Starbucks Coffee in Havering

This is the best starbucks i have been to Andi the manager had been here about 6 years and is so lovely and runs the place so well. The coffee ,staff like Lauren and Veronika are so hospitable and the atmosphere is lovely. Try it yourself.

The one in the Liberty is a horrible experience , the staff members Angela , amelid, and 2 others were so rude to me & my wife , was shouting and laughing , didn’t answer a simple question . I’ve been to over 50 Starbucks , this one is the worst , stay away , staff with manners of a donkeys ass… never going back .

Purchased two cold coffees, waited 15 minutes and when asked where our order was - where met with rudeness from the barista working. Her attitude was horrendous and we were told can’t you see how there is not enough staff. Then proceeded to point to the notice about not offending staff and walked away. When asked again how long for our order we were met with it takes as long as it takes and if you keep asking I make you wait even longer! If this is customer service - then Starbucks you need to revisit the training of your staff!!

Im giving 5 stars beacuse of the amazing staff. The area manager for this branch, has put the opening time at 6AM. They dont actually open at 6AM..they start getting paid at 6.30AM. Can you imagine how annoying this is if you work here? They don't show it though It still says 6AM right now and hasn't been changed. So I ordered on the (dreadful) app at 6AM and waited outaide. Andrea came out and told me they wernt open for another half hour.. This was no good, as I needed to scram. she then told me to come in and wait. Fiaq then went on to make my drinks, all in his own unpaid time. AND they were HOT and everything ( hear that Liberty branch?) The service between here and the other unfriendly, awful, cold drink giving, branch in the Liberty centre is like night and day. I wish I had always come here. Ill never give my money to that miserable one again. The kids that work here go above and beyond. Abby is also cool, as is the red haired boy. Pay them more, nuture their good spirit, make them managers, and change their opening hours on the site. Im talking to YOU, Area manager.

They always make exactly what you want, kind caring and have good relations with customers, taking time to remember your orders,making it a fast order,I have never waited long,they work very hard, the manager is a very nice man as are all off the staff, can’t fault it there, go every day.😀😀😀

I just needed to share this, my 12 year old son visited this shop yesterday and left his phone, zip card and £35 pounds there, he thought he'd lost them forever, today I tried calling the phone as it was flat, and I believe it was the manager at Starbucks answered he said he charged the phone and was waiting for someone to call, I collected the phone, zip card and the full £35 he had left, just wanted to say what good honest staff they have there, they are a credit to the company 😊

Always such a lovely atmosphere with a really relaxed and friendly environment. Clean and staff are always very polite and happy to help.

bacon roll and hot chocolate , roll was too hard to eat and not much bacon , 2 items came to over £6

I went there and told them what I what which is a moca frappe with cream on top with chocolate drizzle on top and I wanted it a medium but they messed my drink up twice and when they gave me my drink it had a drop of cream in the middle and barely and cause on top and they gave me a small insted of a medium and it tasted like water

Good service with nice coffee. I like to go here with friend. Love all summer time drinks and snacks

I quite frequently come here to do work outside of being at home to provide a change of scenery. Always quick service. Always clean cups. Seating has always been available. Always had customers in but without the feeling of being too full. It is more relaxing to have a coffee in compared to the Starbucks in the liberty shopping centre nearby. I have no complaints. Not 5 stars however in view of it having no additional individuality over other coffee stops and it being a chain

Slow, dirty, messy. Need i say more! Dust everywhere tables unattended with dirty cups and cutlery left.

Went there after doing some Christmas shopping and ordered a soya cappuccino and a mince pie, the service was not prompt nor professional the person taking my order was talking and giggling. Once I sat down the table was mucky, before I left I used the toilet to say it was dirty and unkempt was an understatement. Needless to say I wont be wasting my money in an establishment like this.

Well positioned Starbucks with outdoor and indoor seating. Usual range of drinks / snacks / cakes. Found it odd that one of the indoor tables was broken and had jagged edges exposed which would probably injure someone who touched it. Not only did it look neglected it is quite dangerous.

I visited there be for Christmas as shopping there My kids wanted a flapper chinos so we waited about 2 minutes To pay then waited 15 minutes more for the drinks along with others what I could not understand why they had 5 members of staff behind the counter instead of all helping they were all doing their on jobs so when I got home I phoned to complain about this which they said they would look into and said that they would send me a token jesters I went there Monday and it's still the same and I still have not received the tokens go in ms they do a lovely cup per or a cafe it's cheaper and faster a lot of cafes have The assaulted machines now

Called into this Starbucks at The Brewery, after doing our shopping. We ordered a flat white, a gingerbread latte and a mocha for the drinks. The food was two cheese and marmite sarnies, and an ultimate all-day breakfast sandwich. The coffees were lovely and the gingerbread latte tasted like real gingerbread. The flat white had beautiful art on it, and it lasted while drinking. The mocha was the perfect mix of coffee and chocolate. The cheese and marmite sarnies were very savoury and full of flavour. The ultimate all-day breakfast sandwich had scrambled egg, 2 sausages and bacon. You could also choose which sauce you wanted to have as an accompaniment. All in all, a really tasty lunch. The Starbucks itself was clean and bright and the staff were efficient and friendly. Totally recommended. We will definitely be visiting again.

It's just a normal Starbucks, it's a nice place to grab a coffee. I enjoy the food here when grabbing a coffee. It's selection is better than costa.

You can definitely rely on starbucks for good experience and quality coffee. I have been here few times and likes the hospitality. Will recommend all.

Bad start- Sat down at a messy table.

Good Starbucks- been here a while on corner between the brewery and the pedestrian bit of Romford Outdoor seating available so all good join the loyalty scheme and tap in for bargains/ offers
