Black Sheep Coffee - Southwark in Southwark

Stopped off here for breakfast during our stay in London for the weekend. Great little friendly coffee bar with a big range of food and drinks. Had the waffles and they were delicious. Mate went more traditional and had a bacon roll. All self service, choose what you want and then paid on for it on. screen.. Then the guys call out your name when the order is ready. We enjoyed it and would happily return and use the franchise again.

Cold coffee, not nice. And that's after two attempts. Both cold. Shocking for a coffee shop. 🙄😕 Food ok but flies around it whilst sat down. Better establishments nearby

Black sheep coffee is the best. Renata and the team provide wonderful service, excellent coffee and great food. I don’t miss it whenever I’m around! Amir

Great coffee, smoothies and food. Caught totally off guard. Vegan breakfast toastie was really nice and my son loved his chocolate and strawberry waffle

I came in here for a business meeting, as we'd run out of meeting rooms. The coffee was great, but they had both doors wide open and the cold from outside and the noise from the traffic made it impossible to hear. The coffee was great but I wouldn't come here to sit, as it'd be warmer to get a coffee to go and walk around, at least you'd be able to also have a conversation.

Nice coffee near the Tate modern. Selection of drinks and cakes with friendly service. Relaxed vibe inside.

임팩트 있는 곳. 색깔있는 카페. 주 인이 개성이 넘치는 분 같은. 커피도 맛있고 인테리어 구경하는 재미도 쏠쏠. 규모는 작다. ㅎㅎ

When my wife and I made our first trip to the UK, I was dreading our fist English breakfast; though I was raised a total anglophile, I was still reluctant to start the day with eggs, toast, and a pile of bland, flavorless beans. Luckily, I was able to convince my wife and our other travel companions o go out into London and find a café. After aimlessly walking for a bit, we eventually became overwhelmed with the options at hand and decided to go to the first café we passed. The café in question was Black Sheep Coffee. Before I elaborate, I want to say that I come from a place that is a mere 10 minute drive from Portland, Oregon. In Portland, cafés are our thing. Not just cafés, but cafés with all kinds of crazy breakfast food gimmicks, most of which are absolutely beyond comparison in terms of originality, flavor, and style. *Flicks out a switchblade* Don’t mess with the Pacific Northwest Coffee scene, y’dig? This is how I felt until I tried the waffles at Black Sheep Coffee. To put it lightly, I was completely undone. I was shocked. I was flabbergasted to be so brutally, casually, indifferently, and mercilessly assaulted by such profound deliciousness that I fear for my life that I will never experience such a profound breakfast experience ever again. Adding insult to injury, the lovely, kind, professional, stylish, employees of the establishment, just dutifully went about their jobs as if they had absolutely no idea at what they had done to me. Beware. Beware this place. It will leave a void in your heart that can never be filled again by anything except a taco-folded waffles filled with Norwegian gjetost cheese and lingonberries.

This place was open reasonably early on Saturday morning which was good for us. The staff were pleasant and it met our needs for a quick breakfast.

My go to coffee place as a kiwi! I couldn’t find any better coffee similar to NZ and a reasonable price.

Absolutely welcoming and kind staff greets you as you walk in. The décor of the café is so unique and welcoming. I tried this café just because the name caught my eye. But the staff is why this was my first stop every morning. The coffee (Café Americano) that I had was the smoothest and richest coffee I have had in the world. I bought two bottles of "cold brew" just to bring back the memory. I can't say enough good things about the staff and their fresh products. So glad I got to know them a bit.

I went in for breakfast and a coffee and ended up going for a granola as didn’t fancy their featured porridge. Baked stuff (croissants etc) looked very good. Smoothie a little weird (lumpy) I think because maybe it had some passion fruit seeds in it, that kind of creamy/seedy consistency. All in all was ok but I wouldn’t make a detour (again) without a few more breakfast options.

Blacksheep Southwark Street. Great service first of all. An amazing location, not out of the way but out of the bustle of the city of London! Not far of a trip from the major sites but rest assured here you can relax. Inside and outside tables with a very chilled atmospheric hue.

Excellent service, good coffee and a tasty pastry - should power me on on my cycle ride. Even sunny too!
