Really friendly and welcoming. They heated my pain au raisin in the microwave! which I’m not sure did it any favours. But they were trying to go the extra mile which was very much appreciated and I will definitely return and would recommend others to try this little personable cafe out.

Popped in to get a too good to go bag/box. Such a bargain if you can catch one do it 👌

We walk into the city weekly, the departure lounge is always our first stop. The main reason is, in my opinion it’s the best coffee in the city. We do not eat often but the food we have had is always good The current owner is a nice guy who always chats .

Longest wait for them to cook the food , why aren't there chips and sausages cooked ready for customers? Service was fine and polite, but all the food was all served back to front, sausages and fish under the chips and soggy and the pineapple fritter squashed between 2 boxes so therefore ended up with no batter ... chips were so incredibly over cooked or possibly even recooked they were empty chips but super hard . So disappointed after reading all the good reviews . Definitely would not recommend or return .

We went to Tatlers on Saturday evening, we were a group of 6 and what a great experience it was, the atmosphere was perfect, the staff could not have done more to make it a memorable experience and the food was wonderful and all at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all the team, we will spread the word and we will be back.

First time using this takeaway. Sadly food was not good. Lamb tikka dansak. Lamb very tough no flavour. Sauce bland. Onion bhajee under cooked so greasy and not crisp. Very disappointing.

The Britons Arms is a well known building at the top end of Elm Hill in Norwich, built in 1537, it's been around for quite a while. For many years it was only open during the day to refresh the hoards of tourists wandering up and down the cobbled street with tea, coffee and sticky buns, but no longer. From Thursday to Saturday it is now open until 9:00 pm for some of the best home cooked food in the city. I had a lamb shoulder with stewed veg and dumpling that was to die for, very tasty and everything perfectly cooked, we will be visiting here again very soon, delicious!

Buena selección de comida en oferta, buena variedad de café y té, incluido descafeinado. También hacen chocolate caliente y bebidas frías. Bonito plan de asientos con muchos asientos y mesas por dentro y por fuera. Tiende a estar un poco ocupado entre 8. 15 am - 8. 45 am de lunes a viernes con personas recogiendo bebidas en el camino al trabajo, lo que demuestra que es un lugar popular.

Great place to have a Sunday Roast. Food was delicious, all of it. Service a tad slow, but there was only 2 of them, and they were very lovely young people. Absolutely highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

A wonderful little spot i stopped in for breakfast having the aubergine and cheese Turkish pastry with a vanilla latte. Great price, delicious food. Will be bring my sons back in June for birthday breakfast. Fab.

Very good, loved it. Service was very good and loved the community. Very good flavours and sauces were given. Would def go again with family and friends.

Really lovely service. Accommodated my large group at short notice as they fortunately had a table. Looked after us well. Brought a booster seat for my baby. Our out of town guests were really happy with the visit too
