It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

Beautiful location with lovely views of the city. The decor is gorgeous, had a boujee but comfortable atmosphere. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Drinks are pricy but lovely and easy to drink.

Had lovely rooftop drinks over the weekend for my son's special birthday - They have us a complimentary glass of champagne and also a little cake to celebrate his milestone. Although it was quiet as it was an early Sunday afternoon we still really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere. The staff are attentive - a shout out to Isaac who made a our day even more special - A great asset to the team. We will deffo be back. x

This bar is perfect for drinks with family, friends and/or colleagues. We were lucky enough to get a table outside since it was a dry afternoon and the view of the London Eye and city was striking. The drinks were fabulous - I definitely recommend the Midori Sour and Classic Margarita but all the drinks we tried were great. Our server couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful. We also had some nibbles/snack - the spring rolls and chicken were amazing. This is now going to be my go to bar for meeting friends, family and even work colleagues. Can’t wait till warmer weather as the rooftop will be even more impressive. Well done to all the Flute and Broadwick staff. Top marks!

Peculiar experience. Stumbled across this place on the way home from dinner. Spotted a friendly doorman at a red carpet approached and asked for tables for cocktails. We were offered a rooftop table through a large pink chamber like door. Fab vibe we thought. Took the lift up and were greeted by an overly attentive host. Insisted we provide first name last name and phone number, not sure why… Soon realised place lacked any other customer and was over populated with eager staff…. We’re provided with menus and when mentioned we were feeling a margarita we were advised “if you are starting with tequila I suggest start with some water’’. We were charged £5 for this unwanted liquid. My other two friends were stood over while they decided on their drinks…. It was after this crazy interaction we started to feel uneasy. Stunning view from the rooftop which was quenched when randomly decided to close all blinds.. Overall the atmosphere was weird and for two cocktails predominantly made up of ice and one glass of wine along with an unwanted bottle of water £56….. Would not return.

Flute is an amazing venue. Vibrant atmosphere. Fantastic welcome from staff especially Broadwich host, Rowinia. She was friendly, efficient and really looked after us. I highly recommend this chilled out roof terrace. In fact I’ve already booked our next visit.

This is an awesome space, from the beautiful decor, cork walls, mirror ceilings to the stage and the amazing cocktails and bar food. I would highly recommend! The house French75 & tuna tostadas were impeccable and so were the staff with their first class service

This hotel is very small with constant fire doors at every narrow corridor, feels clastrophic. A staff member told us to follow the corridor and take a right for the Flute bar. This was completely wrong, we found out the bar is on the 7th floor. After wondering around lost we tried the lift which had 6 as the top floor. In the lift we found a couple who said they had been lost for a while going up and down. The 6th floor was just rooms and no bar. We came down again and asked another lost looking member of staff and they said only 1 lift goes to the 7th floor. Shame no one else in the building knows this. The bar is much smaller than appears in photos, it's tiny with very small chairs. The room is way too dark, so much so that everyone uses the torch on their phone to read the menu. Even the poor waiter couldn't read the wine label because the ligting was too dark. Music also too loud for a small room so can't see and can't talk. Ordered 3 wine spritzers and the water brought 3 empty wine glasses to the table. We asked why and he said he would make the spitzers at our table. This is when the comedy of errors began. It took him 20 mins to slowly bring coasters, then wine glasses, then ice bucket, then soda bottles to our tiny table. The time wasted was hilarious watching this farce unfold. He poured wine while we added our own ice which splashed wine out the glass. The poor waiter apologised for the calamity and said the bar staff told him to do it this way. No where in the world is a wine spritzer served this way, its totally wrong and wastes time. I know this place is new but the management need training to learn how to run a bar and how to seve drinks correctly. We were charged £18 per wine spritzer which is also disgusting. After this embarrassment we asked for the 15% service charge to be removed and a new waiter came to argue and say its mandatory service. Because of this rudeness we will never return to this place, its an over priced embarrassment on the London bar scene. We left in the lift to curiously look at the restaurant on our way out. We found another group of people who were again lost. Everyone in this tiny hotel seems lost. Another staff member told us he doesn't know if there is a restaurant. Hilarious. We found the tiny restaurant via the back staff entrance. It's nice but very camp decor. Looks like the Ham Yard but more OTT with too much going on. The Ham Yard is much more elegant and less camp. I know this place is new and the staff clearly haven't been trained how to serve drinks or trained in knowledge about the hotel facilities, but the failures of management to get the ligting and music right in the bar is unforgiveable. The whole experience gives the impression that no one knows what they are doing. The building is small and claustrophobic and there is so much better on offer in London that you should give this overpriced circus a miss.

Caja de almuerzo muy saludable y abundante. Me tomó mucho tiempo terminar en realidad. . Servicio agradable, no demasiado pretencioso, relajado. ¡recomendado!

I used to love this place, but haven't been for nearly 10 years. I'm glad to see it hasn't changed too much, but with the downside that it is now apparently owned by BrewDog. Luckily, it appears they let them continue without having to follow the "taproom by numbers" you get out of most BrewDog bars, so not only does it have it's own look, but there is a much more interesting selection of beers. It was easy enough to get a seat on a Saturday afternoon, which is always a bonus in a decent location like this.

. . HORARIO DE APERTURA De lunes a viernes: 6. 30 a 7. 00 pm Sábado: 7. 30 a 7. 30 pm
