Delicious, nutritious food with a friendly smile. I highly recommend this family run restaurant, a short walk away from Butlins for those families looking for a healthy meal.

Nice cup of coffee and right by the sea

Hidden away little cafe by Barnham Windmill. Really polite and friendly table service. We only went there for a coffee and cake. Both were very good.

Lovely spot for breakfast and a takeaway sandwich for lunch on the South Downs Way. They opened promptly at 9, were super friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious with scrambled egg and avocado and a sausage and bacon sarnie then two takeaway sandwiches for lunch. Great selection of cakes too.

The new bistro evenings at Harriet’s are fantastic! Great food and drinks and excellent friendly service. The steak, salmon and the chicken mains were seriously delicious last night (as were the chips and new potato sides). It’s a must try in Rustington and can’t reccomend enough.

Paid another visit to this delightful cafe. The staff are/were very polite and helpful, the toasted sandwiches were delightful and we stayed for cake. Would definitely recommend the gluten free coconut cake, soft moist and fresh. Would have had seconds but we had the last piece. Would highly recommend a visit 💚

So overpriced for what you get, average ham and cheese sandwich for £9.95 , no sides just a blob of coleslaw and some green leaves. You would pay less in Harrods if not the same for something far superior. Honestly don’t mind paying it if it’s decent quality, but it wasn’t. Atmosphere in there was good but service very bland nothing special. You could tell they didn’t want to serve us. Completely ripping off tourists and visitors , I live down the road but had a friend down who wanted to visit the castle.

Called into the Grub and Gumtion for morning coffee served a good blend of coffee and a range of cakes and pastries friendly service inside and outside seating I was impressed with the outside tables that had been refurbished from large cable reels a solid construction well worth a visit

Been here a few times on my monthly visits to Butlins, this afternoon I knew exactly what I wanted (so created my own breakfast) and gave the young lady my list to save her writing it down, it was...3 fried bread, 2 eggs, tinned tomatoes, 2 bacon, 2 sausages and a beef burger, I asked for it all to be served on the fried bread and it was as amazing as I expected, cooked and placed on the bread with perfection. This really is a proper gem of a café, always clean even when it's really busy and you're always greeted & served with a smile. Keep up the good work. See you next month when I'm back at Butlins.😘.

Lunch with friends in this charming cafe with a lovely menu. I had the moules frites which was amazing, my friends had the scampi and the vegan burger. Very generous portions and delicious food served in a trendy relaxed environment in a prime spot by the river. Staff were lovely, food was fresh and served quickly - would highly recommend 👍🏻.

Just love Rainbows. A fun and quirky ice cream parlour in the arcade. Being local have been many times in the past 18 months and always get great service. Portions are exceptionally generous and the menu offers a wide variety of ice creams, sundaes and waffles. Food intolerances are well catered for with dairy options on offer too. A great place to bring the family for a sweet treat. Well done Rainbows - just what Bognor needed :)

Following a recommendation, visited here with grandson, daughter, son-in law and wife. Lovely friendly atmosphere, engaging staff, good coffee and food and plenty of things to do for a lively 21 month old. We were told they have special weekly sessions and events which we will certainly attend. We'll be back!
