Costa Coffee in Manchester

The best service I’ve had at a Costa. Give yourself a pat on the back ladies and keep up the good vibes! The ladies working yesterday morning (sorry I didn’t get their names) greeted every person that came in and just seemed genuinely happy to have your service - lovely start to the morning and good coffee!

I ordered in the app and the locations of the stores in the app don’t actually align with the locations of the stores. I chose the location next to this store and when I got there I was told that for no apparent reason that location on the map actually corresponds to a store 20 mins up the road. Despite having the same items I ordered at this store they said I couldn’t get my items there. Dreadful service and waste of time

Fuimos a tomar una taza de té con mi esposo mientras esperábamos una cita en el hospital, alrededor de las 9 de la mañana de un sábado por la mañana. El marido pidió un té y la taza estaba sucia (tan mal que pedimos una nueva). El personal parecía bastante agradable, pero uno era claramente nuevo y estaba un poco despistado. Probablemente evitará esta Costa en el futuro. Además, no había papel higiénico en el baño, que también era un poco asqueroso.

Gran costa, por lo general, tiene una gran cantidad de existencias, sin embargo, dada la ubicación de la tienda (cerca de la Universidad y la resonancia magnética) están obligadas a agotarse. Venga aquí ocasionalmente para tomar un café, el personal siempre es amable.

This Costa is a bit run down in my opinion and dark inside. Staff were helpful. Not my favourite Costa cafe, sorry.

My Favourite costa thought i might as well review it! i SO recommend black forest hot chocolate wow so good.

Strategically placed close to the university next to a bus stop of many different bus lines. Great place to chat as you can sit outdoors or next to the large window. Anywhere you sit, you will have a view to the outside. Coffee is ok, service is fine.

I don't rate either Starbucks or Costa. So it's an independent or Nero for me. Standard Nero interior and friendly staff with fast service. Good coffee... Nice buzz with the City Centre just minutes away. Oh....Excellent muffin as well!

We had a tuna panini, cheese and tomato toastie, tea and hot chocolate. It was delicious and well be back soon.

Bought an over priced coffee and sat watching the resident tramp lying down in his bedding directly outside the window picking at his feet and swigging cider. Not quite what I expected !

Barista got the order wrong again. Scowling, When I asked for a replacement order, more scowling. Both orders wrong. It's happened before, here. 6.30, Friday 10 March 2017

So sitting here drinking my coffee there is a constant flow of customers and yes it's busy, the staff are trying to deal with it as best they can. Asking for coffee orders ahead of the cue then having it ready by the time you pay is great, BUT it only works if you are getting the orders right. The l👀K I got today when I asked if this was my coffee in a take out cup. (Am sitting in as I have ordered food) So my coffee got transferred into a cup, great and then topped up with full fat milk (I asked for a skinny cap 🙄) Seems harsh but to be fair manners and customer service cost nothing! Smile 😊

Great little Costa coffee, perfect place to crash for a few minutes and unwind. The staff are really friendly, it's clean and for a chain has good atmosphere and the coffee was pretty decent too.

Normally I always look out for costa coffee but this one was not really good table dirty , tea water was not really

To be honest, I prefer other coffee franchises to Costa Coffee, and I no longer visit this particular one as there is another franchise nearby, which I prefer. However, on this occasion I visited and they had a new flavoured cappuccino, which was called Popcorn...
