The best place for brunch. Lovely people who work there and they make such great coffee. 100% recommend this place for great food and a peaceful setting.

My Wife and I are regular customers of this fantastic establishment, it’s that good, we travel 17miles round trip just to eat there, it’s always, clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly, efficient and nothing is too much trouble, a special mention for Ruby, no matter how busy she is or how unwell she feels she always greets you with a smile and asks how you are, professional and a credit to her employer, thank you all for always being the best in Retford 😉

A warm welcome awaits, take your time and explore the menu and don't forget to watch for the specials. Olivia & Gabby are worth the 'entrance money' alone, they will welcome each and everyone one of you like long lost relatives with a friendly word and a smile. A great way to start the day. Check out the French toast varieties, try the American stack or enjoy the full English breakfast, there's something for everyone.

Always a welcome Roasted pepper and tomato soup was delicious. Lovely coffee and people good value.

This is one of our favourite places to eat, whether its breakfast or dinner, the food is served fresh and hot. The owner is a lovely bloke, and nothing is too much trouble for him. How anyone could leave a bad review is beyond me. We are off there today for our dinner, we mostly go for breakfast every other week but having a change today. We live 16 miles away so not local.

After 2 busy days fundraising for Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice,myself ,Stuart and the rest of Sherwoodjaguars group of fundraisers called for Sunday carvery ,well what a fantastic meal we had ,the choice of meats and vegetables were second to none, Chris dished up one of the best carveries we have eaten in a long time everything was spot on couldn't fault anything what a delightful place to visit if you want good home cooked food at its best. Popped in for lunch on recommendation from friend. The over 65 £7.50 option looks very good value and food (fish and chips) went down well. Only downside was lack of delivery meant no burgers and no ice cream - alternative choices were very good. Staff very good.

This was so disappointing. Reasonable price of £6.50 for hot drink and cake. Although the coffee was ok the cake (we had a few of the cakes in our group) were not good quality and begrudgingly paid for them. Also the milkshakes were really poor.
