Accueil très sympathique des employés. Bonne situation en face du globe et à 2 pas de la Tamise. Quartier tranquille. Je recommande pour l accueil.

12,50 £ pour deux cafés !! Et le caissier fait mine de ne pas comprendre et parle très vite ... A la base nous voulions juste 2 expressos. En plus le café n'est pas bon, on dirait le café réchauffé américain.

Starbucks Hornchurch..This is our regular Starbucks ...what a welcoming wonderful place this is! with friendly staff ..especially Sophia hard working professional and kind. Sophia goes above and beyond for her customers a lovely smile and listening ear ..helpful lovely girl always a pleasure to see her and never forgets just the way I like my coffee !! Recommended

I just want to say how great Wilma (9441) is at the Starbucks in the The Village Hotel at Elstree she is always friendly and happy to help and makes the best coffee!

waited 25 minutes while ecerybody was faffing about like headless chickens then they forgot my order and to add insult to injury they got that wrong never have i seen such a disorganised bunch of people!!!! 4 people working well i say working one on the till and 3 flapping the one on the till qho yook my cash i asked where my coffee was and i got the reply oh dear i dont know !!! shambles loads of people moaning ridiculous could have gone home and made one quicker !!!!

Coffee 2 week not worth buying work keeping away from fish shop. Knight Rider one in Edgware for coffee was too weak too expensive and not working too.

Often have coffee here when shopping. It can be very crowded at times and often full of buggies which the place is really big enough for . Not sure why the buggy owners don't leave them folded in a corner as I used to when I used one for my child. Not bad hot chocolate .

Am always amazed that people queue for this bilge water. Try Fenwicks Nero or the adjoinng patisserie for decent coffee

Again I don't care for Starbucks, the coffee doesn't measure up to the hype. I usually avoid at all costs.

This franchise has the longest and slowest queues of any Starbucks in any country that I have ever been too. Combine this with the tiny cramped space where buggies are fighting with shoppers and their bags and this makes for a particularly unpleasant experience. One to be avoided at all costs.

Let's face it, without a Starbucks or Costa Coffee, no Mall is complete ... here the area is open and easy to access. It offers all that Starbucks is renowned for and the staff are pretty well trained to deal with the long queue that we've come to expect. It's good to sit down for a coffee and cake and watch the world go by. Great people watching opportunity in Brent Cross.

Costa is better. Couldn't write my name. Had to explain 4 time for a simple cappuccino. Over all average experience

Been a regular customer since 2008 and all I can say they're very friendly and overall place is clean. Fast and still great service. Relax time is assured. Best also on the go or when in a hurry! Will be there soon again.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Starbucks and always had but this branch serves third rate coffee. I very rarely get a smile from the staff. It had to wait 20 minutes for a Frappuccino (the queue was not that big). They had forgotten the cream on top (that I paid for). Don't bother or waste your time. I will not return to this branch!

Café espresso colombiano é o melhor da casa. Harmoniza bem com as comidinhas, mais precisamente com os cookies e os muffins.

After, before and during you shopping ....it is good to have a quick pick up with a decent cup of cofee

Not as good as in Canada, but pleasant. Missed my Oatbar though. The coffee however made up for that.

Visited this Starbucks twice in the last 24hrs. The service is good, but on 2nd visit the server making the coffee, forgot to add the steamed milk to the macchiato however, this was quickly rectified without a fuss. Downside to this Starbucks however is that there are not many tables, and it would appear that people who have ordered their drinks in takeaway cups seem to be taking up tables, thus denying those who have ordered their drinks as a "drink in" from getting a table - this is something that perhaps the manager needs to address. This Starbucks accepts payment via Starbucks Card or mobile app.
