Four of us — in our fifties — popped into this bar for a quick late drink or two for a birthday celebration. After a round of drinks, I went to the toilet. I was about to have one of my sneezing fits. I went to cubicle to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. When I emerged there was a giant bouncer loitering outside, pretending unconvincingly to wash his hands. After I’d returned to my friends I was called over by one of the door staff. They said they thought I’d been taking cocaine in the toilet. They had heard me sniffing and sneezing. At first, I thought this was funny. I’m hardly a prime candidate for snorting class As in the toilet. And if they’d any experience, sneezing and blowing your nose is not a sign that someone has snorted a bit of Colombian. I offered to allow the security to search my person, and inspect my features for traces of contraband stimulants. I explained that i was mildly allergic to alcohol but that the sneezing would soon stop. They accepted all this at first, and went away. But they approached me again, having changed their minds, as the sophomorically underexperienced bar manager decided that I, a 55-year-old man considering drawing his pension, was snorting jazz talc in their little boys room. On a Thursday night. For sneezing. Hilarious. A behemoth with poorly developed facial hair invited me to leave with some degree of menace. I told my friends to stay, but they opted to leave in solidarity. One of us had just bought a bottle of wine and she had to leave it. Two of these people had come down to London especially, from Cheshire. I now wonder if it was just a case of “Slaughtered Lamb” parochialism. We were stared at on entry by one old luvvie, and a couple of other stagey types tutted at us. So I wonder if actually, we simply weren’t welcome, and they needed an excuse. Maybe it’s just a locals’ bar for local people. A big shame. A nasty little dump. Avoid.

Très chère pour un café rallongé à l' eau et personnel pas aimable il faut vite commander c est de chaîne que dire .

Pedí algunas bebidas a través de la aplicación y fuimos a recoger nuestras bebidas. El personal siguió dándonos las bebidas equivocadas, afirmando que es lo que habíamos pedido. A pesar de decirles que no es lo que pedimos y mostrarles el orden en la aplicación, todavía se equivocaron. Finalmente lo hicieron bien y la bebida estaba bien. Pero el personal no tiene servicio al cliente y es inútil. Ni siquiera puedo tomar una copa en la pantalla diciéndoles lo que pedimos.

Increíble ayuda y conocimiento de Eugenio. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos por Eugenio. Él era muy conocedor de los vinos y fue muy servicial durante toda nuestra noche. La comida era preciosa algunos trozos exigentes que funcionaban bien con los vinos. Bonita noche gracias

Both Emma and Edie were vivacious and friendly. Toasties were great and good on price. Will be visiting soon again !

Servicio fantástico. Quería un pan tostado, la señora del mostrador dijo que acababa de limpiar la máquina. El hombre dijo que está bien cocinarlo, todavía estamos abiertos. Él nos dio a mí y a mi amigo un café de filtro gratis en la casa y sacó nuestra comida de la mesa con una sonrisa. No es frecuente que te lo den especialmente en Londres. Gracias.

Not much time before meeting other friends at the tube station but service friendly and quick. 2 wraps when only 1 expected but absolutely delicious. Coffee great also. Pleasant outdoor seating, just a shame about the weather towards the end.

I'm working at the sea containers , so I always been to Eat for lunch or grab some food ... I never paid to warm up my food but today Marco try to charged me to toasted the bread .Then when i asked why he says that because the vat it's not include . When I told him that vat and charge extra to worm up some food are totally different he told me that I don't understand ...Pls Marco first be more polite with your regular customers and then pls if you have the police sent to me ! I'm still waiting stupid !!!!

Bastante caro y ruidoso. No quieren que te sientes mientras estén buscando a sus próximos clientes. Suficientemente bonito lugar, pero se sintió apresurado.

I’ve been bringing my daughter here since she was 3. She’s 13 now & more concerned with skateboards & punk than unicorns, but the Creative Biscuit experience remains blissfully unchanged. The team are always unfailingly lovely & the snacks & coffee 1st rate. Hoping for a few more years of ceramic painting joy yet.

¡Buena comida! Tuvimos una reunión familiar y compramos un cordero asado completo de Mugi para llevar. Cuando llegamos a casa, todavía estaba caliente y sabía increíble!

I had the chicken quesadilla, chips, glass of white wine and it was a very nice light meal in the garden grill restaurant. Lovely waitress and very pleasant spot to eat without going out after a long flight.

Wow, what a transformation. We used to only come here if it was raining as it is a fantastic building but the service was so bad. The coffee is still the worst in SN. but you're not waiting 30 minutes for it and the staff are now some of the best in SN. The new manager is lovely and friendly and the staff are a ton better. The salmon bagel and vegan breakfast will now be a regular stop, even if we'll be bringing Finks coffee with us 😬 . So happy this is back on our radar again 👍

After going to the wonderful Control room B for cocktails we had some pancakes then wandered around the pop up exhibit about Battersea Power station. We were gasping for a coffee and we came upon a quaint little van selling coffee. It was over priced and revolting. Such a shame as all the branding and ethos look great. Sorry, it’s not nice coffee. Maybe spend less on the marketing and more on good quality beans.

Reasonable food and prices. Typical greasy spoons menu. Staff were miserable though so didn't feel very comfortable or welcome.
