. Especially Dean!

Lovely food and quick friendly service

Went at 11am and there was lots missing from the menu. I panic ordered something at the till when my first choice wasn't available and when it arrived ages later it was raw and smelt really unpleasant. I left most of it. Staff nice but service very slow - waited a while for drinks and food. First experience of a BTP and won't be rushing back. 1 star for the avocado iced coffee which was very good.

8 of us met here for a colleague’s leaving do. We all really enjoyed our food and it was very relaxed and we all had a lovely time. The staff were all cheerful and quick to respond to requests. I would totally recommend it for groups and family’s too.

The cuisine here is unmatched and the coffee is lovely. Loved the fact you can just order for yourself saves having to split the bill. The Mexican eggs in particular were delicious.

Been here about 8-9 times over the past couple of years normally breakfast time, can’t fault it at all, good food, great friendly service & always very clean.

Such a lovely place. Friendly and welcoming staff, fast service and great food. Bonus points for being pet friendly and kids friendly. They even have a corner for children’s toys.

Once again we have had another wonderful breakfast! The staff are attentive. The food is flavourful. My favourites are the hogs pudding and the hash brown!

6 adults and a greyhound went for brunch on Sunday. The front facing staff were all lovely and the place was very dog friendly. However they missed one of the drinks and then took 55 minutes to bring the food. There was no communication about the delay. They did apologise and give us a round of drinks but we wouldn’t have been having them if we hadn’t waited so long. Very frustrated when we’d paid a service charge up front in good faith. When the food came it was decent without being outstanding. Hash browns were overcooked as were the poached eggs on one of the breakfasts. I accept we probably hit a busy period (although there were some free tables) but the lack of communication was poor and I’m really grateful we didn’t have small children with us

Absolutely amazing. I really do not want to say how good they are as it will bring in the masses. Family friendly, dog friendly and breast feeding friendly with fabulous staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here yet.

Lovely as always! Staff here always have a friendly chilled vibe, it's soothing. It can get very busy here, but this afternoon was quiet with perhaps only eight-ish tables being used. Food is always so tasty, with a really nice range for meaty types, veggie types and vegan types. We had the cheese and pickle toasty, and the vegan muffin, both fab. Cherry blondie from the counter was yummy. Thanks so much guys!

Lunchtime on a Saturday, restaurant was busy with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Food was delicious, we had the veggie hash and a classic burger, came out quick and hot. Drinks were also nice, definitely recommend the lemonade slushy, really refreshing.

My favorite place to stop for a break. Great atmosphere. Lots of space. Even dogs and buggies are welcome and have room. One of the best things about coming here is the staff. Today (around 1pm) they were seriously understaffed, but gave no hint of being overwhelmed and kept on top of things. The manager needs a medal. What a superstar.

I usually come here with my little boy and mum friends after a very hectic playdate. It is a lovely place to unwind, eat, and drink coffee. The food and drinks are always up to very high standards and the atmosphere is always lovely. The staff are very welcoming and are always smiling. Highly recommend

Down a side street so nice to escape from the hustle and bustle. Dog friendly with water bowls. Crayons and colouring for the kids, books for the grown ups. Blueberry pancakes were great.

Lovely airy bright cafe, unpretentious, warm welcome, friendly staff. Delicious smoked salmon / avocado / eggs. Highly recommend.
