Proper coffee, 5 minutes walk from St Pancras, wipes the floor with anything you can get in the station. I think they were using Assembly beans when I went in, lovely stuff.

Recommended by others on TA - shows how valuable a Tripadvisor review is. No need for a Michelin Guide or AA Gill or even Gary Eats on YouTube. Full English breakfast produced as described. Felt welcome on arrival. Found a 2 seat bench with a view of TV, the back room has more seats. I’d had to pay £1.50 for extra toast, unable to swap it, that was the only negative. £11 for brekkie with tea which is not bad for an authentic London cafe. The fried slice which I’d wanted to swap was was non greasy and I’d happily eaten it. Ordered cooked eaten and left within 20mins, not needed to eat for the rest of the day. Result. Much better than any option in Euston station. Last time I went upstairs at the station I’d had tramps repeatedly asking me for money which was quite unpleasant. This place was fine. Support a local business rather than a chain and walk 2 mins up Eversholt St to set yourself up nicely for the day! Service isn’t full service but was happy to leave a small tip. Thank you Double Six 😊👍

This is a small coffee shop right in front of the British Library. The coffee is really fresh, short and strong, like true Barista coffee. There are a few bar style seats inside and also two tables outside. They didn’t have soya milk in terms of non dairy, instead they just have oat or almond neither of which I like, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Overall a nice small coffee shop. It is also right near the train station.

If you're around King's Cross and St. Pancras Station and looking for a quiet retreat, I highly recommend visiting this charming café. Despite being in the heart of one of the busiest areas in London, the ambiance is surprisingly calm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or to work. The café serves a delightful selection of coffee and Mediterranean mint tea , and their date-made sweets are simply exceptional. The stuffed dates, in particular, are a must-try—they're deliciously unique and complement the coffee and tea perfectly. The service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who make the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind or a quick, tasty treat, this café is a fantastic choice. Don't miss out on their specialty sweets!

The place is wonderful and the food is very good. I am also very grateful to Ben, the manager of the place, who helped me and my daughters in a difficult moment. Ben is a truly welcoming, generous and selfless person. We will definitely visit him again when we are in London again.

I give it a low score because this pub is as just a tourist/ traveller trap. No atmosphere, staff good but no personality. I'm local so I recommend the authentic boozers nearby like the Dolphin literally across the rd. Proper landlord there. Or the Skinners even . Or the Boot which is proper old school London. This pub in no reflects the vibrancy of the area nor the character. It's inauthentic and overpriced. Made for the visitor . No local would be seen dead . I visited to see it but never again.

Beautiful considered food, amazing service. Since Vicky and Andrea have taken a lead has become even better! Chai latte still my favourite, the seasonal dishes just gorgeous had amazing small pasta and then today wild mushrooms and wild garlic. Lots of lovely little nooks and spaces to chat privately, relax, watch the world go by. As well great book and curiosity collection. So lucky to have on our doorstep!
