Very tasty and different food! The prices are a bit steep, but it's worth it!

Smallest burrito I’ve ever had. No skills from the workers how to close a burrito. This is compared to other branches in London… visit another Chipotle!!

This was my first time dining in after regularly ordering through Uber Eats. The burrito bowl portion was smaller than expected, and the tacos had barely any vegetables inside. The interior was average, and the meal didn’t feel satisfying.

We enjoyed it very much, we were crowded and we had the opportunity to try many things, we liked them all. Their systems are very nice, you can create your meal according to your wishes. You should definitely try it.

Que’d for 20 minutes only to be told when at the counter no cheese, and no rice, rice was a thirty minute wait. Felt this could have been shared to everyone queuing as it was a big que!

I tried it for the first time and it caused food poisoning

One of the dirtiest places…. I have been to the one in London bridge and headed in for a similar service… Sorry to say the place sucked.

3 young male workers chased a homeless woman out and down the street for stealing a burrito. I watched all 3 of them physically get the bag back from her. It’s a burrito. You can’t sell it anymore anyway. Let her go. Ffs.

I visited this location around 7:15-7:30 PM and noticed something that impacted my service experience. While the female server was friendly and helpful, she seemed to be the only one actively serving customers. There were two other employees not focused on customer service: one with glasses was at the cashier station engaged in a long conversation with a customer, while another with short hair was at the chip section next to the till, also seemingly unengaged and too busy chatting to his cashier mate and customers. This left the server to manage everyone alone. This didn't seem very efficient, and it created a bit of a wait. Additionally, the employee with glasses seemed more focused on flirting with a female customer than assisting with the checkout process. I hope this feedback is helpful. Perhaps a manager could address the need for all employees to be attentive and available during peak times.

I just added whatever caught my eye and it was delicious. But it was so big that I couldn't eat it all. I packed up the remaining half and ate it at home.

Food was dry. Service was pitiful. Christina was rude and was telling openly racist; once comforted she refused to apologized and claimed she did no wrong.

Asked explicitly for non-spicy chicken and mild salsa, which I’ve ordered many times before without any issue. I’m not sure if they had some kind of mix-up but for both dishes we ordered (a burrito and bowl) they were both way too spicy and inedible for my mother because she has dietary restrictions and can’t eat spicy food. Very disappointed as I’ve always been a fan of chipotle until now.

Visited Chipotle on Sunday and had the most delightful experience, all thanks to Hailey! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed. She went above and beyond to help us choose our perfect meal and made the entire process so easy. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s not often you find such fantastic service, and Hailey made our day. We'll definitely be back! Hope she sees this xx

Being a Karen but this chipotle gives a bad rep on all chipotles. I’m allergic to coriander and they wouldn’t provide rice without it and made me feel like a complete idiot for wanting it without it. Honestly they all look miserable and didn’t care about their customers at all, I’ve been to 100s of Chipotles over the last 10 years and it was the first place that wasn’t accommodating. Honestly just disappointed.

Slightly high prices for the final product. A good fit fast food option in London.

Great food but they shut the toilets as soon as 10 pm.

I have an allergy and they are always so accommodating and make sure that I feel safe by; washing their hands, changing their gloves and even changing some of the food to make sure there is no cross contamination. Boba is especially lovely in the Watford store. 100% recommend.

Me and my friend ordered a burrito, since 00:00 last night (and counting) I have not left the toilet. My friend is the same. If you don’t want food poisoning go somewhere else 👍🏻

Great place. They ruined the vegetarian. Rice dish and no longer add the red and orange peppers. Only green peppers which is a shame and obviously don’t listen to what customers say and got a lot of people complain. It’s the meat eaters that focus on I guess. Apparently the red peppers make their fajitas too soggy. Sure. Whatever. The biggest issue though by far is the salt. These guys live on salt. Salmon the chips, the cheese is salty, the rice is salty. You can’t escape it. Maybe it’s the Mexican culture. I know in the Philippines the rates of stroke and heart attack is very high. You know why? Salt I literally walk out of this place feeling like I’m going to drop dead from a heart attack or stroke. They don’t get it. Salt adds taste but that doesn’t mean you go overboard. I don’t smoke either so nothing wrong with my taste buds. I need a drink every time. I in for them because you spend more money. This was a strategy cinemas took with salted pop corn. All this stems from America of course. The most unhealthy nation on the planet. I just wished you guys would make it less Americanised. Hear about what they put in the bread in subway sandwiches for sample many years ago. It was banned in Europe but not in America. Anyway, this is my go to place every weekend. No loyalty card which is disappointing.I need to stop going to reduce my sodium intake which is a shame but it’s American after all. If it comes from America you know there’s always going to be something that is unhealthy about it. Reduce the salt please as I love your food but not the salt

The toilets didn't work (was closed) and the eating area could need some cleaning (dirty tables and floor, no napkins ect). I live with it because I love the e the food

Food is good but the people who work there need to chill. They go so fast they mess up the orders. I wanted to pay for my partner, before I even got to the check out, the guy already had the machine ready for me to pay, had to tell him to add the other order and he gave me the biggest sigh … it would save the extra steps of fixing their errors by taking things at a slower pace

I recently visited a traditional Mexican grill restaurant that I first discovered in the US, and was thrilled to find it in London. Its more of a fast food restaurant. authentic flavors and vibrant dishes make it a must-try. The prices are acceptable, providing great value for the delicious and well-prepared meals. Whether you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine or just looking for a new dining experience, this place should be on your list.

Staff/management are a joke at this branch. Ordered a burrito and specifically said “no guacamole”, still got charged for it and when asked why was I charged for it, server was rude and said I needed to pay for it, also making a scene trying to belittle me. Thought okay fine, whatever. Took a bite and NO guacamole. Staff acts high on their horse, no apology when I took it back. Got a refund for the guacamole at least but they clearly need to be trained to work with more accuracy instead of just speed. Terrible experience.

Yesterday I made an order via Chipotle's website for a quesadilla, to be collected at the Putney branch at noon. I turn up at noon, only to be told that online orders have to be made through the Chipotle app, which had "just launched yesterday". So my online order had not in fact gone through to the shop. I showed the manager, Divhi, the "payment pending" to Chipotle for my order on my bank app, and she assured me that since my order failed to go through to the shop, the amount will not be deducted from my account. In the evening, I saw that payment was in fact taken by Chipotle. I call Divhi today to enquire, and all she said was, " Just tell your bank to refund you. There's nothing I can do about online orders that fail to come through to the shop but payment is still taken from customers." Incredible. I am now contacting Chipotle head office for some answers.

Staff are very rude, the woman who prepared our order shouted us because I ordered 2 burritos with different ingredients. She rushed our order, put random items and didn`t put the items we want. Rolled the burritos very poorly, it was barely closed. I don't even know why this place is ranked above 3 on google maps. Very bad experience, train your staff after you hire them or hire experienced people.

i usually visit the store in Baker Street. This is my first time to visit the one in city Centre. The portions is very small I have to say. And I ordered the same items, it is 10p expensive than Baker Street.

Went to get a takeaway for dinner on Wednesday 29.5 and was greeted by the lovely Zayne who made me a tasty burrito. His service, professionalism and friendly spirit made this a great experience. This location is always clean and the food is yummy but being served by Zayne is absolutely what I will remember. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Thank you Zayne.

I was getting so rushed to order even if it was empty

Probably Westhampstead is the worst brunch bu in general. Service i terrible. Tiniest portions served in a hurry. Despite it is never really busy, feels like customer is nothing but pain. No advice. Everything is covered or nearly empty. You are being chased through the pass to get to the till as ap. I have missed beans and my bowl was so dry. It usually is super dry. Noise created by prep (literally factory like) and deafening musac makes any communication with Staff simply impossible. Portions are scarce and you have to pay double for anything to be added. Then it’s too much. Simply wrong proportions. Literally you get shreds of one lettice leaf. And maybe 2 slices of tomato, table spoon of meat, etc. It’s is not reach in flavour just salty. Poor choice of drinks. They should really learn from tortilla. There is not much choice in the area so I check every 4-5 months and every time is worse than previously.

Chipotle UK and Chipotle are not the same thing. I prefer the US version, but as I ate my smaller portion, much spicer and unsalty chips there were 2 girls sitting next to me eating chipotle for the first time loving their food. #foreverchipotlefan.

I had a burrito and tacos with my son and we both enjoyed it especially the guacamole 😍We were served by a young lady with a tattoo on her arm and she was lovely. Overall a great experience. Will be returning.

I had two people served me. They gave me options to eat. However the portions in central London Bloomsbury Chipotle is very small for 12.75. I expect at least a handful of food. This isn’t going to full me up. Westfield does a better portion for what the price is. I got takeaway and I didn’t get no wooden spoon? How else am I going to eat my food?

. First time trying chipotle and quite frankly really disappointed. I thought the price was extremely high for what I’d ordered so asked for a receipt. When I got back to work I discovered I’d been charged an ‘Eat in’ service charge despite telling Rakela that I was taking it away. Now I can look past the error of being overcharged if the food was to a high standard. Unfortunately whilst eating my chips and guacamole I found a large piece of avocado peel mixed in to the guacamole. Quality control is clearly non-existent. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again in a hurry.

Fast food in Mexican...but delicious!

Not good for Vegetarians. They cooks all their veg on the same pan they cook, beef and other meat product. When I asked if they don't have separate pan to cook veg stuff then the reply I got it "that's how we always do it" - so if you are vegetarian, we aware of this!!

Very Okay. First time in a Chipotle... Amazing workers, lack of sauces suprised me- plus the small portions. Nevertheless it was still able to fill me up. The vegetarian options are good, they even tasted better than the meat!!!

It’s really unhealthy how much I think back to this bowl. At the time I thought there was too much onion and I wished I got extra chicken and cheese. However hand on the bible this bowl crosses my mind minium once a week. Looking forward to getting my hands on it again sometime

I’m kind of disappointed in Chipotle UK. First of all they don’t have queso! It’s like you can’t put a puzzle together, the portion a lot smaller than in US but cost much more, meat was great can’t complain . Other than that I do recommend this place because it’s still healthier than regular fast food and you don’t feel heavy. Please add queso to the menu .

Quick mexican food Burrito with whatever you want. Tortillas are nice You will have to share the burrito as it is massive. Watch out for the salsa there three varieties - dare you to try hot . There is also Tabasco on the side if you need more chilli

Great food and customer service

After a tiring few hours in london we decided to try Chipotle for the first time. You first select your base out of 4 options and then the ingredients just like a normal burrito joint. Instead of ordering Burritos we preferred Bowls and it was as filling as a Burrito. Better than getting an unhealthy Takeaway in my opinion. However, the star of the night was their Guacamole it was delicious one of the best i have eaten in have no clue how they make it this good. My only criticism would be that they put lime on their Nachos which is not my favorite.

This is my first ever time at Chipotle. The food is really good and healthy and given that you can add what you want in your bowl or burrito feels like the Mexican cuisine of subway. I also think the guacamole was the best I've ever had. I was able to taste avocado and some lemon juice. The only bad thing is how expensive it is and how there are not that many locations in the UK. I think I go there for occasions. Highly recommend
