Order kept getting delayed and was cold when it arrived.

Sun 03 Nov '24 Christening party: Courtenay and the team were brilliant. The room was ready for us to prepare it from 10am. Courtenay was on hand and very welcoming and easy to talk to. When we all came back after the Christening the staff were great, seeing to everyone at the bar for drinks and answering general questions anyone had. Buffet....very good. The selection looked good on paper, in reality it did not disappoint! Not the usual mundane buffet offering, Harbour Inn's very well presented and interesting fare went down great with everyone and they also provide separately for special requirements. Fabulous value for money. A BIG thank you to Courtenay and her team for helping to make a special celebration day so seamless and joyful.

Voy aquí a almorzar mucho. He probado los burritos, cajas de arroz y los nachos. Los nachos de res (con salsa muy picante) son mis favoritos. Es realmente llenito y sabe fantástico. Hay platos veganos pero nunca los he probado. Tienen un programa de fidelidad y descuentos estudiantiles los miércoles también. Ellos realmente tratan de ofrecer valor de dinero. Me encanta este lugar.

We got the hotdog, Texan steak burger and highttower burger. Texan steak deffo a winner. Hotdog, not great cheap sausages. But overall, the patties..delicious with the combo of sauces and fillings. Taking a cheeseburger home for the hubby 😁

Awful - everything was awful - food service - everything. We went here for lunch and I regret setting foot in the place. When my food was delivered by ‘the manager’ he could not touch the bowl of pasta because it was so hot! My food was burnt, I sent it back, got attitude. It was pasta and cost £22, so, you know!! Told it would be here in 2/3 minutes - it was more like 15. By which time my friends had eaten. The attitude of the staff was very poor. Especially the ‘manager, with no authority to make a management decision’. He was grumpy, rude and had a bad attitude . I asked for it to be taken off my bill - the ‘manager’ said no, they can’t do it - it’s our policy that the staff have to pay for it, he said, if it’s taken off the bill !!! Really, so don’t go here if that’s the case as if you have rubbish food that’s burnt and you don’t eat with your fields the staff have to pay for it!!!! Checks consumer rights if I was you… I’d advise avoiding this awful place and go to other wonderful places in Manchester with great service and lovely food - you have a choice, choose a better place than this awful restaurant. Avoid - avoid..i

As two families come together for the first time... It was a tasty fun couple of hours before we headed off to a show. This place does get busy. So, I'd always advise to book in advance.

food is cold chips are stale no sauce when asked no napkins my cheese quesadilla is not spicy and not filled enough and chips were half empty chips was on 𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚 sat there all day

Absolutely shocking service and useless management! **waitress not at fault** Waited over an hour to be told that our food was not even ordered and it was only being made now and will take another 20 minutes! Management didn’t even come to speak to us.

I regularly order the Clasico Burger and Fries from here. Always great quality and perfectly cooked.

Missing extra portion of meat that I’ve paid extra and the overall portion was much less than usual

Amazing customer service as usual. I am a regular customer at this Nandos branch. Todays service was spectacular thanks to Steve. He gave amazing customer service, went above to keep checking in on our table and made lovely conversation. We connected about France as I recognised his French accent and he made me and my boyfriend laugh a lot. Thanks Steve for going above and beyond!

The bowl was good because you can make it to your liking but I thought they would fill it more for the 9 pounds it costs
