No availability for walk Ins at 4pm on a Sunday poor planning. Blunt staff member simply told us no tables while restaurant was more than half empty ridiculous.

Dios, es horrible. No te vayas. Qué basura absoluta. Por contexto, solía venir aquí regularmente y me gustaba mucho y decidí venir aquí para un barrio más pequeño tipo de lugar con amigos que no he visto por mucho tiempo. Estaba lleno cuando llegamos. Tristemente fue horrible. La comida era mala, el servicio era malo, la comida tardaba una edad en llegar, porciones por todo el lugar, me afligen varios platos gratis de chips de tortilla no enmascaran la basura total que es este lugar. Lo siento, pero mal, muy mal.

The food was delicious, we were there for takeaway before going to ovo hydro, which is just 10 mins walk away, very convenient. The downside just it took times for them to cook the dish. Will definitely come back at some point.

Absolutely Devine tacos, and fast service. I was absolutely blown away by how nice and simple the tacos were, only a few choices but they were Devine. No fuss, no muss. Great great tacos.

Ordered takeaway from the Glasgow Hope Street branch last night. Not as we expected. Incomplete order, didn't receive churros and the nachos we ordered were tiny, no toppings and hadn't even had the cheese melted, nothing like the photos. The burritos were cold and missing half the filling. £30 wasted :(

Food was nice but next time I'll order for take away. Girl im assuming a manager, shouting across the restaurant at other staff. Made the experience really uncomfortable.

Great tasting food, reasonably priced. Great rewards programme through the app. Service is quick and the staff pointed out that I had a reward on my account which was about to expire so got my burrito for £6!

i visited tortilla last week for the first time and i was served by a young woman named sophie, i suffer from social anxiety but she made me feel at ease and helped me with my order, it isn’t often i am met with such outstanding customer service. not to mention my food was delicious!!

El helado era muy agradable, pero creo que deberían tener algunos sabores refrescantes más afrutados en lugar de todos los de chocolate y galletas. Los churros también eran muy agradables, bastante caros. Recomiendo pedir 9 churros si los estás compartiendo en lugar de los 6 , ya que solo son 50 p más. También probé algunas bebidas, el chocolate caliente destacó en el buen sentido. En general creo que es un lugar muy encantador y delicioso, pero algunas cosas pueden ser bastante caro.

Great atmosphere and music but nah. Everything was tasty but not warm at all. Portions were a bit skimpy and don't think staff could be bothered.

We eat a great deal of Mexican food in Texas. Taco Mazama makes as delicious a burrito as I'd expect at home. Do your taste buds a favor with a chicken, black bean and guacamole burrito from Taco Mazama.

The ribs were rotten. Fatty fatty fat fat. For the price you pay there are far superior restaurants. Get it together el santo. Did politely say to the staff ( I’ve never complained about food in a restaurant before) but nothing taken off the bill. Meh

Food flavorless just mouthful of spice

Had a quiz on when I popped in. Was for about 4 people on Tuesday night, but was so loud I couldn't have a conversation so left after one drink
