The food was absolutely delicious, it was my first time coming here then I had revisited, Youseff was very very kind and patient with me as I did not know the options, very very friendly and kind!! Due to this I had taken me and my girlfriend have begun eating here regularly! Delicious.

ha, never rated Tortilla. Obviously one of the best, reasonable prices and plenty of choices. The pimped our store a bit with ordering desks, which is great as I often get quite overwhelmed. You can either choose a burrito/ naked burrito or salad from their menu, or build your own. We opted for a veggie bowl and their classic chicken burrito. delicious as always with lots of free toppings. Service is fast, staff friendly, lots of seating inside (also wheelchair assessable). thx guys, u cannot go wrong with Tortilla.

We popped in for a snack by chance. We took three tortillas to share: good and tasty but a little too cold. Service quite nice and friendly.

Told to order at the kiosk when there was no on at the counter. Scanning the loyalty card at the kiosk didn’t work and when I asked the lady to add my points showing her my receipt she said I need to make a claim with Tortilla online. This wouldn’t be an issue if I could just order at the counter in the first place. Usually we have great service here and that’s just gone out the window. So frustrating and now we won’t be back.

We just went and there was an Indian lady and a guy with dyed red hair. First there was not enough beans prepared and when I asked for an extra of protein they said no but would replace with veggie. When I was picking my veggies I was not given an extra to make of for the lack of beans and overall the attitude when I was picking extra veggies was horrible. I was met with dirty looks from both of the workers. I felt so disrespected by the way they treated me. The worst part was the man with the man with the red hair he was extremely rude and when I asked for student discount and showed my ID he said he would add it. When it was time to check out I realised the discount wasn’t added and he responded with such apathy that if I really wanted to I could get a refund and try again. I also asked for no bag and he proceeded to still put it in the bag. It was as if he was completely ignoring me while I was speaking. I left without a word but this is awful customer service and he should not be working there anymore. I will never step foot in that shop again. With that level of apathy I would not be surprised if the food is not being handled correctly and if other things are met with such a horrible attitude.

Really poor hygiene practices. A staff member came from outside presumably on her break, since she had a jacket, came behind the counter, dumped the jacket, did not wash her hands, did not use gloves and made herself a container of food and then went to the back. She then came back moments later, to add more things to her container and disappeared again. This happened in front of myself and another customer. Very off putting. Very poor hygiene.

Amazing food. They do have instructions to guide you, and they even tell you what they 've got going on. Like in the January they do vegan steak but they let you know it will be replaced by vegan chilli in the Feb.

This was absolutely amazing. My grilled veg quesadilla was incredible and the dips were amazing. The guacamole was fresh and the salsa ranchera was stunning. 10/10 would recommend

I came here for a change from my normal lunches I get when at work. I have never been to a Tortilla before. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming it was. Varun served me and had great customer service. It was just the break I needed from a busy Friday at work.

Stopped here for a quick burrito, everything was very tasty and the staff, especially Khevana was super friendly, kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced with quite a few seats inside if you don’t want to eat on the go.

The food was delicious and the staff was super helpful and organised. Jyotika and the manager was the best. And they didn’t hold back with the portion size!!

Came across this place looking for somewhere to chill and eat before a gig. Burrito was awesome and a fair price, glad I only ordered a medium as it was pretty big.

The place was so amazing with the naked burrito to eat. I was served by Varun along with BIbI and Khevana. They were very nice to me.

I order full bowl with everything extra for £20 and they put a little portion on the cornernof the bowl of beef? This is really not nice!!!!

the food was lovely and fresh and delicious. the only complaint is that we paid £1.65 each on 2 meals for guacamole and it was missing on both meals! quite a disappointment on a Mexican meal.

Was greeted and served by Varun - I decided to go out of my way to give this man his plaudits and a thank you. Varun is one of the very few who actually takes pride in his job, offers a polite welcome and is courteous. Deserves a promotion or higher role at the very least. Very professional and well mannered - not something you encounter everyday, in most businesses.
