Megs was very polite and friendly and made me the best hot chocolate ever much better than Starbucks and cheaper 😀

Took the family here while shopping in Preston. I love good Pizza so that’s what we went for. Warm welcome by the friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and modern. We ordered and the pizzas arrived quickly. They were spot on.

Racist!!!!!!! Didn’t wanted to serve us assuming that me and my friends we were wasted because one of our friend “was tripping and not walk properly”well his disable,while the staff members and the manager himself was serving to the other customers that couldn’t even sing a word properly while one of my friend sing it really nicely !!!! And bad service never going back again,there and is also the first time happening to us this bad experience!

Group of 9 came with us for a pre xmas brunch… never been before and won’t be back. Out of 9 people, 8 people’s poached eggs came rock hard. Hollandaise sauce was like water. Staff unhelpful and stood behind counter eating. Complained before paying to the male manager, he said ‘yeah the Chef must have left the eggs in too long’ no sorry no nothing. Very odd.

Without a doubt, one of the best soups I've ever tasted. I chose the Creamy Spinach and it was absolutely delicious. Congratulations to the chef! I'll definitely be back for more!

Visited the pub after many years and was very pleasantly surprised. Pub was very clean, including the toilets, outside seating area ample and clean Staff were chatty and friendly. Only popped in for one as we were passing, but stayed for a few because the atmosphere was fab. It's under new management and the landlady clearly has the drive and passion to make this place a happy haven for locals and people further afield alike . We need more old skool boozers like this instead of soulless chain pubs We will definitely be back ❤️

This café has kept up its standards of good, reasonably priced fare. Unfortunately, since Covid it has only operated as a 'takeaway' and is closed at the beginning of the week. Things will get back to normal sometime, in the meantime call in whilst out walking on Beacon Fell. Enjoyed a coffee and a scone in the sunshine.

ordered my food, not only did it turn up 2 hrs late when they said it would be 30 mins, cold and missing item! f**cking disgusting every time i order always disgusting! will never order again. also ordered cookie dough, cold rock solid and minimum chocolate and strawberries 🍓

Whenever I visit Preston this is my no 1 for fish & chips . Consistent quality food at reasonable prices . Very friendly and good old fashioned service with a smile they appreciate your business .

Had a great meal , the staff are so friendly and efficient and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. I'd highly recommend 👌

I attended this fine establishment on a Wednesday evening and it was very busy, quiz night was on, great drinks and entertainment listening to the quiz. However I did fine that I made the mistake of not inputting my registration into the machine - I popped back in and spoke to the staff and they were so accommodating and realised it was my mistake for not paying attention and adding my registration. The staff agreed to cancel the parking fine and honestly all I can say is thank you, so much. I’m going to make this place my regular stop off from work for a quiet pint after a long hard shift in the nhs. Thank you again Blackbull team
