Service slow, food awful, lacking any sort of customer service

A great cup of coffee - one of the best in Norwich. The lad that served me was super kind and helpful. The atmosphere was delightful, with some wonderful things on sale upstairs. The young girl Julia was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

The new paint does not cover the cracks. It’s gay for a day pub. One day it’s family the next day it’s lgbgt. Good garden area and very happy staff.😂

It was afternoon tea with a twist very nice, the service was excellent but the atmosphere could have been better only in so much as the music felt it should have been Latin type music and a little quieter as it was afternoon

I booked Sunday lunch for 3 people, my wife and I + our son, our son came to meet us at the restaurant and we knew this restaurant well albeit from 10 yrs ago, we ordered drinks, ours arrived and our son ordered coffee when it arrived, he poured it and it was just pale water in the cafetière? He talked to a waiter who apologised and said he would remove it from the bill, he promised to replace the drink our son waited 10 minutes nothing arrived our son exited and said goodbye, we ordered our meals in the hope it couldn’t get any worse, the food arrived and looked very nice, we had loin of pork with seasonal vegetables, unfortunately some chef also added a cauliflower sauce in two blobs (No Cauliflower) with a rich gravy, I started on the food and moved the white sauce to one side, unfortunately my wife’s meal her sauce had mixed with the gravy and looked awful, my wife’s meal was only half eaten I did have mine as was hungry, I wish now we had left with our son, I went to pay of course they didn’t take the coffee off the bill.until I pointed it out! He said you should have said something we told two of the staff but nobody tells anybody else ! They did take off the service charge, what disappoints me more than anything else is we don’t see our son often as he work away and I knew he would remember the Maids head restaurant where we used to go years ago. We will remember this visit for all the wrong reasons.

Few drinks before a night out playing Mortal Kombat, House of the Dead, Pac-man and a bunch of other classics. When they first opened they had an extensive cocktail menu with all game related themes and all very original, menu has since got a bit smaller but guessing that’s due to refining/best sellers. Good atmosphere every time, everyone’s just there to play games and have a few bevvies, and chill. Highly recommend if you’re out in Norwich a bit earlier than usual!!

Absolute disgrace this place 2 door man trying to start a fight as best they can with an over 40/50 year old men. Shoving 2 men to the floor and provoking and being aggressive , but only because we older and didn’t want the hassle , we walked away. Another person might end of started a fight which they obviously wanted. STAY AWAY . DISGRACEFUL PLACE. STAY AWAY.

¡Es un concepto tan interesante! Como la estimulación visual juega un papel tan importante en la alimentación, qué sucede cuando se elimina ese sentido. Algunos de los platos tenían un toque interesante, como un paquete de sushi nigiri con una zanahoria comprimida marinada en esencia de pescado. El sabor era bastante horrible con demasiado arroz pegajoso, pero la salsa que lo acompañaba era encantadora. El segundo plato era algo frito y frío sin sabor, todavía con forma de calamares y una masa gruesa muy espesa encima de alguna variante de mayonesa comprada en la tienda. El tercer plato fue un intento de sandía a la parrilla, con un sabor a humo líquido totalmente abrumador que tardó aproximadamente una hora en salir de mi boca. Fue, con mucho, la cosa más desagradable que he puesto en mi boca. El sentimiento fue compartido con cada persona con la que hablé. Los siguientes cursos fueron igual de asquerosos y el único curso un tanto redentor fue una pequeña taza de plástico de lo que pensé que era tapioca de piña, coco y mango, ya que resultó ser semillas de chía empapadas. el último plato era comestible, pero lamentablemente, no soporto el chocolate, fue inteligente porque estaba hecho con chocolate humimo. Con todo, eran 30. 00 para alimentos ingeniosamente disfrazados para engañar a la paleta, hechos con los ingredientes más baratos posibles preparados de manera descuidada por chefs muy talentosos. Me estaba muriendo de hambre al final. Gran idea, pero debería haberlo probado en un restaurante decente! !

I'm utterly disappointed with the service. I've purchased two surprise bags on 'Too good to go' app to be collected tonight 19:00–19:30. Sadly, the drive took much longer than anticipated, and I was late a few minutes. The employee present at the store simply ignored me and continued on with her 'cleaning' while happily chatting with a friend and after a few minutes started to pack all the pastries and leftover food and passed it to her friend who was leisurely sitting inside and clearly not a member of the staff. It's a very unprofessional behaviour and stark favouring from the employee proves how this branch treats customers and why it has numerous low reviews.

We often eat here when we come shopping and usually it’s fairly good but this evening when we asked if the steak pie had onions in no one not even kitchen staff knew which i found unacceptable as cooks should know what’s in there food regardless of whether they buy the products in or not.
