Hidden away on an industrial estate but the food is great so I am told by my friends and husband but not much choice if you need Gluten free food unfortunately so I just had chips which were lovely but no quiche or pies to choose from.

Hidden Gem! We come here few times a week after a dog walk. The cafe is supper clean I’m highly critical and if honest more picky than most due to being a civil servant in the food industry. I really cannot fault the cafe the food fab, staff always happy and smiley nothing ever too much trouble. We have our bull dog pup with us and we ask for 2 cold sausages they even chop them and put in little dog bowl for her. It’s the little things that make a massive difference to any place. Thank you

Excellent food, service, cleanliness, choice, value for money. Would much rather eat here than toby or Witherspoon's

Went on Google looking for dog friendly cafes in the area. Found the Bakers Cafe. We don't usually go to cafes in the middle of an industrial estate but decided to give it a go. Once through the door you forget about the outside surroundings. We were greeted with a pleasant smile, a cheery welcome and a good atmosphere. Shown a table and were offered drinks immediately. Our four legged friend also got the personal service. Our food arrived quickly and like the drinks it was piping hot. Will definitely be returning as were made welcome by all involved. Highly recommended local company

Not their finest hour. Poor waitressing, inedible dessert, wobbly dirty tables, motorbike fumes, definitely will not be back.

Love it here! I usually go for the breakfast but went for the bakers ploughman’s from the special board and wow I was not disappointed. I got a big slab of cheese and two big pieces of ham, the cob and warm and fresh. Love it once again. Will be back soon

I will just get this off my chest first off. For some reason when you order a breakfast with a mug of tea / coffee, you aren't supplied with teaspoons or indeed the sugar/sweetners. They do it for you. So just beware. Alas a i asked for 2 sweetners, as one never knows how strong coffee is or indeed the size of the mugs in a place. needless to say as sweetner takes a while to dissolve some was floating on the top still and it was way to sweet. That said, we did visit on a bitterly cold day, and of course whenever people came in the cold wind was noticable. Shoudl i visit again of course i know where not to sit and will be aware re the mug situation. I'd assume if you asked for a teaspoon and sugar they would supply it, but i don't know. OK all that off my chest, the meal itself was actually very tasty, the bacon was a little tough for my taste. There was plenty of it but i did go for the top one. Plenty of toast, unfortunately as it was buttered when hot, it was all soggy in the middle. Perhaps a personal preference, i dunno. I can only assume due to its location and the mug of tea/coffee was served its akin to a road side cafe type of thing, in which case i couldn't fault it for that, but the decor and good reviews leads you to believe its a bit more.

Beautiful afternoon tea for my Birthday, gorgeous sandwiches & savouries followed by beautiful cakes and scones with pots of tea and coffee. We were very well looked after by the lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Absolutely delighted with my birthday treat, I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is fantastic. Just had lunch in here with my work colleague and it was beautiful, homemade steak and ale pie with mash and veg, and a rich beef gravy. Great for breakfasts too, and very fresh salad boxes. All covid-19 restrictions in place and adhered to. Food is amazing and service is fantastic too. Well worth a visit. It's a real gem

Best breakfast in town by far and such an amazing experience at Christmas! All homemade and so tasty! Hidden on an industrial estate but well worth the visit. Not enough places like this in Mansfield

My wife and I popped in on Saturday for a spot of lunch and wow. Home cooked delicious food highly recommended. Reasonable prices for both food and drinks and the staff are a credit to the place.
