Following a recommendation, visited here with grandson, daughter, son-in law and wife. Lovely friendly atmosphere, engaging staff, good coffee and food and plenty of things to do for a lively 21 month old. We were told they have special weekly sessions and events which we will certainly attend. We'll be back!

My daughter, granddaughter and I spent a couple of happy hours here, eating our jacket potatoes and playing with all the available toys. Excellent service and tasty food - will happily return. Many thanks

My friend and I have 5 young children between us and needed a place to meet where there is space to play, food served and somewhere to sit to catch up and have some lunch. We chose the pea pod in Arundel as it's a half way point to meet. The staff were so friendly when we arrived, there's plenty of room upstairs and downstairs with lots of toys for toddlers and baby bouncer, bumbo seat and sensory toys. There is also such a good variety of options on the menu too. I was very impressed by the warm atmosphere and the welcoming staff, especially Chloe, Heather and Shelley on the day we visited. We could have stayed all day.

So overpriced for what you get, average ham and cheese sandwich for £9.95 , no sides just a blob of coleslaw and some green leaves. You would pay less in Harrods if not the same for something far superior. Honestly don’t mind paying it if it’s decent quality, but it wasn’t. Atmosphere in there was good but service very bland nothing special. You could tell they didn’t want to serve us. Completely ripping off tourists and visitors , I live down the road but had a friend down who wanted to visit the castle.

Best pub in Arundel, 2 ladies serving behind the bar on a heaving bank holiday weekend were amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic and the guy singing was brilliant with a mixture of hits for all ages. We had a great time and definitely be back

Hidden away little cafe by Barnham Windmill. Really polite and friendly table service. We only went there for a coffee and cake. Both were very good.

Delicious, nutritious food with a friendly smile. I highly recommend this family run restaurant, a short walk away from Butlins for those families looking for a healthy meal.
