The Queens Rooms in Epping Forest

This is the third or fourth time I have been here and the food has always been very good but we always seem to have to wait a long time. Our main course took at least an hour to arrive and from the waitress asking if we wanted to see the dessert menu it took 15 minutes for the menu to arrive. This was after most people had left. I don’t understand why twice on the trot now service is so slow !!!

We returned to the Queens Room Thursday evening with friends and had an excellent meal as usual. A local restaurant to us, we had two ribeye steaks one fillet and one spatchcock chicken complimented with some delicious Malbec . They use high quality produce cooked to perfection, served by attentive friendly staff, what more could you want. Top marks.

Last minute decision to pop out for a meal, they were very busy but managed to squeeze us in. In addition to their normal menu they had a themed menu, tonight it was South American I had the sirloin steak and my wife the chops both dishes were from the specials served with themed flavouring and were succulent, everything is cooked fresh with great produce so it’s worth the wait. The atmosphere was buzzing with people having a great time the staff were attentive and nothing was a problem. We really had a lovely evening this place truly is a understated gem. 10/10 a perfect evening thank you the Queens Room.

We took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday last night and it was amazing! We had a lovely waitress who attended us brilliantly and the staff had an amazing knowledge on the food and wine. The food was fantastic. We were a table of 10 and every single dish was delicious. We really couldn’t fault it and we will 100% be back.

Whilst the steaks were good (although one was cooked incorrectly) the service was worse than slow . One very nice young man who seemed on his own. The owner spent her time chatting to the regulars whilst we were totally ignored We will not go back

Good food wine reasonably priced. This is a small bistro that is a cafe during the day. Pate good and squid appeared freshly cooked. the various steaks we had were excellent as was the calves liver. Chimichurri sauce is fantastic here.

A first time visit was disappointing A hamburger with cheese and bacon was not really worth £21 even including chips in this case Service was good although we were never asked if everything was ok even on payment of bill. Maybe steak meals are the restaurants better offerings. I’ll stick to the gourmet burger and honestl burger company’s in future

Whilst more known for being a steak restaurant, this restaurant has started Sunday lunches in recent times. The service was attentive and friendly whilst being very accommodating to young children. The food itself was good with a choice of three or four meats. This is a good alternative to the often busy pubs in the area - and fairly relaxed without the hustle and bustle often seen in gastropubs.

The food was delicious,piping hot and we had huge portions ! Couldn’t manage a dessert unfortunately!! Service was exceptional- waiter was friendly and warm! Would thoroughly recommend- this was our second visit and will be returning very soon. Many thanks.

Took my mum here lastnight as a little treat and what a great place! Was a first visit and most definitely will be going back! Really nice surroundings, staff were welcoming and can’t do enough for you, and the food was bang on! We both had 12oz rib eye and was cooked perfect! Can’t wait to return!

We had the most wonderful night here for a birthday celebration for 16 of us. Sevi, Vas and their team looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left at 11.45pm. The service was excellent and they did such a great job getting all the delicious food out in good time. Thank you so much.

Excellent restaurant with high quality food, great service, mellow ambience and all on our doorstep! The josper grill sirloin steak is soohhh tasty!! Would definitely recommend.

First Visit last night and managed to get a great table even though the place was very busy. Was looked after by two team members, Ollie and Yulia, and both were young but very well versed in their roles. They made us very welcome without being over attentive! Now to the food. This was the best piece of sirloin steak and expertly cooked. The side we’re all great as well and I haven’t even mentioned how good the starters were yet. When we try a new venue we tend to order loads of starters to try as much as we can and all were fabulous! Really pleased we found this hidden treasure and you should definitely try this spot - if your lucky enough to get a table!!!!! Enjoy Guys!!!!

Still moving on with the virus all around us; but The Queens Rooms make that disappear for a short while with a fantastic Take Away. Their Take Away collection is safe and efficient, and the food is always first rate. The steaks are cooked to perfection, just how you request, and the sides are lovely. if you don’t fancy a steak; check through their menu as there is plenty of variety, from Thai curry, Lamb Chops, and burgers that are the very best. The Queens Rooms makes an evening feel “nearly “ normal with a Fantastic meal and OH !! at a very good price👌👌

Absolutely delicious food. Broccoli and Stilton soup was superb. Excellent fillet steak and the best French fries ever. Great to see the restaurant busy in these uncertain times. Lovely service overseen by the lovely owner Seve.

evrything about this place is 5 stars. No other eatery in the area touches it for food quality, smiley staff, ambience and all round lovely experience. The menu is varied and the chef nails it every time (i know because ive been throught it 2 or 3 times), the steaks from the Josper grill are cooked to perfection.

Usually come here for dinner but decided to have a lunch meeting to see how the brunch menu rated. Wasn't disappointed. My colleague had the full English and his only criticism was the eggs were a bit underdone. He didn't specify how he wanted them though. The eggs Benedict was one of the best I've ever had. The hollandaise was light and not claggy. The only downside for me is the chairs are a bit uncomfortable if you sit a while. Make the most of the 50% offer now. When it stops you'll keep going back.

It’s so good to be able to visit the Queens Rooms for a fantastic take out meal: These last few months have been extremely hard and seeing the guys in the restaurant providing such lovely food is a just great. The take away food is served in sealed little boxes which ensure it remains hot and tasty. A Great evening is sure to follow, also take the chance to buy one of their lovely wines. Can’t wait to get back to a normal evening in one of our favorite restaurants.

I’ve had dinner and breakfast here many times and always found it exceptional. This time, I have to comment on how good the healthy options are. I had the falafel bowl which was excellent. This place really does cater for everyone with exceptional food and service.

This is a real gem, the entire evening is relaxing and the food is wonderful.The specials board provides a real dilemma as there are some great selections, but not to forget the table menu which includes the very best steaks and other dishes. The steaks are always cooked to perfection.

We decided to eat here after reading the reviews . We weren't disappointed. The sirloin was so tender my son literally cut it with a spoon. Steaks and lamb cutlets cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The meat and all the sides were all piping hot and full of flavour. The service was friendly and efficient, not rushed. Oh dear! Where to start?Dined out as a foursome tonight with best friend and husband to celebrate her birthday.Every year I dread this dinner as her birthday, being early December, coincides with restaurants at their busiest. We usually experience the worst, most rushed, service, and, average, at best, cuisine.Tonight at The Queens Rooms they broke the mould.It truly was a revelation!We started with a duck liver pâté, humous, calamari, and, best of all a yummmmy portion of halloumi. We all fancied the famous Queens Rooms steaks, (on the Josper), for mains. Our fillets and sirloins were accompanied by our choice of the Queens Rooms renowned béarnaise sauce. The steaks were all generously cut and perfectly grilled, as on previous visits.Despite not really being a chip eater, I couldn’t resist a few of their famed fat chips to dip in the bearnaise, however in a carb contest, the mac and cheese was also stand out amazing. At this point I realised that I had to keep a close eye on my Mediterranean vegetables as all 3 of us were eyeing up the yummy courgette and aubergine mixture, but it was MINE and I hated having to share. I’m on medication, and wasn’t quick witted enough to cotton on and order another portion just for me. Heck, you live and learn!All I can say is, 20 minutes later, there were big smiles and clean plates all round.After coffees, we left to return to mine, and called for the bill, (which generously comes with a lovely choccy per person).Whenever we dine here, not as often as I like, I marvel at how reasonable it is considering the tip top quality of all of the ingredients, especially the stupendous meat. The service also is stand out. Friendly and kind. without being overbearing.This really is a local treasure plus plus plus.Indeed my fussy friends rate The Queens Rooms so highly that they think nothing of driving over from Stanmore in Friday night traffic to eat here!

Really relaxed and enjoyable restaurant on Queens Road in Buckhurst Hill. Nice, cozy interior with a fun local crowd. Staff very friendly and attentive. Menu very tasty - good selection of starters - the fried Camembert and cranberry sauce was delicious.Guinness and a steak pie looked tasty on a winter’s evening, but we went for steaks as main course. These were great with mac n cheese as a tasty side. Good range of wines by the glass to choose from.Warm atmosphere, good food, good value!

Always a welcoming atmosphere - very friendly staff and stylish decorm paying every detail to different seasons of the year eg cool and minimal in the warm months, and cosy and candlelit in the autumnal season. Have been dining here for years! Sevi works with ease to always make sure her customers are well-catered for. I have experienced first class service and succulent food throughout the years of dining here - and be it a delicious full-English breakfast or a more unusual "Buddha Bowl" the herbs, spices and succulent meats and fish that have tasted my palette over the years have been mind-blowingly orgamic!I have also witnessed customer's asking for off the menu dishes, and Sevi always catering for their wishes. I have also been luck to experience birthday parties, Christmas and romantic dinners at The Queens, and for many years, have always left with a wonderful lingering memory of celebrating that special occasion with the most delicious food, beautifully presented - and always with a smile.I have also seen famous faces mingling amongst the crowds - because they know The queens is a discreeet place to dine, have business meetings or functions. You are always welcomed solo too - a safe haven for ladies who would like a glass of wine or a cocktail - and to feel they are in a secure environment.Apart from being the best restaurant easily in Buckhurst Hill - I doubt if a restuarant in Essex could match it for the individual personal care Sevi takes to ensure all her customers enjoy their experience there.It is Sevi's Birthday tonight, and she is working in her restaurant - amongst all the fresh roses and gifts her many admirers and customers bring her on an annual basis. Quite a small restaurant but the food was wonderful, I haven;t had the chance to go back for another meal, but looking forward to a return visit in the near future

Great cocktails to kick off the evening; There is a wide choice on the menu, but you must check out the specials board as this varies regularly.The steaks are the very best we’ve had, cooked exactly as requested, with a lovely choice of sides.The wine choice is lovely with a nice variety, always ask if not sure; we did and are now hooked on a lovely smooth wine.Best of all, the staff are so friendly with a wonderful atmosphere which is just so cool and relaxing; A Great Restaurant with Great Food and Great Staff.

We have visited The Queens Rooms many, many times and the food is always amazing. It is delicious, it tastes fresh and healthy and is always beautifully presented. I can't praise this place enough. The staff are very attentive. I won't say too much more otherwise I may find I'm unable to get booked in next time!! Definitely worth a visit though.

We are locals to Buckhurst Hill and if a meat eater and enjoy steaks this is for sure the best place to go. The vegetarian menu is small on options, and I do think considering the type of area it is there should be more selections available.

I visited the Queens Room with 3 friends. It isn’t cheap but I can honestly say, I had the beat steak I have ever had! Staff were very attentive and we had a lovely evening.

After playing tennis we all wanted a local restaurant for a quick meal and my friend who has been here before suggested the Wueens Rooms. What a great choice we all had a fabulous meal steaks were excellent starters were equally as good and the service we couldn’t fault Wil definitely be returning.

Friends of ours asked us to meet them here around 18 months ago, I checked it online and to be honest was very apprehensive, I needn't have been.

Starters was okai... Steak and chips were lush 100%/have again and burger wasent to bad... They don't do a kids menu (down side) a kids little juice was 2.20!!same as a Coke had sticky toffee pudding when got mine was cold... Tasted like brown bread... N not much sauce on it .... We found the (manger or owner not sure who she was was quiet rude and stuck up.. Oldish lady) other staff where fine little restaurant shame wasent bigger

Came here for a birthday party. Had already given in our orders, unbelievably everyone else was served first.

Writing to many reviews about the Queens Room,only because every time I go there the menu is tweeked and unbelievably the food from the chef just keeps getting better last night we ate from there Xmas menu and all I can say is WOW But don't take my word for it ,try it , you won't be disappointed

I’d probably give this place 3.5 if that was an option. The steaks were all tasty and well cooked but the menu options were rather uninspiring. The first courses were all safe, hard to get wrong options - pate, calamari, halloumi etc. The other mains - burger, salmon, chicken all rather ordinary. The cheesecake was not like a cheesecake I’d ever eaten before and tasted synthetic and bought in rather than made in-house. It’s small inside and it’s not cheap. Service was pleasant. That’s all I can say really. It was just ok. I wouldn’t rush back.

Four of us for dinner on a quiet Tuesday night. Nice cocktails and shared starters followed by superb steaks and lamb cutlets. Quality of the meats comparable with any of the high end city or west end chains at much more wallet friendly prices. After two recent unfortunate experiences with neighbourhood restaurants, Provender (the owner), and Blue Bell (manageress), this has restored my faith in local dining.

Called in on a Friday night with no booking. Able to have a table if we left by 9.30pm. Not a problem. Would recommend booking otherwise. Excellent service, cocktails pricey at £8.00 a go but food very reasonably priced. The goats cheese and beetroot salad was delicious. Varied menu, great ambience, would definitely return. Only dropped a star as chairs were uncomfortable to sit on, a cushion would be nice.

My husband and I visited The Queens Rooms for a late Saturday night dinner, and we absolutely loved our meal. The restaurant was cozy and warm, especially on a snowy night.

We are three guys working away and looking for something a little more than pub grub. Having scoured the internet our choice for the evening was the Queens Rooms, although we were a little concerned, when trying to get onto the website, we were informed that the ‘domain had ceased’ leading us to believe the restaurant had closed. We decided to risk it anyway and I am so pleased we did. We were welcomed by a very charming man who I perceived to be the owner,who showed us to a table.The restaurant is very long and narrow,but has a really warm,intimate feeling about it. We had various starters from Pate to ribs, but what we came for was the main event, a big juicy steak! We all had the 12 oz sirloin which I swear was at least sixteen, all medium rare,but with different sauces. Not a word was spoken for a good ten to fifteen minutes, but groans of pleasure punctured the silence! Everything was perfect from the house Merlot, to the fat chips. Unfortunately we were all to full to sample dessert, but luckily enough we are working locally next week so will be sampling the Queens Rooms for a second time,and I can’t wait.

Visited on Saturday evening for our first evening meal. We chose Burgers and Steak, everything tasted wonderful and was cooked perfectly, served with a good sized portion of salad and chips, fresh, colourful and filling. We had a bottle of Malbec which was very good and reasonably priced. Expect to pay £20 plus for Steak and be assured you’ll get a worthy meal.

The food here is great, the menu is varied and the dishes are lovely. The steaks are the very best I've had, the chops are cooked beautifully as are all the dishes.

Prior to visiting this restaurant we reviewed the TripAdvisor feedback which was good and rated No.1 in Buckhurst Hill. Small, cosy and independently run restaurant serving good local food. The prawns starter was tasty, the steaks were well cooked and full of flavour. The wine list prices were very reasonable with a pretty good Malbec around £20.00. Will come back again in the near future and well worth a visit if you want a well cooked steak.

I have been to The Queens room rought four times and always have been treated with utter respect when entering, the fillet and rib eye steak are very good for the price without having to travel to Hawksmoor or Goodmans albeit not as good but for a good steak house in Buckhurst Hill,you cannot go wrong.The sweet potato wedges are sublime.

We had a fabulous night at the Queens Rooms, we started with cocktails; I would recommend the Queens Special cocktail.

After a disastrous trip to the pub who camouflages as a restaurant but smells like a loo, we ended up here, lovely food, shame we didn't go there straight away

Why go to the West End when this local restaurant is on the doorstep? This tea room transforms itself in the evening to a venue that produces top quality meat comparable with several well known steak chains and at lower prices. Three of us enjoyed our steaks and my wife’s lamb cutlets maintainted the high quality standard. Top quality service on a busy Saturday night with the owners very much in evidence.We shall return!

This restaurant is a wonderful find, thanks to our butcher Quality and Excellence for the information Definitely worth a visit, we were a table of 6 and as others have said this was our first time and we and couldn’t fault the whole evening. All the steaks were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is relaxed and all the courses were brilliant. Everyone came away really impressed that we have found a great steak restaurant, we will be back.

Definitely worth a visit, the fillet steak was amazing and only £20 which includes a side dish, compared to any other steak restaurant for the quality its excellent value for money. Lovely little family run restaurant which is a nice relaxed intimate setting. Also shared the chocolate fondant which was cooked to perfection. The bill come to £70 for 1x starter, 2x steaks and sides, 1x dessert and a good bottle of wine. Come away really impressed and we will certainty be going back again.

Had dinner with a friend, a nice venue and background music quiet enough for conversation. We both had garlic prawns for starter which were shell off so easier to eat, and very well seasoned. We also both had fillet steak cooked exactly as we both asked. The side dishes however were a little disappointing, we shared a sweet potato side which was £3 but only had 4 wedges, also broccoli and sugar snap pea side dish consisted of 3 pieces of broccoli and 3 sugar snap peas for the same price. The quality of the food was amazing, service great and not rushed, and the venue perfect. Definitely recommend

I rate this meal as the best I have ever had. The main course took a little time to arrive but when it did we could see why. Everything from the succulent steaks and the lamb cutlets to the vegetables and even the sauces had all been carefully and individually prepared. The flavours were spectacular. The care taken with the food in the kitchen was obvious. The service was delightful. If I want to impress a guest I can't think of a better place to do it. We were four people and all of us shared the same views. There is nothing that can be improved in this restaurant. I highly recommend it.

We have visited The Queens Room for dinner on a number of occasions. On every visit we have had fantastic service and consistently the best quality meat, cooked to perfection exactly as you specify. This restaurant is pretty unassuming looking from the outside, but the quality of the food is equally as good as you will find in top West End restaurants for a fraction of the price and the customer service is exemplary. Go there, you won't be disappointed.

I have visited this restaurant for dinner 5 times now and believe I am ready to give a truthful review. Its always best never to judge on a first visit.It is very small from the outside you could almost miss it and walk by as we did the first time.When you walk in and see how stylish and cosy it is you know the owner has put a lot of thought into this and you know your in for a special evening. 1920's Parisian cafe culture very relaxing. They own the Rolls Royce of charcoal ovens, Josper which cooks food to perfection.This will be a good investment in the long run.The food is excellent! The best fillet steak that I have tasted in years, better than Gaucho in London and without the price tag. Sevi the owner has a very calming aura around her, which adds to the charm of this hidden gem. My son loved the chicken so not just for steak lovers.I thought the wine by the glass was reasonable for what you get. Wine by the the bottle will always be the best deal if wanting more than two glasses.The food is all freshly cooked, not a large menu so you know it will be fresh.The service is excellent and customer service is Exceptional!

I have been coming here for since the Queens Rooms has opened for breakfast, lunch and the dinner. You won't get a better steak anywhere else and I work and dine out a lot in London. Sevi and her staff always make you feel welcome and service is always good and nothing too much trouble and often I choose off the menu. It's clear they genuinely love what they do and are passionate about their food they serve. I felt the need to give a real honest review after the negative and total ridiculous review of Lisa who is complaining of bad customer service when go to a place out of opening times!! How can you judge a company/place when they weren't even open.

We had prawns and calimari to start then lamb chops and ribeyeb steak. Both were excellent. Wine by the glass was a bit expensive but the malbec was really nice.

I walked past The Queens Room this morning at 9.45 with my mother and baby son. Given the doors were wude open, it was advertising breakfast and tables were outside I assumed I could get breakfast. When i walked in it was quite dark but i could see a waitress. I asked her if she was open for breakfast and she just said curtly 'No' then walked off! I asked when she was open and without lifting her head just said '10'. Any half decent worker skilled in customer service would say 'we're open in 15 minutes please come back / take a seat / I'll be with you shortly Apparently this wasn't possible though. I won't be returning.

Popped in her one evening and was impressed. The restaurant describes itself as a wine bar but in reality it is just a restaurant as no facilities exist to just have a drink. The menu is limited but is cooked to perfection with plenty of choice especially for my vegetarian partner. The specials menu us laminated which suggests it never changes and this is something that could limit how often one visits for fear of repetition.

This is a lovely, intimate restaurant with friendly staff and a romantic atmosphere. We both ordered sirloin steak and were pleasantly surprised when asked how we would like our steak cooked. It's a very good sign when you can order your steak 'blue'. The steaks were a good size and beautifully cooked; the side order of chips and mushrooms was delicious as was the peppercorn and chimmichurri sauces. We finished with liqueur coffees being too full to eat dessert.If you want a great steak, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff this place is a must.

My husband and I visited this hidden gem whilst staying with friends. We were greeted and seated by the friendly owner, who was telling us all about the charcoal grill they had recently had installed. I had the ribeye steak, rare and the chunky chips as a side, although the steak was so substantial I struggled. It is very hard to get a reliably good steak, but I have to say, it was delicious, tender and just perfectly cooked, with a gorgeous bearnaise sauce accompaniment. The chips helped to mop up all the sauce! I opted for a light dessert of spiced fresh pineapple and icecream, which was also delicious. We ended up staying so long, that the buses at the other end of our journey back had stopped, and the owner very kindly sat down with us and helped us sort out what night bus to take and what stop to look for, even writing down idiot-proof instructions! All in all, a really delicious and enjoyable evening. Also, surprisingly well priced for the area, excellent value. Would recommend 100%.

My friend and I stopped here unplanned, we were looking for somewhere to have a glass of wine before dinner. The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated and comfortable, we enjoyed the Spanish music, which along with the sunshine felt almost like a holiday!The service was impeccable, warm, friendly and completely accommodating, as we sat we saw some of the food being delivered to other customers and it looked lovely, so we decided to eat there too. We has the calamari & the haloumi to start, followed by the vegetable salad and cheese burger. Everything was cooked perfectly, the calamari was especially good, crispy and light not chewy at all, all the ingredients were fresh and high quality, absolutely delicious!I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The Queen’s Room was recommended to us by friends who have been several times and we’ve agreed this is a great local restaurant. There was a great selection from the main menu, but also from the “specials board”. We had steak for mains and it was one of the best I have had, cooked to perfection. They had an offer on for either 2 or 3 course meal. Wine was reasonably priced tooService was great, and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be back !!

Came here in the eve for the grill restaurant. We have eaten in the day here many times and never been disappointed. True to form, the evening was lovely. Service we fantastic and the setting was very intimate and low key. Lovely ambience. My partner and I both ordered steak... cooked to perfection. Our deserts of cheese cake were delicious as well.

This place is 100% worth a visit. The lady owner is so friendly and lovely, she talks to you and makes you feel so welcome. Food is too standard and although it's small you are made to feel so welcome! Will go back for sure

Lovely lunch, all my favourites starting with a beautiful Greek salad, good bread, great coffee and all served with a genuine smile. It's one of my places to lunch with the girls

This place is one of my favourite restaurants. The steaks are to die for and the service is really good and friendly. The atmosphere and ambiance is very nice as well. 100% all round.

We were recommended to come try here as we heard the steaks were fantastic. It was a last minute booking and the restaurant wasn't very busy but it was a Monday evening. The restaurant is decorated beautifully in a French bistro style with beautiful paintings & art works covering the walls. I loved the ambience. Our waitress was really lovely and attentive. The food was delicious! 2 of my friends are vegetarian and they thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I'm pleased to say that the steaks lived up to their reputation! I had ribeye, which was massive & so tasty! My friend had fillet steak cooked beautifully. Sides were good, particularly the bourbon sweet potatoes, which were yummy! Great value for money as we got the set menu which is £16.95 for any 2 courses from the a la carte with a £3 supplement for steak, side dish is also included for free & steaks come with a sauce of choice too! All 4 of us enjoyed our food & we all said we would most definitely return!

I didn't think it would work, turning a cafe into a restaurant of an evening, but I'm glad to say I was wrong! Its cosy and warm with a welcoming staff. The steaks are amazing, as good if not better than gaucho or the likes and would definitely recommend a visit!

Have been here several times now, usually with friends. The service is friendly and efficient but even with the specials, the limited evening menu doesn't seem to vary. Would be good to see some changes and new additions. Wine list limited but o.k.

Wow!! Cannot recommend highly enough! Sevi and her team served us the most fantastic meal - 4 courses with a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts, together with prosecco and crackers which was faultless. Fabulous atmosphere, food and service- booking again for next year. Thank you very much for your hospitality - we couldn't have been happier!

We visited on a Saturday evening and first impressions were good as we were met with a smile and welcomed into what is quite a small restaurant in an inviting manner.At first the restaurant feels a little small (narrow) but this is soon forgotten as we were well looked after and made to feel welcome as opposed to being processed.The menu is supplemented by a Specials Board which always appeals.My daughter and I shared a huge T bone, designed for two which was superb and cooked exactly as asked and my partner had a fillet steak which was excellent. We have eaten in far more expensive places that have not come close !Being picky the only down side was that the batter on the Calamari starter was either too thick or the oil a little old as the taste of oil was a little overpowering I am looking forward to going back

First time to this lovely restaurant for my husband and I on our date night. We both had the rib eye Steak which was perfect and a lovely bottle of merlot and a couple of vodka Tonics enjoyed our night lovely relaxed atmosphere will definitely be back thank you.

I come here with friends, my partner and even alone for a bite to eat. Weather it's breakfast, lunch or dinner nothing is ever too much trouble . Food is great! Fresh, cooked exactly to your liking and great ambience and service. The best steaks ever! It's got a great Mediterranean feel to it also. A gem in Queens road

This was a lovely find in Buckhurst Hill. We had lunch during the day when it was more of a cafe but we thought the menu looked interesting so came back in the evening. Really first class food, especially the fillet steak which they claim, and rightly so, as a speciality. Lovely service from the lady who I think was one of the owners. Highly recommended.

Booked here for sons birthday as he was told they did great steaks he wasn't wrong either. Family evening meal was one of the nicest we have had and right on our doorstep but never knew it. Pay a visit you will not be disappointed.

Popped in for a late breakfast and got a very pleasant meal. 2 eggs 2 bacon 1 sausage. Mushrooms tomato and hash brown for 7.95. Well presented. Pleasant surroundings could have been on holiday in the med.

Thoroughly recommend this to anyone. The steak was very sizeable and super succulent. Very good value for money for the super size, no nonsense helping.
