I visited the Teahouse for an afternoon tea with family and friends. The food was once again perfect and customer service brilliant. The value for money is great, we got lots of food at a low cost. Staff are extremely friendly and are always keen to go above and beyond. The cafe is very picturesque and lovely scenery. I would certainly recommend anyone to visit.

I ordered the freshly prepared Chicken and Pizza through Uber Eats for the first time which arrived within the hour and was at a good temperature and tasted lovely and juicy. Lots of various choices on the menu to suit all tastes.

We always come to this little gem of a cafe at least a couple of times a week and it never fails to impress. I'm sticking to my last review that this place does do the tastiest omlettes around. They are just so fluffy 😊 and cooked to perfection. My husband particularly likes the fish finger sandwich with tomato sauce off course. The chip sandwich is always good as so are the sandwiches and the cakes well what can I say. Simply Devine 🍰 Cannot wait for you to re-open so we can sit in once again but for now we will continue to enjoy the equally as good takeaway service

Because the food was presented with no thought and had no taste or quality in it , service was mixed with having to any attention by waving at a waiter as they rushed by , then once they came to the table having been asked the same question 3 times by 3 different waiters, Was everything ok mate ! Not very professional, overall experience was very average and felt like no one was overlooking the running of tables ,

The Plough is a cozy, welcoming pub with a fantastic selection of drinks and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for gatherings or a quiet pint, it offers a true local feel with attentive service and a great variety of ales and spirits.

Hidden away on an industrial estate but the food is great so I am told by my friends and husband but not much choice if you need Gluten free food unfortunately so I just had chips which were lovely but no quiche or pies to choose from.

Myself and my partner visited over the Christmas period and again on New Year’s Eve, the atmosphere in the pub was warm and inviting on both visits. The staff were very accommodating and the draught beers my partner had were very good quality. There was plenty of variety drinks wise and we will be coming back again! We would recommend this pub to anyone!!

Save your money, to save the disappointment. Arriving at the venue, it looks really nice and is a nice location but from there it all goes downhill. The bar is very limited on stock, the food (Christmas fayre) was awful. Starter a spicy onion tart, over spiced and hard burnt pasty, main turkey roulade, mashed potato with a rubbery skin formed on it, turkey cold and tasteless, fatty bacon, and raw sausage meat, dishes of veg were ok bar the water in the bottom, gravy couldn’t taste it as there was literally about a dessert spoonful, dessert chocolate log slice with caramel sauce, sponge dry and crisp, sauce obviously cheap and out of a bottle. No music playing, no atmosphere and until we asked no crackers on the table. The Christmas decor was pleasant, though I’m still trying to work out the relevance of the used hair straighteners and magazines on a shelf. There was about 20 quality street sweets strewn across the table, so at almost £40 per person, they were some very expensive chocolates because the food definitely wasn’t worth it, but on a plus side, there is a McDonald’s close by.
