Premium prices without a premium product. Came to this restaurant with friends as they had told me great things so was excited to try it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t help but feel short changed by my visit. Their Margaritas were ok, felt they had been pre-prepared (batched) and then shaken up. The food was ok, but nothing tasted particularly fresh - like it had been microwaved. The Quesadillas were soggy and the Calamari was very salty. The Fish of the Day Taco was overcooked and dry. Our server was very good, friendly and speedy. I did mention the issues I’d faced to them and he did apologise and said he’d pass the feedback on. I feel they could do with adding some lighter options to the menu. I’d also like them to add levels of spiciness to the menu to indicate how spicy things are as some things were overtly spicy compared to the description.

I recently visited this small Mexican food shop, and the food was really delicious! The flavors were authentic, and I enjoyed every bite. However, I was disappointed to find that nearly half of the menu items were unavailable, which limited my options. On top of that, even though I was willing to pay extra for a dip with my chips, it wasn't available to add. To make matters worse, the prices felt a bit excessive for what was offered. Overall, while the food was great, the limited menu, missing dip, and high prices left me feeling a bit disappointed.

Absolutely Devine tacos, and fast service. I was absolutely blown away by how nice and simple the tacos were, only a few choices but they were Devine. No fuss, no muss. Great great tacos.

Ordered takeaway from the Glasgow Hope Street branch last night. Not as we expected. Incomplete order, didn't receive churros and the nachos we ordered were tiny, no toppings and hadn't even had the cheese melted, nothing like the photos. The burritos were cold and missing half the filling. £30 wasted :(

What a great experience! We loved all the food, the Latin American menu is really delicious. Pastel, caçava, and tacos were the highlights for us, everything was well done. Special thanks to the excelent members of staff Kristina and Vinicius, they are doing great hospitality!

Now I get why the franchise is going broke.... I'm a recent celiac, which sucks and I never announce it when I order because I can read. I just wanted a simple steak while out with my wife. I don't want to cause a fuss... No Steak is the first thing we are told as I order on a Saturday night, about 20 mins after we have ordered our drinks... that still haven't arrived. I'm told just "Get the ribs and to Get the premium ones for "more meat" but they are more expansive". They showed up folded in 2 with just bones as garnish, without the slightest hint of any flavour and what I can only describe as overcooked and flavourless. What the hell happened. Our server would rather uncomfortably sit on my chair, acting like I've known her for years. TGi's is now exactly where it should be, in the frozen isle of the range/iceland, hoping people don't have tastebuds. You're welcome to my £88 for 2 mains and 2 "cocktails" that was our only choice. PS. I ordered the chilli and garlic shrimp as a side "just in-case". 4 of 3 where left on the plate, defrosting "shrimp" and covering them in olive oil is not something anyone wants to eat, yet alone pay £10 for. Thanks TGI's, remember when you made decent food.

Great atmosphere and music but nah. Everything was tasty but not warm at all. Portions were a bit skimpy and don't think staff could be bothered.
