Costa Coffee - Chester Retail Park in Cheshire West and Chester

Always a positive experience here! Dylan, the Welsh guy with an extremely impressive beard, always makes our visit special and he’s pretty good at making coffee too!!! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Management how come the price is up then to back what it should be.??? All ways have the same thing 2 coffees and tost.one minute it's £840. And then £940.. What's going on.???

Went to Costa coffee Chester retail park Ordered on the App for click and serve waited 15 mins watched people go in and come out with their drinks, so I went in approached the Lad behind the counter whose attitude right from the off was terrible!! After basically telling me it was nothing to do with him that I hadn't had my drinks I asked for a manager to be told " I'll get her in a bit I'm too busy" I get that they were busy but it's now 20 mins since I ordered my drinks I think she was the manager came out and said your drinks are by the door ( must have been sat for 15 mins at this time) to which I replied I ordered Click and serve not to have my drinks dumped there I'll have some fresh ones or a refund Can't do refund as ordered on App ok I'll take some fresh drinks that no one has coughed all over handled and God knows what other than being sat so long by the door At that the "manager" asked the lad with the attitude problem ( no name tag but an uncovered beard) to make some fresh drinks to which he replied " I'm to busy no" she she had to make some fresh ones by now we are looking nearly 30 mins after ordering Never again will I use this store!!

Every time I attempt to order from this place there is an issue. It either shuts an hour early so I'm forced to go elsewhere - or let's cars queue in the drive thru only to be told at the speaker there is no food at all available - or takes an order through JustEat, confirms it and then cancels it 40 minutes later even though the app says there's a driver at the restaurant picking it up. This place is an absolute joke. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. There a Starbucks round the corner and I'd even risk a Tim Hortons over this place.

45 minute wait and order is wrong, queue out the door clearly need more staff ... what a waste of money !!!

Wicked place wicked staff and today’s visit was brilliant!! Deep thanks to observations skills and great customer care. This was an experience that was the next level today and I would like to thank Jo Jo and we all left very very happy with the service and smiles that went with that!

Always pleasure visit any costa only thing is at times the price for treat its good only thing while visiting no fruit on offer but setvice was good lots of room for wheelchairs pushchairs

Slowest queue ever, 1 one operator on the indoor counter and another on the drive thru. They were clearly having a laugh and a joke through the headset. 20 minutes later I get my hot chocolate with no apology for the delay.

I think Costa is a great place to be the drinks a great food is good a bit expensive but we get what we pay for so remember that if you want cheap go McDonald's if want best go Costa

Go here regularly over the past 3 years and never had a bad one yet. Sitting in or drive through cannot fault the staff.

Very friendly but is very busy and noisy as you would expect staff work hard I am a regular visitor my only problem is heating surely they can afford heating food is good and hazelnut lattes are worth the wait in the que

This is a new Costa offering a drive through. It's really good but busy Service is slow. Will review again in a few months. Not in testosterone anymore it's across the road

This branch of Costa was located within the Tesco Homeplus store that closed in the spring of 2015. The unit has now been taken over by B&M who obviously didn't want or couldn't accommodate a coffee shop so Costa are no longer there. Not to worry though as there's another branch of Costa a five minute walk away. In fact I doubt you're ever more than five minutes walk from a Costa where ever you are in Chester.

Always pop in here when on the shopping park. Friendly staff, usual great coffee and tasty snacks. Its always busy no matter what time we've gone in which is always a good sign
