O'Neill's - Kings Cross in Camden

Good atmosphere, friendly and helpful waiter, my score is low for the pizza they served me, I didn't like it at all and he kept repeating me all night...

Edit: including description It took a while to get a hold of someone - once we did, they told us to go upstairs for the food. We go upstairs only to be told that they are actually closed and just see if we can find a table downstairs. The two people we spoke to were rude and dismissive. The doorman however was nice! (So better to say hello to the doorman from the outside and be on your way to literally any other place to eat!)

Perfect in every sense of the word. Excellent service by our waitress Natasha. Delicious food and wonderful pints.

In the last 15-20 years, the best central barmaid that I have seen - the most complete - is Natasha. I have spoken with the boys about this many times. Natasha is a spectacular barmaid who has everything. She can play the final pass, she can score, she is strong, she never gets knocked off the beers and she doesn't give possession away.

I walked into this establishment and was immediately met by the beautiful Natasha. The service was impeccable and she had some craic hey. Would recommend to people in all shapes and sizes!

Hey ho! What an evening in O’Neill’s King Cross. We had a great night, served by Natasha who served us so well. We also met Conor Breslin and he was awful goosey. But everyone wearing the O’Neill’s badge was top drawer. Oh Jackie Kennedy!!!!

Just visited this place and me and my two friends were served by the amazing Natasha what a credit to this establishment, certainly recommend a visit if you are in the area. All the staff are very helpful and welcoming but Natasha was amazing and a delight to talk to.

Everybody is really kind, the serving is so fast, the food is perfect! The place is really traditional and beautiful. Everyone should visit this place in London.

I enjoyed 2 fine meals here while staying at a nearby hotel. No immediate table service: you pick a table and find the table number, read the menu, and go to the bar to put in your food order and table number. Meal is brought out by a food server when it is ready. Battered fish was a true taste treat. The "small" Irish full breakfast was wonderful and a massive amount of good eats. Casual, Irish (London?) pub atmosphere.

Natasha was so pleasant and welcoming. We had a veggie Irish breakfast and a small Irish breakfast. Our food arrived piping hot and the coffees were good and strong ; just what we needed before our journey back up to Hull. Great last stop for us every time we visit London. Couldn't say much about food or drinks because we were told to sit down and the waiter would bring the menu. That never happened. So after a long wait, while others came and were served despite us trying to get one's attention, we left.

Been visiting this pub for years, amazing service, great atmosphere, good food. Service is always spot on, fast and effective.

In the morning I specifically walked to this place to ask if I could take my suitcases with me. Since I had a networking event at 12:00 in their café and had to catch the train at 13:30, they asked if I could take my suitcases with me. They said no. I was so polite to take the trouble to walk to them in the morning to ask them personally. I could have taken them without asking. That would have been less polite. In any case, I was told that I was not welcome with my suitcases and that they had no room for me. They told me that I could go to the networking event but without suitcases and that I had to store them in the hotel or at the station but that I was not allowed to keep them with me. i begged them to let me stay with them for 1 hour, since it was my last time, i had little time to walk back and forth to the hotel or wait in the luggage line at the station, because i had to catch my train back to my own country on time. and i wanted to be at the networking event and keep my luggage with me. they told me they had no place for me. i said i wont come to the networking event. very bad service. unfortunately they don't think along with you and are not helpful. suppose: that I had been a very fat person, just as fat as my suitcase. then I would also take up extra space, right? In than case, would I also not be welcome then? would they also refuse me then? because I take up extra space?

George was great help really friendly and polite told us about all deals and helped us find a table, Mo & Elias from Pavilion security where also very nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable usually security stress me out but those too need a raise with the people that are coming threw the door also Brandon helped me with the drinks menu and the promotions

The bouncer at the entrance responded at me with 'Ni Hao,' despite me being with British friends, and continued to point and laugh at me. When I told him I wasn't t Chinese and asked him not to laugh at me, he tried to justify his actions by saying he also greets people in German and other languages. I understand he may not be fully aware of the impact of his actions, but as a business located in a major tourist area, it's essential to treat all guests with respect and eliminate any form of racism. I would discourage others from supporting this pub unless action is taken to address such behavior. I don't want anyone to experience this.. I would like to report a racist incident at your store. The bouncer at the entrance called out to me, "Nihao," and even though I was with a British friend, he pointed and laughed at me. Nice and good place. Good food, reasonable price and good potions. Fast and good service. Live music creates a good atmosphere, with performances by well-known hit artists. A good place to go out for a nice evening.

Went here for some drinks and food. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is really good. They had some live music on that was fantastic. If you’re in the area, it’s certainly a bar to stop at.

The venue had lost my booking but that was not a problem (although slightly embarrassing as I always book well in advance wherever I go rather than turning up unannounced) as the venue was not very busy and there were several tables available. The staff members were polite, friendly and provided an efficient customer service. We were made to feel genuinely welcome as customers. There were no prices printed on the menu and the "mix and match" offer did not state what it consisted of. How many dishes, how much, etc. We shared five small plates together with a couple of pints of Guinness each and the food and drinks were of excellent quality and the overall bill was very reasonable. I look forward to returning to this venue in the future.

Mate, I had this Irish breakfast, if you can even call it that. There was no soda bread, it was more like a really bad full English. First of all, it came out of the kitchen in a minute. I don't care how prepared you are, nothing good comes out that quickly. The point of a fried egg is that it's runny. If I wanted a boiled egg, I would have ordered one. The bacon was mostly fat, and the sausage was like rubber. If this is what tourists are coming to London and having to eat, no wonder the world hates us. You should be ashamed of yourself serving this to people. I am unable to respond to the response I received, so I am editing my review to include additional concerns. Are you going to ignore the serious issues I have raised about your food because you have one response about soda bread? There has been no response to the poor quality of food that I and other customers have mentioned in reviews over the past three years. Despite promises to investigate these issues, it appears that no action has been taken. Your response to my concerns was to "lighten up." I find this dismissive and disrespectful. I am a paying customer who has received poor-quality food, and I deserve to have my concerns taken seriously. I suggest that you address the issues I have raised and take steps to improve the quality of your food. Until then, I will not be returning to your establishment.

It was the best meal I had in England! The clerk was also very kind.

There is no entrance for those on wheels. The ramp was dangerous to use as it was too steep. I was lucky as I had a friend to help me and I'm fairly mobile. But those that are immobile and not able to leave their wheelchairs, mobility scooters, etc. will have difficulty.

I popped in for a hot meal and a pint before my train home. The staff I met were polite and welcoming. Fish and chips were great considering I'm from Grimsby the best fish I've had in London crisp batter white underneath fresh fish . The salt pots were damp unfortunately. The price is not great I'm a northerner. The atmosphere was nice relaxed and nice sports options on TVs to view.

Had a full English breakfast for a super reasonable price of £10 one Sunday morning. The food was great and at the table in no time at all. 9/10
