Great place to work in, but bad attitude from staff. Dirty cutlery and was given a takeaway cup even though I was dining in (they said there were no more cups left as they are too busy to wash them up). Come here to work but otherwise, not worth the visit. Please employ some decent staff who don't keep chatting to each other!

Standard meals with minimum choice. Limited sandwiches. Hot chocolates are good . Service is ok. Mainly used by customers who want free wifi and they occupy the best seats .

In my opinion caffe nero is the best of the mega chain coffee shops and this branch in Edgware's busy High Street is no exception. It was busy on a Sunday lunchtime but i managed to get a seat inside the store which is oppisite the Broadwalk shopping centre. A nice quality latte made for a good little break from shopping.

I really like this place cause you can always find a sit (it's a big coffee shoo) inside with air conditioner and clean toilets or outside for enjoy a nice coffe and smoke a cigarette. The staff is nice and the environment is good. I like it!

I love this place and spend most of my Saturdays her. It is just across the rad from the Broadwalk. After shopping it is a good place to rest your feet when the coffee shop inside the Broadwalk is full The staff are nice and helpful too

Can be crowded on weekdays but if looking for a quick breakfast it is the ideal location in Edgware. The bus station and train station right opposite with a group of shops.

Great coffee and snacks here with the only down side being the cost. I think a small slice of lemon cheesecake came to £3.75 which was fairly expensive for all it was.

Great coffee, but I went for the Chocolate Milano with a Gluten Free slice, they were both very tasty, nice place to visit for that authentic coffee shop. Experience. 2 thumbs up

This Caffe Nero is located across the road from the Mall shopping centre. The atmosphere is quite pleasant & the staff are always very polite & friendly. Seating is comfortable as well. The only real gripe I have is that they seemed to have stopped doing low fat muffins! Shame because I do like their coffee. You can park in the Mall car park free for one & a half hours.

been here 3 times. twice to eat in and once was takeaway. Ordered cappuccino (slightly bitter) and my friend ordered hot chocolate (nice). Both shared a chocolate muffin which was great. atmosphere okay with a lot of uni people at lunch and it can be a bit much for just relaxing as its on edgware high street.

Lovely coffee shop with good quality coffee and tea. It is on a busy road next to all the shops, which is great. Their cakes are ok. For a quick refresher- why not!

This was my first caffe Nero experience and tbh I was very happy with it. Not a huge coffee drinker but the staff were patient enough and kind to assist me in what to pick. Clean tables and nice atmosphere.

Saludable + muy sabroso! Mi favorito es el batido Wake me Up, pero todo sabe muy bien y es creativo aquí; a excepción de los pasteles crudos. No los recomendaré :)

Stopped by for a quick latte late morning. Nice welcoming atmosphere. Lots of other people were there like me typing away at their laptops. Overall good ambience and experience. It makes a nice change to finchley to not always have the same chain coffee shops.

We had breakfast here a few mornings, while staying at the Travelodge over the road. Friendly staff and the food was delicious - scrambled eggs on sourdough with a perfectly fresh salad, shakshuka (baked eggs in tomato and pepper sauce) again with a lovely salad, teas and coffees. The cakes and lunchtime sandwiches and salads looked amazing and we're looking forward to trying more of the menu on a future visit. The price compares favourably with the Travelodge but the quality is much, much better.

Used to go here once a week. Felt quite special . Now it’s all cardboard, including coffees in cardboard cups and salad. I realise it’s a money saving but no good for customers
