Youseff who served me provided excellent service

Really poor hygiene practices. A staff member came from outside presumably on her break, since she had a jacket, came behind the counter, dumped the jacket, did not wash her hands, did not use gloves and made herself a container of food and then went to the back. She then came back moments later, to add more things to her container and disappeared again. This happened in front of myself and another customer. Very off putting. Very poor hygiene.

Amazing food. They do have instructions to guide you, and they even tell you what they 've got going on. Like in the January they do vegan steak but they let you know it will be replaced by vegan chilli in the Feb.

This was absolutely amazing. My grilled veg quesadilla was incredible and the dips were amazing. The guacamole was fresh and the salsa ranchera was stunning. 10/10 would recommend

The food is amazing, I’ve been having tortilla food since a year, and it never seize to surprise me, we have served by vacileos he’s amazing person. Will come back again

I came here for a change from my normal lunches I get when at work. I have never been to a Tortilla before. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming it was. Varun served me and had great customer service. It was just the break I needed from a busy Friday at work.

Stopped here for a quick burrito, everything was very tasty and the staff, especially Khevana was super friendly, kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced with quite a few seats inside if you don’t want to eat on the go.

The food was delicious and the staff was super helpful and organised. Jyotika and the manager was the best. And they didn’t hold back with the portion size!!

Came across this place looking for somewhere to chill and eat before a gig. Burrito was awesome and a fair price, glad I only ordered a medium as it was pretty big.

The place was so amazing with the naked burrito to eat. I was served by Varun along with BIbI and Khevana. They were very nice to me.

I order full bowl with everything extra for £20 and they put a little portion on the cornernof the bowl of beef? This is really not nice!!!!

This is my first ever review but I just have to give youssef his props he is one of the sweetest servers I have ever had amazing service. Give him a raise he makes me want to come back

the food was lovely and fresh and delicious. the only complaint is that we paid £1.65 each on 2 meals for guacamole and it was missing on both meals! quite a disappointment on a Mexican meal.

Was greeted and served by Varun - I decided to go out of my way to give this man his plaudits and a thank you. Varun is one of the very few who actually takes pride in his job, offers a polite welcome and is courteous. Deserves a promotion or higher role at the very least. Very professional and well mannered - not something you encounter everyday, in most businesses.

We come to tortilla a lot as we work in the area and normally it’s great however whenever we are served by the tall young guy with glasses it is always a disaster. From the service to the food. We arrived and he wasn’t doing anything and just stared into space. The other lady working who was already busy came to take the first order - we are a party of two. When he finally decided to serve he decided to throw the rice onto the tortilla whilst making it - then decided to question my choice of fillings. Take a look at the photo to see the end result of what I had to eat - I don’t want to stop coming here as it’s a great lunch nearby but something needs to be done about this

Delicious food, can't make anything else of it. Tortilla in itself is definitely recommended for a quick bite in London. Youssef's kindness made the experience even better. What a hospitable and friendly gentleman. All praise to him. 😊

Would put 0 stars if I could I went about an hour ago and old man and lady working with him today were horrendous particularly the old man. Giggling and being very passive aggressive towards us made me just want to get out of there. I have never ever experienced customer service like that before and hope I never do again. It was very blatant they didn’t like us maybe because we were wearing headscarves? This isn’t Louis Vuitton to be behaving like bullies it’s a food store which you are an employee in. You would think the old bloke owns the store with his behaviour. I won’t be going again because of this!
