The best service I’ve had at a Costa. Give yourself a pat on the back ladies and keep up the good vibes! The ladies working yesterday morning (sorry I didn’t get their names) greeted every person that came in and just seemed genuinely happy to have your service - lovely start to the morning and good coffee!

This is Chorley's hidden gem. Very welcoming to me my wife and our dog. Quality food coffee. Cosy cafe. Attentive staff. Will visit again. Would recommend a visit. For lunch and coffee.

Siempre que visitamos hospitales de esta zona si el clima lo permite visitamos los jardines y el salón de té. La comida a pesar de los comentarios anteriores es buena. Tenía una envoltura de kebab de cordero y café y el precio es el esperado justo por debajo de la marca de 10 libras más café. Está en un entorno encantador, muy popular y muy amable. Básicamente es comida callejera en un parque. Un cambio fabuloso en un buen día.

Deluxe Hot Chocolate drink is definity a deluxe version with choc flake, two marshmallow and cream. Highly recommended.

Slow service, my meal was handed to another customer who brought it back after opening it, the staff then handed it to me, but i said no as it had already been sampled. The staff member in A temper screwed it up and threw it in the bin. I then had to wait again, when i received my order, the chips were cold as they had already put the chips and burger in the bag and i had to wait for one piece of chicken that took a long time and wasn't worth because it had several fine bones, pepsi was order without ice, but served with ice and the staff were unfriendly.

Just bought a bacon sandwich from there to take out - never again - tea cake very dry bacon undercooked - one of the worst bacon butties I’ve had - I had to throw it away

I've been here three times in the last few months and enjoyed the karaoke the first two times I was there It can be a bit loud at times with a few party animals loving thier drinks I was a bit disappointed last time I was there as the sign said karaoke was on but when we went in and got our drinks was told it was not on that day Would I go back ? Yes if karaoke was definitely on,as I like a sing John

This shop closes at 5pm but the staff refused to warm bacon rolls at 4.30pm as they had turned the grill off. They were obviously ready to close early. Not even apologetic. Terrible service.

We wanted a meal while we were in Bolton today and spotted this place. It's downstairs. Very nice staff. Simple food well cooked and nicely presented. The prices are great. We had minced beef &onion pie for 2 for £11.50 (Aug 2024) and they didn't skimp on the portions. Service was quick. Don't expect a posh restaurant because it isn't. I've no doubt we'll visit again though when we're in town around noon. They do children's meals and a pensioners' fish and chips. There is quite a good range on the menu so we were spoilt for choice.

The Sunday carvery is great deal for the price if you go other pubs you are paying a lot of money for less. Cheap for a family to go. And have money left be going every Sunday from now on

go here about 3 times a week several classes plus the gym nice people and met many new friends the fit box is great for a workout, also nice pool been going here for a while now and will still be going as long as i am able to great place to keep fit and make friends

Always a positive experience here! Dylan, the Welsh guy with an extremely impressive beard, always makes our visit special and he’s pretty good at making coffee too!!! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Nice food and service, but unfortunately, like a lot of other cafes and restaurants the music is far too loud. It is more relaxed and inviting when music is at background level and not so loud that people have raise their voices, thus adding to the noise levels.

pretty terrible. am surprised at how bad. ordered thru a delivery company; got the wrong item, and one item was damaged. phoned the number on the website get thru to costa themselves and not the shop wrote an email complaint. manager called me. this was the worst part. the manager seemed like he was from a celebrity tv show. no brain and all chat. i explained the order was wrong. questioned me about the wrong order; it was a hot drink, i was sent the wrong drink. he said 'hmmmm'. next. the damaged order. reply was oh this could be due to the delivery company. no it wasn't. the order was packed wrong and it was in a very tight package so could not move around. the tight package damaged the order. lastly, the drink was underfilled on a previous order i had not complained about. reply: oh we have to fill them low so they dont spill. i told the idiot that this is maybe my 100th order over time from costa. i know where the drinks should be. silence. i can accept shops make mistakes but cannot accept over bloated, under educated, rather stupid, automatically defensive, unable to take any responsibility like a narcissist type of idiotic manager when u try to get it fixed. what a disgusting effort by costa didsbury. i will send this to costa themselves too, and it will be reported on a radio show between 1-2 today. once it has been i will send the link to costa too.
