Poppies is a great cafe. Super service. Friendly and helpful staff. The soup is highly recommended. I have eaten the broccoli and Stilton previously which was delicious and at my last visit had the mushroom soup which did not disappoint.

Good value breakfast certainly for the price, have been twice recently and good both times. Service at ordering slightly slow and tables not cleared that quickly, but clean and tidy, and staff pleasant

Had lunch with family today. Big shout out to Debbie and her team for the great service we received! All 3 of us had the Tuna and Mayo sandwich with side salad and crisps. Keep up the good work ladies and we'll definitely return on our next trip to Blackpool.

Excellent food and service. Dogs are allowed too. One small point. I was stood at the counter ready to order and both staff had their backs turned to me to attend to ancilliary matters like folding napkins. They had no idea I was there until I drew their attention. Perhaps a mirror at that side of the counter would be useful, so that they can see people approaching the counter to give an order. I watched and this happened to several other people, one of whom left because he thoufght he was being ignored. Staff are very friendly and helpful though when they know you are there.

Haven’t visited the Affinity Outlet in Fleetwood for a while so were intrigued when we stumbled on Poppies Tea Room and thought we’d give it a try. What a treat it turned out to be. Lovely and airy- sometimes cafés try to squeeze too many tables in but this isn’t the case in Poppies- Plenty of room and space to walk around the tables and it was a very clean inviting space. We were on a late breakfast so I chose the smaller breakfast while hubby had the breakfast wrap and we both had cappuccinos. Absolutely couldn’t fault either - the breakfast was hot and tasty and there was plenty on the plate for me. Hubby’s breakfast wrap was packed and tasty. The coffee’s were good- and hot! For what we paid and the food we got I’d give it 10/10 and recommend it- we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re at the Affinity outlet

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband has a very poor appetite so wouldn’t have been able to eat a full portion. They gave him half a bowl of the delicious corn beef hash and gave us a takeaway box with the other half. My husband really enjoyed his meal as he had not been over faced with a huge bowl, this made my day as he has not eaten that much in weeks. I on the other hand had a homemade sausage roll with cheese, onion and peppers . Wasn’t sure when I ordered it but it was delicious I followed this with a scone jam and cream. I was so full but I had to eat every mouthful. I would highly recommend this establishment, the food is all fresh and homemade to an excellent standard. It is now my favourite place to eat.

Having a New Year's Day outing and called at Affinity before heading to the prom. We wanted a spot of lunch and I must say to this did not disappoint. Food was nicely presented with salad in a tasty dressing, coleslaw and crisps, a nice change from places that just present a sandwich on a plate with nothing else. The only thing that spoilt it, and its not the tearooms fault, although some thing could have been said, was that a little dog was constantly yapping. Yes I know they are someone's 'fur babies' and regarded as family members and its nice that the centre does allow dogs, but why can't owners at least try to make them behave, rather thsn spoiling other people's enjoyment of a lovely lunch

First restaurant as you enter outlet village looked not to busy, staff not bad and food ok but service none existent, run out of some items and only 2pm, looked quite new so may be part of problem. Food portions acceptable. Quite comfy and airy

As already stated I reinforce those comments. Service is appalling. It will only improve with more staff serving and better organisation in the kitchen area. Current systems are ineffective and simply not working leading to feedback of this nature.

Very painfully slow service at the counter. Standing for so long causes me issues and if you place your order then sit to wait why does it take so long? Take a chair to the counter you’ll be in for a long wait!

I went for a lunch with my 88 year old friend to Poppy's cafe. When we went in, it smelt of grease , wasn't at all welcoming and the tables felt sticky. Though there was hand sanitiser on each table. After 25 minutes our meals arrived. I had a BLT baguette my friend had a beef bap. I couldn't cut into the baguette, it was so hard. I had been given a steak knife but it was so hard I'd have needed an electric saw. My friend's beef was so tough that if she had false teeth they would have fired across the room. When I had finished my meal the waitress came and asked f everything was alright but before I could answer she walked off, so I called her back. I pointed out that the baguette was so hard I couldn't even cut into it and wanted to register it as a complaint. The bacon was also fatty and stringy but I didn't mention that. When I went to pay the 'chef' came to the till and I told her how hard the baguette was. She replied that I should have ordered it on a bap. That choice wasn't offered to me. She told me that next time, I should order it on a bap. I replied, "There won't be a next time." She huffed and walked off. The inedible meal cost me £6.95 for the baguette and £2 for a glass of orange juice, which is dearer than other places in Fleetwood and nowhere near as good. I am concerned that if people use this cafe they will see it as a representation of cafes in Fleetwood- which it definitely is not! The original Poppy's found on Facebook has changed hands so don't judge this by the previous higher standards because this was awful.

Fabulous food nice atmosphere and very nice service . I had the ribs with salad and my husband had the steak and kidney pudding. Fabulous home cooked taste . Generous portions and reasonable prices . The halloumi fries were delicious too. It was warm enough to eat outside so that was an extra bonus . Great for a walk of the canal afterwards.

It's a great place to visit, as always the coffee is great. I am happy to see dogs are now allowed but object to them sitting on the chairs., dog trying to get to my breakfast - owner didn't care and neither did staff.

I love visiting Cleveleys for a stroll along the brilliant promenade and this pub is excellent for a stop off and a good pint!. Its great for those who want live sports, I love the Timothy Taylor Landlord pint but it has a very good selection of beers & lagers. I like the central bar and I'm sure it gets noisy and busy in the evenings and weekends. Don't listen to the miserable people moaning and giving poor reviews, this is a proper pub, serving good beers at brilliant prices, pint of Landlord and Stella for less than £7? please please please open in my village in Lymm Cheshire!!!!. I would be more than happy to watch footie there and enjoy a few pints, even my wife likes the place!!.
