Pretty awful portions recently. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and now they have different staff and they will barely serve you any food and of course still charge you the same amount. Ultimately just eating rice…

my friend and i found a very unwell man on the street. it was dangerous for him to stay in the street; he needed an ambulance and somewhere to wait, and the manager very kindly let us sit inside while we waited. i had to leave, but the manager gave my friend some food during the very long wait for the paramedics. top guy, maybe karma reward you.

This has got to be one of the worst Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten in. I ordered a vegetarian Quesadilla I had to wait quite a while for this, once it arrived I tried to eat it but whole thing fell apart. The Quesadilla itself was to put it mildly disgusting filled with slimy onions and wet beans the whole thing tasted foul. I explained this to the person who served me and asked for a refund, after he had phoned his boss I was told I would not get a refund, the waiter said he would refund me from his own pocket, this I refused as it wasn't his fault. No wonder the place was empty that should have given it away. Will never go here again and can only suggest that no one else does either.

I would just like to say thank you to a member of staff named Youssef for offering excellent customer service while I was dining in Tortilla Camden. As I haven’t been in Tortilla for a while I had seen that the menu was different, and Youssef kindly went through the menu with me suggesting some of the options. He was very polite and his service was exceptional, he always had a smile on his face, and I believe Tortilla should recognise this, that’s why I’m posting this review. Thanks again Youssef

Really good burritos even though i'm not a big fan of mexican food in general, but still lacks an extra touch of tastiness. They've got good VEGAN options, which is fantasticccc!

Staff are always lovely and always greet with a smile, went in to grab a quick lunch this week and they were busier than it’s been in the past when I stopped in, staff were asking a gentleman sitting a computer for help and he just fobbed them off and carried on working at his computer. Really hope he isn’t the manager as they were clearly struggling and he really didn’t seem to care.

Vasil was very friendly when I walked in. He was very kind, helped me with my order massively and made me a delicious burrito. Would definitely go back for his service.

Best fast food on the highstreet! I had a pork-filled burrito with guacamole. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere created was friendly. My only criticism is that they no longer take cash.

Listen, I love mediocre and fake Mexican food especially when London is home to some of the best subpar Mexican chains! This place is ok on a good day, but this location...... WOW horrible horrible staff. I refuse to go to this location at all costs and I work everyday in Camden. Manager is rude and makes up random rules such as not being able to add onions to a 10 pound burrito because its only for "tacos" GET REAL. When I am forced to come to this location, there is only one girl that I like and if she's not in I LEAVE. Outside of the rude staff and management, the portions and freshness is a joke and your arebetter off cooking better Mexican food at home or trying a local restaurant in Camden! Also they suck at wrapping the burritos be ready to have the messiest and most unpleasant eating experience. Please do yourself a favor and don't go here !

Truly disappointing experience. Chose this place over Taco Bell to try something else. One of us had ‘tres tacos’ and the other had a burrito. The concept is actually really cool- you ‘design’ your own burrito from behind the counter. But oh my… everything from meat to cheese and vegetables was just casually almost slammed down on to the tortilla and it looked very sloppy. Eatjng the thing wasn’t pleasant either. It was quite ‘wet’, and both the actual tortilla and the chicken was lurke warm at the most. Not coming back here. Taco Bell a few feet away is a much better place for your burritos!

Went in for happy hour on wednesday night and service was really excellent, staff were extremely kind and helpful!

I purchased Nachos and my daughter had Burrito. Price was a bit expensive considering how much food you get . i used to patron this business years ago but not in that location, however the quality of food has changed . It seems that the Nachos are no longer hand made and purchased in bulk which lacked flavour , they were dry, I was lucky I had salsa and guacamole to quench my dry throat. My daughter first time eating the burrito and she wasn’t a fan as it lacked seasoning . I have been to authentic Mexican restaurants which have flavour in their food so I don’t understand whats happening. They had a 2 vegan options 1 mixed veg and 1 chilli which looked terrible. Sorry no pictures to back up my claims . This place is seriously lacking in lustre . Not Camdens fault just across the Tortillas brand . I did like the manager he served me and was extremely pleasant.

Honestly the best burrito place in london, staff are really nice and helpful, food is amazing and really filling. Also very clean and tidy, they have options for vegan and vegetarian people which I find quite good and inclusive.

I have been eating here off and on for a few years now and it is one of the best burrito places in London. The place is very clean and tidy. The food is good but it is sometimes hit and miss depending on how busy it is. Every now and then the ingredients you want is missing. It is one of the only places you can find Arizona Iced Tea, which is better than other alternatives.

At 3:20PM I asked for a quesadilla, where for my surprise the staff refused to make it with the excuse “it takes too long to make it so we don’t want to do it “ literally like that. Shocked, I asked if there was any reason then that for them not accepting my request, one of them answered “ the machine is not even on and it will take 30min, there’s a chance that I’ll forget about it, it will burn and I’ll have to make a new one, so it might take an extra 30min. If you want you need to pay now and we serve you when we find the time” I’ll like to highlight that was only me to be served and around 3 or 4 tables with costumers eating. An absolute terrible and rude service.

Twice I’ve been here & they are not serving quesadillas with the excuse they are short staffed & it might get busy. Staff here are as dim & uneducated as you’ll ever find.
