The burrito was delicious, but the price-performance ratio wasn't right. Quite expensive and small.

I have never been treated so badly in my life as I was at this establishment. The staff were very rude to me, one of them even rolled his eyes at me. They didn't hear me saying "Hello, good evening" to one of my colleagues and started talking badly about me to each other in front of me. But as I said, they just didn't hear me because I'm 110% sure that I greeted the colleague, like I greet everyone. Anyway, if I hadn't said it and they had gotten annoyed with me for it, they could have told me directly that they didn't like it, and not made fun of me to each other in front of me. Despite this, I tried to ignore it and be cordial and nice, but I gave up. The restaurant is filthy, full of food scraps everywhere, and the staff were leaning against the counter playing with their cell phones. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this time I had to, I really felt insulted.

This restaurant is lazy and all staff is lazy. Im delivery Rider I'm waiting 20min but not ready my order. I request all costmor do not buy this stor please please. Are you buying other stor like totanam court,stmartin branch. This restaurant staff not good working and miss behavior with me. Manager name is Mayra not a heldling time. Please do not put this type staff because costumr time important and delivery Rider time is not important?? Really I bet feeling this staff

Food was dry. Service was pitiful. Christina was rude and was openly racist; once comforted she refused to apologized and claimed she did no wrong.

i visited this place with a friend and the food is quite good, but the price is a little bit expensive for the portions and quality. the staff is very un polite and without any customer service attention and care. a gay in particular starts laughing, without any reason, while he was asking me if i wanted the small or large portions of guacamole, so after all i don’t recommend at all this place, cause it’s not really worthy. It's not just the food that's worth it, but also the atmosphere and the staff.

Similar bad experience with the other reviews on here. I made an order on the app, Sunday night, which had a pickup time for 6.40pm. Arrived couple minutes late to the store and could not see the order on the shelf so made it known to staff who were all standing around behind the counter (it did not look busy at the time and they weren’t serving customers). They then started to make the order and we were standing around waiting. Not sure what the point was of making the order on the app then. The bowl itself was not full or the amount we expected as we have had Chipotle multiple times. Paid £16 but expected a bit more food and better service. Submitted formal complaints to Chipotle and didn’t hear anything.

Having been to other branches of the same chain, this is the worst I've been to. Every person on the line rushed the burrito, despite there being zero people queuing behind me. The final result was a mess with a soggy split tortilla and foil not ever wrapped fully round once.

Hmm... There are more delicious things in London than this... I've been to other Chipotle or burrito places and they were better than this one... I recommend them if you're looking for a simple, cost-effective meal! It’s cheap and has a lot of quantity!

Not recommended. The taste is not what you expected like in the US. The staffs are like robot with no soul.

Food and staff were good, but why does it have to be cashless, which was very offputting as i wont be returning back until they start to accept cash othetwise we will be seriously heading to cashless soicety....

This branch was always my go-to for location & mostly pretty decent. But recently the service & portion sizes have been TINY with ratios off. For example 3 beans & a ton of sour cream with them barely knowing how to wrap a burrito!! Gonna have to visit another Chipotle now, luckily there’s 2 other branches near by.

I visited this Chipotle location for lunch on a Sunday. It was calm and not crowded at all. I felt my burrito could have used a little more sauce, but fortunately, there were three different types of Tabasco sauce available, free to use.

How can you say it's the best in the world? No big deal, honest. Then they could explain the ingredients better and explain to you at least what they are

An unmitigated disaster. We ordered 2 Salad Chicken Salads for a take away a at cost of £38. Not unreasonably we expected to have some chicken included. Not only was there no chicken but when we complained they only reduced the charge by £8. This is a disgrace. Paying £30 for 2 avocado, bean and lettuce salads is a joke. My advice is have nothing to do with them.

Same food as any other chipotle but the staff rush you a lot to order super fast.

This was my first time dining in after regularly ordering through Uber Eats. The burrito bowl portion was smaller than expected, and the tacos had barely any vegetables inside. The interior was average, and the meal didn’t feel satisfying.

We enjoyed it very much, we were crowded and we had the opportunity to try many things, we liked them all. Their systems are very nice, you can create your meal according to your wishes. You should definitely try it.

I visited this location around 7:15-7:30 PM and noticed something that impacted my service experience. While the female server was friendly and helpful, she seemed to be the only one actively serving customers. There were two other employees not focused on customer service: one with glasses was at the cashier station engaged in a long conversation with a customer, while another with short hair was at the chip section next to the till, also seemingly unengaged and too busy chatting to his cashier mate and customers. This left the server to manage everyone alone. This didn't seem very efficient, and it created a bit of a wait. Additionally, the employee with glasses seemed more focused on flirting with a female customer than assisting with the checkout process. I hope this feedback is helpful. Perhaps a manager could address the need for all employees to be attentive and available during peak times.

I just added whatever caught my eye and it was delicious. But it was so big that I couldn't eat it all. I packed up the remaining half and ate it at home.

Asked explicitly for non-spicy chicken and mild salsa, which I’ve ordered many times before without any issue. I’m not sure if they had some kind of mix-up but for both dishes we ordered (a burrito and bowl) they were both way too spicy and inedible for my mother because she has dietary restrictions and can’t eat spicy food. Very disappointed as I’ve always been a fan of chipotle until now.

She went above and beyond to help us choose our perfect meal and made the entire process so easy. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Great place. They ruined the vegetarian. Rice dish and no longer add the red and orange peppers. Only green peppers which is a shame and obviously don’t listen to what customers say and got a lot of people complain. It’s the meat eaters that focus on I guess. Apparently the red peppers make their fajitas too soggy. Sure. Whatever. The biggest issue though by far is the salt. These guys live on salt. Salmon the chips, the cheese is salty, the rice is salty. You can’t escape it. Maybe it’s the Mexican culture. I know in the Philippines the rates of stroke and heart attack is very high. You know why? Salt I literally walk out of this place feeling like I’m going to drop dead from a heart attack or stroke. They don’t get it. Salt adds taste but that doesn’t mean you go overboard. I don’t smoke either so nothing wrong with my taste buds. I need a drink every time. I in for them because you spend more money. This was a strategy cinemas took with salted pop corn. All this stems from America of course. The most unhealthy nation on the planet. I just wished you guys would make it less Americanised. Hear about what they put in the bread in subway sandwiches for sample many years ago. It was banned in Europe but not in America. Anyway, this is my go to place every weekend. No loyalty card which is disappointing.I need to stop going to reduce my sodium intake which is a shame but it’s American after all. I recently visited a traditional Mexican grill restaurant that I first discovered in the US, and was thrilled to find it in London. Its more of a fast food restaurant. authentic flavors and vibrant dishes make it a must-try. The prices are acceptable, providing great value for the delicious and well-prepared meals. Whether you’re a fan of Mexican cuisine or just looking for a new dining experience, this place should be on your list.

Staff/management are a joke at this branch. Ordered a burrito and specifically said “no guacamole”, still got charged for it and when asked why was I charged for it, server was rude and said I needed to pay for it, also making a scene trying to belittle me. Thought okay fine, whatever. Took a bite and NO guacamole. Staff acts high on their horse, no apology when I took it back. Got a refund for the guacamole at least but they clearly need to be trained to work with more accuracy instead of just speed. Terrible experience.

Yesterday I made an order via Chipotle's website for a quesadilla, to be collected at the Putney branch at noon. I turn up at noon, only to be told that online orders have to be made through the Chipotle app, which had "just launched yesterday". So my online order had not in fact gone through to the shop. I showed the manager, Divhi, the "payment pending" to Chipotle for my order on my bank app, and she assured me that since my order failed to go through to the shop, the amount will not be deducted from my account. In the evening, I saw that payment was in fact taken by Chipotle. I call Divhi today to enquire, and all she said was, " Just tell your bank to refund you. There's nothing I can do about online orders that fail to come through to the shop but payment is still taken from customers." Incredible. I am now contacting Chipotle head office for some answers.

i usually visit the store in Baker Street. This is my first time to visit the one in city Centre. The portions is very small I have to say. And I ordered the same items, it is 10p expensive than Baker Street.

Went to get a takeaway for dinner on Wednesday 29.5 and was greeted by the lovely Zayne who made me a tasty burrito. His service, professionalism and friendly spirit made this a great experience. This location is always clean and the food is yummy but being served by Zayne is absolutely what I will remember. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. Thank you Zayne.

Probably Westhampstead is the worst brunch bu in general. Service i terrible. Tiniest portions served in a hurry. Despite it is never really busy, feels like customer is nothing but pain. No advice. Everything is covered or nearly empty. You are being chased through the pass to get to the till as ap. I have missed beans and my bowl was so dry. It usually is super dry. Noise created by prep (literally factory like) and deafening musac makes any communication with Staff simply impossible. Portions are scarce and you have to pay double for anything to be added. Then it’s too much. Simply wrong proportions. Literally you get shreds of one lettice leaf. And maybe 2 slices of tomato, table spoon of meat, etc. It’s is not reach in flavour just salty. Poor choice of drinks. They should really learn from tortilla. There is not much choice in the area so I check every 4-5 months and every time is worse than previously.

Chipotle UK and Chipotle are not the same thing. I prefer the US version, but as I ate my smaller portion, much spicer and unsalty chips there were 2 girls sitting next to me eating chipotle for the first time loving their food. #foreverchipotlefan.

I had two people served me. They gave me options to eat. However the portions in central London Bloomsbury Chipotle is very small for 12.75. I expect at least a handful of food. This isn’t going to full me up. Westfield does a better portion for what the price is. I got takeaway and I didn’t get no wooden spoon? How else am I going to eat my food?
