They have a loo, plenty of seats and lovely staff. The beans on toast were generous and delicious. Everything was piping hot. Good greasy spoon 🎺

Traditional Cafe 4 mins from Euston. Vegi Breakfast was fantastic and all for about £8.50. This will see me until Chester.Well worth a visit before you travel. Should of taken a picture but enjoyed it so much 😄

I always pop in here for a breakfast roll and tea at a good price when I'm using Euston or St Pan stations. Good value unlike railway station vendors.

If you want to try a traditional English breakfast in an atmosphere like from the movie Hooligans, this restaurant is for you. Coffee plus a huge breakfast for £14. I recommend.

The last time I was in the double 6,it was called the Empire. Had the minestrone soup to start,liver ,mash+peas+a cup of tea to follow. Nice and quiet,also very convenient for Euston mainline station. Will visit again.

Went in for breakfast before starting my trip to Scotland for a family wedding. Read sone good reviews. But my experience wasn't the same.. Don't get me wrong the quantity of food was excellent. May just a touch to much for my liking. Toast was warm and not hot. Hash browns were a bit on the greasy side. Sausage, bacon, black pudding mushrooms, 2 eggs (as I didn't want beans). I will give them another visit as it was early in the morning (just after 7 am)

Enjoyed a cooked breakfast in this classic 'Greasy Spoon', serving proper, hearty food of good quality. A very nice place, like in the old days, as often described and as well experienced by myself. Affordable and not focused on 'artisanal' fanciness, like many new-model-posh-hipster cafes.

Had a full English breakfast and it was cooked to perfection and tasted great. Cheap at £8. Great service and the cafe was very clean and comfortable. Cafe is very close to Euston station.

We went here at 7.30am on a Saturday morning pre train journey. We’d read the reviews & they did not lie! Breakfast was great. Decent ingredients & good service. Very busy & popular spot. One of us had the full English & I had chosen what I wanted off the items list. It came promptly & was piping hot. Steaming mug of tea to accompany & very reasonable. Definitely would go back.

Just a spot of lunch at the Double Six cafe near Euston Station. It was just a wee recce to see where it was. Found it with ease. The cafe is not huge but big enough. The menu has a good choice. Irdering is easy. The food was good and the service is first class. If you are in the area I thoroughly recommend you try it out. I for one will be back.

Very affordable breakfast that'll get you through a day's train journey no problem (cheaper than what hostels will charge you extra for breakfast and infinitely better). The staff are lovely and never make you feel rushed, but you can pay quickly if you're leaving in a hurry.

Perfect place, if you want a good old fashioned British cafe. Food was very reasonably priced, food was good, staff fantastic. I will most certainly be vack on my next visit to London. Perfect location, if you are leaving from Euston, it's a couple of minutes walk.

A breakfast well needed, after a long day of sport and Beers on the Sunday. Externally, not the most appealing place on the eye. However, i’ve learned in the past that this should not deter you from giving it a go. After all, it’s the quality of the food that really matters! In this situation, the food was a real winner. The lady running the cafe was also lovely, well deserving of a tip - quick service and no dramas. On the plate (I ordered the Full English), the Bacon was spot on, with crispy outside / fluffy inside Hash Browns and a good standard of Sausage (although another one would have been nice). All washed down with a smooth Cappuccino. To be honest, it was so close to a 5/5 rating, but an argument outside the premises made the whole visit a little bit uncomfortable. Very much out of the control of the owners, but I have to base my review on my overall experience. All the above aside, I definitely wanted to visit a ‘Greasy Spoon’ while visiting the city - i’m glad I did it here!

Top service from the lady who sorted me out an egg, bacon and sausage sandwich when I was in a hurry and didn't want to buy the usual rubbish from chain outlets at the station. Exactly what I wanted at exactly the moment I wanted it.

This has to be the best café in the whole of London - Double Six Café is a firm favourite with all my family whether it's for a quick snack or one of their fantastic specials.

Quality cafe within walking distance of Euston. I had scrambled egg on toast and a mug of tea. Paid in advance. Decided to have another cup of tea but they have a minimum card spend and I had no cash. So couldn't pay but they gave me the tea on the house. Quality customer service and I will return.

Very crowded. Apologies given as there was going to be a wait for food and that our drinks would be in take-away cups as they had run out of china ones. Food was value for money so worth the wait. Update :- Seems to be new staff there. They now accept cards for payment. Service much better but then it wasl so crowded.

Great little place. Don't go if you're expecting a luxury dining experience, This place is what it says it is....a cafe. Simple seating and layout but tasty food and good coffee. We were looking for somewhere to eat breakfast before getting on the train. This place was perfect. 3 minute walk from the station. Had a sausage and egg roll with hash browns on the side and an americano to drink. Barrista coffee, not bean to cup which made a big difference. Defo recommend it.

Visited on Monday. Perfect poached eggs on wholemeal toast. Quick service. Nice brew too. Would prefer Yorkshire tea but it's not for everyone Highly Recommend

Heading home from a trip to London we decided to have breakfast before we got the train home. Decent cafe, good price point aswell. If you want a simple full English at a decent price then you won't go wrong eating here.

Planned to call in after reading trip advisor as we were going for an early train at Euston. Eversholt Street is what you'd expect running along the side of a station.Step inside the cafe and we could see... clean and organised. The food was hearty, great value for money and served by helpful staff. There were newspapers too. We'll be sure to return.

Great place for breakfast. Staff friendly,food hot and freshly made. Why would you pay through the nose for breakfast at hotels or other cafes. We had two mugs of tea,one black coffee,a plate of scrambled eggs and a number 3 breakfast...all for £10.70. What a bargain. If your in and around Euston Station and fancy something to eat or just a drink this is the place to head for. They also have a full menu for meals during the rest of the day if you’re to late for breakfast.

Found this little gem as got fed up of paying rip off food prices in Euston station. Had poached eggs on toast a mountain of mushrooms on the side and two cups of coffee and it was delicious .

I walked into this cafe because I had 3 hours before catching my train connection and all the other places in the area looked unwelcoming, bland and pricey. The average price for a full breakfast is about 5 pounds, and it kept me full the whole day, so the value of the food on offer is unbeatable, especially in this area of London. I loved the warm, neighborly feel of the Double Six Cafe, with a lot of regulars dropping in and chatting with the waitresses. This place really has a special, authentic atmosphere and the hours just flew by people-watching in a relaxed and congenial atmosphere. I will definitely be back!
