A proper ‘greasy spoon’ cafe. Arrived to find it full of tradesmen having their breakfast (a good sign). This was for a catchup with an old friend. I went for a bacon roll whilst my friend had the No. 1 breakfast. Both were superb. Staff were friendly. We sat chatting for probably 35 minutes after finishing our food and drinks and no issues. Probably half the price of the Bakehouse down the road. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a table of 8 for my 70th Birthday celebrations and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I was a little apprehensive but as soon as I met Katherine (Owner) prior to our booking i was immediately drawn to the place. In regard to the food everything I ask for came out onto the table the food was amazing it was so delicious. We chose a Meze starter followed by Salmon, Shish Chicken and Lamb Skewers with the most delicious salads and vegetables and flat breads to die for, we also had Gorgeous Pavlova and a very varied Cheese Board for dessert the presentation was lovely, I honestly think Katherine old mke a boiled egg look pretty. Our food was served by Peter who assisted Catherine and he makes a very good Waiter. There was nothing we could fault and we definitely will be returning hopefully in the not too distant future. Well Done Katherine and Peter

This cafe is as you walk into a Church of England church. There is a hall to the left, so have to walk through the coffee area at the front to get to this if you need to be in the hall for a class or meeting. so people clock you going in. There is a good choice of hot and cold drinks, and homemade cakes on the front counter. which are very tempting. guessing donated by locals. great place to go if you want one of Aunties cakes, or a slice of something. The hot chocolate is very tasty.

My wife and I have been visiting Gullotti Cafe a couple of times a week for about the last three months. We can honestly say that we have never been disappointed. My wife says that the Vanilla Milkshake is the best she has ever had. I am a coffee lover and have never been able to find a Cappucino in this country to rival those in Italy. Gullotti’s cappucino is the best I have ever had. This coupled with such a lovely clean and welcoming cafe and staff has made our visits such a pleasure.

Apon arriving at the cafe that is just a 2 min walk from the station past the shed, I was greeted by friend staff and atmosphere. I ordered a breakfast and was not disappointed when it arrived! Lovely portions and lovely food and to top it off I sat outside along the river 🤩 The cafe is dog friendly so my Labrador was over the moon when he was given a free dog treat 🦴

Great little pub , sat in a quite place in the back restaurant , had a great waitress in Angie , couldn’t have been more helpful both the meat dinners & the veggie dinners were spot on with plenty of the brown gravy , the place is worth a visit for Sunday lunch

We popped in on a Thursday evening with our minds focused on a great steak and spatchcock chicken, but we were tempted by the specials, the soup and Brie bites were both excellent. Mains, I had the beef and mushroom pie , mash and fresh vegetables, I couldn’t fault it, fresh and filled with flavours, excellent. My wife had the schnitzel which was light and a real delight, the pasta was amazing and very filling. No room for a desert unfortunately, next time. Well done to the Queens Room team. Thank you.

The food in this country side cafe is delicious and reasonable. I ordered a No. 2 and recommend that to everyone who needs a balance of meat and carbs. The staff is very friendly and interactive. It's a small cafe with good vibes and ambience to take a break in or to visit when you have reached Abridge cycling or long distance running. Surrounded by vast green lands it has an inner seating with a deck for dogs just outside. Just adjacent to the cafe there is a nursery with a huge variety of plants too. Food is mainly English breakfast and sandwiches 🥪.
