Stumbled across the Escapist and very glad we did. The draft beers were absolutely superb and backed up with an excellent selection of cans. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you like craft beer this is a must visit bar.

Great little taproom just off North Street that serves a selection of craft beers. Friendly place with a bring-your-own-food setup. The focus is on providing an ever-changing selection of great quality beer - from the Escapist's own local brewery and from other breweries.

.. to fond this craft beer bar which also serves its own brewed beers ! The three we tried were all very well made. A small place just off the main street but well worth supporting.
