He visitado este café varias veces durante el último año aproximadamente. Sabía que el servicio era lento, pero mi reciente visita realmente fue pobre! Tomó más de 40 minutos para servir mi comida y eso fue después de un recordatorio. El café no estaba ocupado. Parece que el menú es demasiado complejo/las instalaciones de cocina demasiado limitadas/con poco personal. Los dos empleados presentes eran amables y la comida cuando finalmente llegó era buena. Sin embargo no puedo recomendar este café.

Very slow service, never enough staff and always a trainee on the till making everything slower at busy times! One one oven to cook food so waiting around while your coffee goes cold.

It was an absolute joke of a bar. I arrive on time with a 2-person booking, and they try to seat me at a 1 person table outside. I tell them again we are two people, then wait inside for a place to free up outside. My friend orders a drink as we wait. 25 minutes later, they escort more than 5 people outside! I tell them it is unacceptable and to give us the check which they make me pay!

turned up on way home from day out with family ,staff were friendly and polite had some very nice food very enjoyable and not over busy which i myself prefer will vist again soon

I have been here for a coffee before but this was the first time I had a meal. Very fast service and reasonably priced. Thoroughly enjoyable and will return. Thanks for a wonderful (late) breakfast. You are a real asset to the area.

Two of us went in here today as coach drivers from Eastbourne on a day trip. Met with friendliness and a smile. Had a breakfast and a cuppa of Yorkshire tea. Great food and tea. Don't pass this one by...

My friend and myself attended here for the first time, I ordered a hot chocolate with regular milk for my friend with a portion of chips. I asked for tea with oat milk for myself with a portion of hash browns. The lady serving ask me a couple of times "just one portion of hash browns" Thinking I would be getting at least 3 hash browns I said "yes, just one please" repeating the same response to her when she repeated herself ? She took my money, I went to sit down and told my friend what happened. Our hot drinks arrived I put sugar in my tea, about to get ready to drink it when one of the ladies came up to me saying "sorry, that's got cow's milk in it, you wanted oat milk, let me make you a tea with oat milk, sorry" I told her "this should not have happened" I told my friend "what I drank some and had a reaction" Our food arrived we took one look and both said "bit small" I said"look 2 hash browns, there taking the p*ss no wonder she was asking about more" I said I won't be coming here again"
