What a find! We popped in on the hop. Really good service. Beautiful food. Daughter had the kids mini afternoon tea. Really nice portion. We had quiche and toasties. Came with salad and coleslaw. All homemade and really tasty. Will definitely be back.

Favourite place for coffee and hot chocolate.

The menu was exclusively vegan. There wasn't a large selection of foods options, but the food was of a high quality. Dessert were also very nice. The atmosphere and decor were very pleasant. There was a selection of works of art throughout the establishment and I would recommend.

Easily the best cafe in Kendal.

Wow!! Wow! Wow Just got home from this wonderful Restaurant and all we can say is that meal was amazing! Staff perfect!! Food out of this world!! We will be back very soon!! Well done to Tracey who runs a fantastic team!!

Friendly staff, nice cozy environment

What a lovely little place ths is on a cold and wet afternoon. Long list of speciality coffee with helpful advice offered. Set on the high street, offers a trip down memory lane with lots of traditional features . Large variety of food to purchase off the menu with daily specials. Good choice for gluten free and vegetarian. Very reasonable price.

Popped in for lunch recently and we were very impressed. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the cafe looks lovely and is very clean, and the food was amazing! Really pleased we found this place, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful service from the minute we walked in to leaving and beyond …. Food and drinks also fabulous. This is a must visit if staying or visiting Kendal. I even left my had and one of the ladies found it and posted it back to me. Lovely people, who genuinely care about the customer experience, also really good value for money.

Lovely food as always , power went off no tills, card only, not a problem had a 50% off food for January email , the young man behind the till hadn't got a clue how to add my food up and take off 50% off my food, I told him how , he then produced the card machine I tapped my card before asking how much , he hadn't taken my discount off. He then told me he would sort my refund when less busy , I asked him to write the amount down and sign his name , he did , the following day I phoned again to ask I'm still waiting, I will get this back one way or another ,

Me and my husband called in for a coffee last Sunday whilst shopping in Kendal. Suffer with MS and suffer with shakes. The staff Jude and Lexi were quick to to identify I had a disability and went out of their busy way to assist me with carrying my tray outside as we had our dog with us. We were served lovely HOT coffee and were left to enjoy our visit. Even when we finished again they brought our dirty tray inside for me. The place was spotless and the staff were overwhelming helpful. Best Nero cafe we have visited. Superb staff and very accommodating. Definitely will visit again whilst visiting Kendal Thankyou 😊

Good service with friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was great, tables clean and cleared quickly. Light and airy place which was busy and seemed to be a popular spot for locals. Clean and w/c accessible. Central to the town.

shocking really ordered 2 chocolate twists that didn't come and the medium cappuccino was literally half full with no options to add sugar or sweetners, lazy!!

Nice friendly greeting by staff and a lovely looking eating establishment, wasn't to busy and had a good selection on the menu my food arrived promptly and was cooked to my liking. Worth a visit
