Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch for the money not worth me putting oven a good mix of fresh veg proper potato not instant mash & proper gravy Beef melted in month

Probably the best pub in warsop as it was very cheap for the food (All day brekkie only £5.50!) and portions are good as well! Food was about what you would expect from a pub or cafe but the price was excellent for these days. Makes you wonder how they make money off of it. Quite small inside but they have room at the back if its busy. Food did take 45 minutes to arrive though so it wasn't quick but there was 5 of us ordering food. Ended up being £33.80 for all 5 of our meals and drinks together which were all nice and decent portions!

Cheap and cheerful, went on a Sunday and had a Lasagna and a burger, it took 45 minutes for it to come out but the food was decent nothing amazing

staff are very unwelcoming and rude and they they think it’s acceptable to shout at customers. they serve under 18s and refuse to serve full grown women for no apparent reason. they were kicking people out because of an issue which was not their fault and made them feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable, we will not be attending again.

Delivered sunday. Lunch 5* Roast beef with lovely gravy, yorkshire 10/10, all veggies dente,lovely lunch will recomend

Just had a carvery here today and it was beautiful everything cooked to perfection plenty of meat and Yorkshire puddings to die for just called on the off chance of getting a table we will be back

Food, wonderful, Sunday roast, staff, brilliant and helpful.

This is our first visit through winning vouchers on a local raffle! Extremely polite and welcoming as well as us being a same sex couple which was amazing! Staff all happy going and laid back, although if needed do pull people up ie fowl language! Very efficient with table service, food was incredible as well as portion sizes are very generous for the prices too. The pub itself has lovely decor too. We will definitely be returning in the future and also recommending to others

During first lockdown though I tried a delivered Sunday Roast (& pudding - best cornflake cake & custard ever!🐷)as a major job for me being longterm ill & I couldn’t believe how good it was … even the gravy which I generally never like anywhere x It’s all properly homemade & not like main chain pubs that use lots of processed food prepared in factories to be reheated. Friend collected us a takeaway Sunday carvery today for lunch and even though I have no potatoes Im so full as such a great range of vegetables (great place for vegetarians) xx Even had enough to give both dogs a treat of meat & veggies! Reduced price for OAP’s too! Not one thing I could fault, great management, friendly, efficient staff & great food 10/10 xx Thank you for you wonderful service to Warsop x

We held my daughters wedding reception in the small function room., everything and everyone were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the room looked fantastic. Everyone really did help to make my daughters day special.

I've been to this very friendly pub, which serves home made pub food, several times now. Reasonable range of dishes at reasonable prices. A guest ale is usually available. Two meals cost 10 pounds for two at lunchtimes. Beef lasagne a very good choice. Love their Saturday eat as much as you like breakfasts.

Went today for lunch with my partner. We had the prawn cocktail for starter, very tasty and fresh! Then we had the meat pie for main, the home cooked chips were lovely.. fresh veg, meat pie very tasty.All in all it was delicious. Also food came out quick.Very good prices for food and drinks.. Visited this place yesterday as was travelling and had our dog so we needed a dog friendly pub for food. All the staff were so friendly was such a welcoming pub they couldn’t make you feel more at home , the food was home made and great value for money! We had the carvery and I had a choc fudge pudding delicious !!We live too far away but if we lived closer I’m sure it would be our local

Was taken here for my pre Birthday lunch by my friends at it was Excellent. Staff were friendly and obliging, food was all homecooked and there was plenty of it. Really enjoyed our mains and desserts. All for a very reasonable price! Will be visiting again very soon and would highly recommend

8 of us went for a meal, the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, even rocking the baby to sleep so mum could eat her meal! Can’t recomend enough. Will definitely be back soon

We called here for lunch while waiting for my car to be serviced and what a surprise it was,we had the lunch menus which was a main n dessert for £6.95,we had scampi n lasagna n apple crumble n treacle sponge,all were excellent,the staff were really friendly the young man serving I think they called him John was so helpful n very polite,we will definitely go again,good food at a good price n happy staff,can’t ask for more than that,

Been going mostly once a week for past couple months lovely friendly staff cannot do enough for you a good down to earth family pub and the food is brill all home made I nearly always have the liver and onions with mash and home made Yorkshire pud out of this world yum yum

went for a meal with my family my nan whos 86 and my neice whos 4 months they couldnt do enough for us helped my nan get into her chair my neice was crying ( needed her milk ) the man who served us provided us with a jug and water to cool the bottle down lovely place lovely food and brill prices too also had my first takeaway carvery this weekend and it was amazing deffo going back again thank you all

The food here is great. If you are looking for a home cooked meal then this is the place to be. Sunday carvery is amazing and value for money. The team are helpful and friendly and will do anything for you. I love this place and love the family who run it

Amazing service food and atmosphere. Lovely friendly pub to go with the family or jus for a social drink. The carvary is especially delicious.higjly recommended

Visited The Plough with friends from Suffolk and Scotland for a carvery, we enjoyed it so much we returned twice within the week for excellent food!

Had Sunday carvery with my wife and 2 kids the owns treat our kids like roylety every time we go. Service is aways fantastic same for the food. Will be come again and again.

Sunday lunch is so nice, we hardly ever cook now. The hospitality is excellent, everybody is really friendly

Visited with 90yr old mum, husband and grandson. All enjoyed our carvery and ate every bit. Choice of meats good. Beef, pork, ham and turkey. Large choice of well cooked vegetables.

I've been in twice in the past week for food, both times as part of a group. The second visit being on a Sunday afternoon for the carvery, which was the best I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be heading there on any Sundays where I'm not at work. The first visit I felt like I had made the wrong choice when everyone else's had arrived, so I'm definitely going to have to try the lasagne at some point this week! Food at the Plough is always good and the service by all the staff is fantastic even to having beer service at the table because my friend is elderly and cannot get around very well. Prices are great and the portion sizes more than large. Well done to the owners and their staff

Really enjoyed the meals today from the plough and very reasonable prices . Will defiantly come back soon .
