No availability for walk Ins at 4pm on a Sunday poor planning. Blunt staff member simply told us no tables while restaurant was more than half empty ridiculous.

El servicio era bueno. Atento y rápido. La margarita picante, pedimos un 8 / 10 , era tal vez un 1 / 10 en especias. Comprobé dos veces que habían hecho el pedido correcto y estuvieron de acuerdo diciendo que agregaron jarabe de jalapeños. Ni una señal de un chile fresco o un borde especiado. Los buñuelos de coliflor baja para empezar se sofocaron en salsa de chile dulce tailandesa. No se requieren más comentarios. Muy confuso para un restaurante de estilo mexicano. . . Los tacos de pescado eran grasientos y por otro lado eran unas patatas fritas y queso muy extraños y grasientos. Algunas de estas patatas las quemamos hasta convertirlas en crujientes ennegrecidas La Quesadilla no tenía sabor con pollo a la parrilla. Las Enchiladas carecían de sabor y sustancia. Para un establecimiento que ha estado en esta ubicación durante tantos años nos quedamos sorprendidos y completamente decepcionados con el estándar de la comida. Nunca más podremos desperdiciar dinero en Bibis.

Absolutely loved our visit to Rafa's. Got a variety of tacos and a burrito all of which was wonderful.

Absolutely Devine tacos, and fast service. I was absolutely blown away by how nice and simple the tacos were, only a few choices but they were Devine. No fuss, no muss. Great great tacos.

Ordered takeaway from the Glasgow Hope Street branch last night. Not as we expected. Incomplete order, didn't receive churros and the nachos we ordered were tiny, no toppings and hadn't even had the cheese melted, nothing like the photos. The burritos were cold and missing half the filling. £30 wasted :(

Delicious food with very decent portions. Might not be the best choice for larger groups. Only 2h for a table of 11 guests. Slightly tight space and the dishes all came out in diffrent times. Some guest finished their dishes before the rest of the table was served.

Food was stone cold and completely tasteless, portions are nothing like the photos. Really disappointed, £45 spent for it to all go straight in the bin

Food was great, staff were very helpful with my picky eater son 😅 letting him sample the chicken before he ordered. Sophie was extremely helpful and friendly, and made the experience very enjoyable for me and my son. Would definitely recommend :)

Sábado por la tarde el 28 de diciembre 3 : 30 pm esperó 30 minutos para churros para llevar. Sin embargo, no es con eso con lo que tengo problemas. Un miembro del personal haciendo la labranza / comida corriente / y haciendo helados - helados. La chica en la caja (Carly) hizo un trabajo increíble en una situación desesperada y más difícil. Mantuvo la calma y trabajó muy rápido. Debe ser encomiada. Este lugar parece extremadamente mal administrado y pasando por otras opiniones recientes no es nada nuevo. Realmente triste.

Great atmosphere and music but nah. Everything was tasty but not warm at all. Portions were a bit skimpy and don't think staff could be bothered.

I love this place! The food is excellent. Really fresh, spicy and tasty. The staff are friendly and Paul, the manager, is an absolute star! Highly recommended 🫶🏻⭐️

It could do a one alternative music as it does have an excellent pa system. Jools
