The atmosphere is a VIBE. I love the dark and dim lights overlooking London. The pork belly taco was not up to the standard of the price as it was 80% fat and 20% meat.

Amazing chargrilled vegetables - I'd happily return just for those peas!

I had a wonderful evening here with a dear friend. As a non fish/seafood eater they were worried I wouldn't find ample options but I did and loved every dish! Loved the ambience and vibe of the whole place too.

Such a great time! Went with two friends for a gal’s dinner. We loved everything we ate, the atmosphere was like a party-great dj-and start to finish food was flavorful, original, and tasty!

We booked dinner for Saturday night. The place is a shambles from a service point of view. Everyone seems well intentioned but there just isn’t the substance to back this up. Waiting half an hour for pre dinner drinks. Then standing around for 15 minutes at the side of the restaurant for our table. Two of the dishes we ordered were not available but we only found this out 20 minutes after ordering when other dishes arrived - our server said this happens a lot on Saturdays with these dishes! Err why? On leaving we saw that the chorizo was miraculously back on the menu - they must have nipped out to the Sainsbury on Pentonville road to stock up. In the end I was counting the many minutes it took for our bill to arrive. I won’t be back. A Saturday evening well and truly spolied. Thanks guys.

A lovely restaurant and bar that instantly transports you to Mexico, with breathtaking views of St Pancras Station. The atmosphere is super cool, and the service is top-notch. While the food and cocktails were just okay, the views (including from the rooftop bar) were absolutely spectacular! I'm not entirely convinced about going back for dinner, but I'm definitely adding this gem to my list of favourite places for a night out with friends or a date.

A funky, vibey bar/restaurant with great views. Interesting selection of drinks but perhaps I'd have liked a few more unique cocktails on the menu. Solid choice for a sexy drink in an area not known for being very sexy!

Came here for dinner, ordered drinks which were ok, (palomas ) but I think the taste could have been better! Now the food, shockingly bad! Was not expecting this at all! The staff were lovely as well as the interior but the food was not worth a penny! Would come here for drinks not the food!

The food was very delicious but the service..I asked 5 times for a margarita. After 40 minutes I got it while I was already eating (unfortunately the times I asked for the cocktails were counted as served in the bill). Also the bill arrived with some delay. While eating the waiter told us that after the dinner we could go to the bar area. Again, we went to the bar area and the guy at the entrance told us that there was a private party so we couldn’t get in. At some point we went downstairs for smocking, leaving our bags with our friends in the restaurant. When we got back in to reach our friends they were saying in a very rude way that the place was closing. The staff must improve its manners if they want to deal with people and clients. This is not they only rooftop in London..there are many with a better service!

The food was just ok for a price. I expected more. Black cod was too spicy. Views deserve more attention than food

This restaurant subscribes to the mantra that style outweighs substance. Our waiter used an overbearing approach to insist we spent an extortionate amount of money, and then ignored us for the whole evening, to the extent that we refused to pay a £65 service tip on our £450 bill (I have lived in London for 25 years and before this experience have never refused to pay service). The food is very average. For a quarter of the price, you can have a much tastier and less intimidating experience at other nearby restaurants...such as Supawan on Caledonian Road...or Dishoom or Granary Square Brasserie in Granary Square.

One of the best Spanish restaurants I’ve been to! It has an absolutely amazing view overlooking King’s Cross and British Library. You can even get a city skyline view in the washroom by sinks as it’s all glass. A level above the restaurant, you can check out the rooftop bar also for an even more fantastic view. Food was top notch! Loved the Rib of Beef was cooked to perfection and the Iberico pork was not disappointing either. I do like the Spanish Tortilla too! Also they have a wide selection of alcohol to choose from. Staff were very friendly too even though the other party was running over an hour late due to work they were able to accommodate us with a table despite the restaurant was busy. Price wise it is a bit pricey but it’s worth it for the unforgettable experience. However the music was too loud though and we could barely hear ourselves. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

WOW. This restaurant was incredible. The views, decor and ambiance were incredible and the food was absolutely superb. Going solo to a nice restaurant can be intimidating to some, and sitting at the bar is generally a good move for solo explorers or solo travelers on business. The two individuals behind the bar Vivian & Michael were phenomenal. Vivian helped me select my meal, making a recommendation I wouldn’t have normally opted for but was PERFECTION and Michael was an absolute joy pairing my last glass of wine with my desert and offering a digestif. Those two individuals alone made my experience 5 stars and the food was the cherry on top to a wonderful dining experience. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and I will without a doubt be back!

A pill-shaped lift, as red and shiny as a London bus, whizzes us up to the top floor with just time for a prurient peek down to the bathtubs on the balconies below (nothing doing). Tomatoes for salad come sliced and shredded, the flavours fleshed out with Arbequina oil and sherry vinegar, to replicate those tomatoes you had on holiday, juices dripping down the chin. Trombetta courgettes, cut into chunky rounds, are blasted on the grill, heavily seasoned and finished with lime zest. I would happily get my five-a-day at Decimo, particularly if fried potatoes and alioli count.

Me and my best friend love to try nice cocktail bars in town, and Décimo was in our list. We sat at the bar area and since we got there the service was excellent. Super welcoming team, specially Russ, who made sure we had an outstanding experience by always looking after us with a bright smile. The cocktails selection is great, and also some of the best we had tried in London. We also had some nice tapas, personally I wouldn’t miss the croquettes and the red peppers marinate when you go. We are looking forward to be back soon.

I visited with a friend and we had a wonderful time. We sat at the bar and had some amazing cocktails, but above all the service was fantastic, friendly and efficient from the whole team, but most especially from Russ, who looked after us like we were royalty. The view from this venue is also worth the trip on its own. I shall be returning soon and recommending to other friends.

Stylish place, great views, though our table was in the middle so we could only see the views from the toilets. We were also right by the fire pit so we were far too hot. Food was nice, but don’t go if you’re hungry. The portions were tiny - we had to go elsewhere for some actual food afterwards. Service wasn’t great either; first they brought the wrong bill. Not tiny were the prices. £36 for a Caesar salad that wasn’t much more than half an iceberg lettuce. In the end it was about £150 per head for an inadequate lunch, with only one bottle of the cheapest wine (£50) I don’t mind paying a lot for a decent meal, but that was not what we got,

Used to love to go to Decimo for drink: stunning view, great decor, always incredible music and good cocktails. I had my birthday dinner with a few friends for the first time this weekend, and I must say i was really disappointed. Starters and dessert really good, especially the roasted peppers, but the main where below average. Lobster was served with too much seasoning making it powdery and was missing the claws?!!); the vegetables where nothing exciting, considering the price of each dish; the fried pork was overcooked. On top, I secretly paid a portion of the bill at the beginning of the meal, and when the check was asked at the end, the waiter had forgotten to deduct my payment from the total - and considering I had settled more than half of the bill, was incredibly disappointing (hence the one star). Mistakes like this should not happen in any restaurant.

We booked this for our daughters 20th, as now they’re older we’re trying different places to celebrate they’re birthdays . When we arrived at the foyer we was greeted by a host who asked my 16 year old son for id. We had no idea that this was a problem to go to a restaurant. He felt embarrassed. I almost felt we’d done something wrong. The host called up and we was aloud up to dine. So this needs much better communication for sure.. I cannot fault the decoration, where it is and the views are simply stunning, a real treat The service upstairs was really good. The food however is so not worth the money . The portions are tiny and I wouldn’t mind if when you tasted it, it blew your mind . The only thing it blew was our wallet . The sand carrot is hilarious it’s literally one carrot cut in half, hardly any flavour and it’s £12, Like another review we ended up crying with laughter.. I’d say it’s defo worth going for a pre drink cocktail as it’s defo worth a look for sure . But food is unfortunately very average

My wife and I came to Decimo to celebrate our wedding anniversary (every year we go to a new restaurant). The experience starts as soon as you take the lift to the 10th floor - panoramic view of London is beautiful 👍🏼 At the reception desk we were met by friendly ladies who checked our booking, took our coats and led us to our table. First impressions was very positive - friendly personnel, very nicely decorated premises, background music, open fires added to the atmosphere. We even got a seat by the window where we once again could enjoy the views of London at sunset 👍🏼 We spent some time looking through the menus. You have the starters, meat/fish, sides go in their own section. Food menu is on one small-print page; alcohol menu is a fairly thick brochure.The orders were placed and we started chatting while waiting for our orders. The starters arrived very quickly. They looked ok and tasted... ordinary. Way too much salt; you could have something like that off the shelf at Iceland for £5 per dozen, here it was around £30 for 2 pieces. The wines 🍷 (white and red) were also barely ok. Just like starters they were drinkable, but plenty of wines at Waitrose taste much better and would cost around £7 per bottle rather than £30 for 2 small glasses. A bit disappointed, but still hopeful for the main course. 🤔 The main courses arrived soon and were nicely presented. My wife had shrimps and tomatoes, I went for pork and sand carrots. Both tasted ok... but not more than that. My pork was terribly over salted. Portion sizes were on the smaller side. 😔 To complete the experience we asked for the deserts menu. The choice was fairly limited and seemed somewhat unconventional. Eventually we made our choices and soon after our orders arrived. Sadly the deserts were just not tasty. At home they would've just go straight to the bin after first bite. They also forgot my wife's coffee, so we had to ask again 😞 Executive summary: * excellent views * very nice decor * friendly personnel * nicely presented but not particularly tasty food * poor deserts * quite pricy If you want to impress someone by showing them views of London at night - be ready to disappoint them by the taste of the food.

Rip off on another level!!! Don’t waste your hard earned money. We went here with friends and the restaurant has a wonderful ambience. Negatives. Food over priced and not worthy of Michelin star. Service and staff not great. Our waitress had terrible body odour which is extremely off putting in a restaurant environment. Our cocktails were ordered once we sat on our table and 40mins later still no drinks despite chasing up 4 times. And once they arrived they were terrible and I asked for them to be removed from the menu. Total bill £550.00 for 5 people. One bottle of wine, and 5 cocktails and 2 removed from the bill and we walked out hungry. Well over rated and in my opinion not worth it especially when there are so many other great restaurants in the area.

My boyfriend and I booked Decimo for our anniversary dinner. We did arrive slightly late and called ahead, which they were accommodating for. To start, we ordered the bread & oil, and olives which were probably the highlight of the meal. We then followed with the Birria short rib (which was mostly fat), fried potatoes and what was described on the menu as ‘sand carrots’, but was literally a singular carrot cut in half. This became a joke of the evening, as after paying the bill, we realised that a singular carrot cost us £12.

My partner and I came here for Valentine’s Day, really excited to go as we’ve seen reviews online, one of the selling points was the view and the romantic ambience of the restaurant. We don’t go out to restaurants a lot at the moment and save these moments for special occasions, so to be treated the way in which we were was really disappointing. As we arrived to Decimo we got welcomed by a nonchalant host. We were perched at the end of the bar by the walkway, we politely asked if we could move but she directly gave a “no” with no valid reasoning. I then spoke to another member of staff that came over and explained that they were fully booked and he showed us the menu with knowledge and was apologetic about the seating arrangement. We were “offered” a glass of champagne which we accepted only to be told at the end of the bill it would be an added extra cost of over £50. It was Valentine’s Day and usually when it is a celebratory evening or holiday from our experience it’s offered as part of the experience. We ordered quite a bit from the menu, as it came out the food was barely warm and the overpowering taste left a bad taste in my mouth. As we reached the end of our meal we noticed the bill and the added extra, we spoke to our waitstaff who then passed us on to management who were reluctant to take this off the bill, in the end they took the money off from the glasses of champagne but they didn’t come back to take our payment, they looked really annoyed and didn’t see our point of view when we spoke of our concerns. Not to mention the added service charge for not much service or kindness from staff at all. The bar staff instead took the payment. As I walked out of the restaurant I also noticed a lot more free seating which they could have sat us in. This was really one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! If you’re thinking of going here for dinner I would reconsider and possibly just go for cocktails to admire the view, the attitude from the people that service here and food overshadow any glimmer of a good experience.

Very poor. Overpriced for very basic food on a confused menu. We are both Spanish speakers and it made no sense at all how it was written. Rude staff - we ordered the tortilla as a starter and it was served cold, I asked the waiter if it should be hot and he said yes. When I pointed out it was cold he said “if you had told me before eating it I perhaps could have changed it but you have tried it so I’m not sure what I can do”! I told him we had to try it to determine it was cold and asked him to change it. Thankfully a lady with better customer focus apologised and changed it. The second one was also cold…and seemed very undercooked to us. Unbelievably rude staff and no one working there seemed to be happy. When we arrived we were told “you have the table for 90 mins” - it is a UK obsession to insult guests before you are even seated. It makes the customer feel just like a profit item on legs, churned to the next one. On being seated, the waiter asked “why are you coming here?”, as if he was puzzled why anyone would be! Each staff member at each interaction was extremely poor and I honestly can not believe this place has a Michelin star - it is so far off deserving one, both on quality and inventiveness of the food/menu and regards staff training. It tries to be a high end restaurant and a funky place to come and a party/have drinks and it suffers from this confused identity. It can not be both and do it well. The diners are surrounded by people smashing drinks at the bar and the whole feel is confused. It needs to be one or the other. I had high hopes for our visit but it was a joke. They added a 15% service charge and I asked them to remove it. It was bad enough having been insulted by the staff and I certainly was not going to pay for the insult on top. In summary - totally over rated if you are looking for good food. It 100% is not worthy of a Michelin star (on so many levels) and the head chef/owner needs to have a rethink because this is failing fast. I would not return. Save your money and try some where else.

Every aspect of our Valentines night visit surpassed our high expectations. Friendly greeting at the door, magical great glass elevator journey. Happy welcoming Maître’ D. A stunning restaurant interior that was equal parts cozy and glamorous. We were lucky enough to have the famous Josh serving and we’re pleased to join the throng singing his praises. He was charming, thoughtful and a master of his craft. Every single morsel that passed our lips was sublime and the best Margarita this side of Tehuacán, Mexico! Thank you to the entire team. You all shine bright tonight! A perfect restaurant experience!

This restaurant was a real treat. The location, so close to King's Cross Station is convenient with great views. Food and service were excellent. Josh looked after us really well, taking the time to explain and recommend things. We left completely satisfied with our time spent there.

I went here just after it opened - before lockdown and it was early days. I’m really glad to see it’s flourished and the crowds are back. My next visit was a Friday night and due to mix up with numbers and timings on your part it could have been a mess. Luckily the staff were so accommodating and helpful to find us something for our larger group who arrived late. Adrian in particular was amazing and helped endure the night was full of great food drinks and conversation. All the Spanish regulars with a few welcome twists. For a special occasion it should be on the list

Unfortunately the beautiful London vista can’t prop up what was an almost laughable service. Ages to order, long wait for drinks and food. We kept having to ask for water and some plate’s were ok but no where near justified the price point and certainly not with such average service. All hot tapas served luke warm. Tomato salad and fried potatoes the highlight of an expensive mistake.

Definitely among my top places to eat in London. The servers were attentive without being pushy and as this was my first time the overview of the menu was helpful. The most impressive thing about it is the stunning views over London especially at night, which can be seen at every angle. The food was also delicious would heavily recommend the lamb rump and the monk fish. I felt £38 for half a lobster was taking the proverbial a bit, however it was still very tasty.

The layout and design of this restaurant is very nice, great views, retro fire place and cool bathrooms etc. It’s a great place for a drink but the food really did disappoint on taste, price and portion size. Also service lacks especially considering now they are opting for the new increased to 15% standard service charge added to the bill. We were warned to get 2 portions of truffle and manchego croquettes because there is only one per portion. So £8 a croquette and they are very soft and almost fall apart too easily with a tiny bit of truffle shavings on top (photo included) Scallop Aguachile was tasty but overpriced at £27 when it was literally painted on a small side plate, and probably less than one whole scallop in the dish. Pork taco is very bland, and again when over £9 for a small tiny taco then you would expect some more flavour, and there’s not even any decent spice. (They only have 2 tacos on the menu too so I feel it needs to be a stronger offering) Mains we went for Black Cod which was a small portion, but was well cooked but nothing explosive flavourwise (don’t expect the Nobu style miso black cod that most places do over the last few years, this is a new marinade with a Mexican/Latin food profile which fits the restaurant style). We also got the Iberico Pork which tasted great, just could be a bit more melt in your mouth like some places in London have it. Sides were Hispi Cabbage and fried potatoes which were both great. Loads of Alioli! Service was strange, they didn’t seem to come near us except when delivering food. Nobody topped up water or asked if we wanted more drinks, and nobody checked how we enjoyed each course/the meal, just took plates and dropped off the next dish. Overall felt a bit ripped off as for these prices there are much better offerings. Maybe the hotel owner is charging way too much rent to this restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant just across the road from St Pancreas station. The lunch menu was very tasty with good size portions. The fish was a bit dry but the rest was on the top level. There is a good price for the set menu but the rest is quite pricey.

Awful service. Really upselling everything. It's Mexican food, pretty average too..... so she suggested we need 5 starters and 3 mains and 3 sides to share between us, 3 women? We suggest you share all the plates. Really? Really Patronising. Shame because the place itself is nice to look at. Some of the waiting staff looked a bit the worse for wear at 630 in the evening. It was booked for 6pm so we opted for the set menu before 630pm but then our waitress didn't come til 630pm after we sat there for half an hour, so she pulled the menu's out of our hands and told us we had to have a la carte as it was after 630pm! The food gave me really bad food poisoning too to top it all off.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the service was. Friendly faces, warm welcoming and amazing food. The wine went down very well and the food was fresh, hot & very tasty. We were in a booth by the window with great views overlooking Kings Cross and the British Library.

We enjoyed the atmosphere! Sadly the standard of food was very different to my last visit in 2022. It felt like the prices have doubled and the portions are half the size!

Amazing view of the city, amazing bathrooms (probably one of the best in London) average food, terrible service (slow). Was it nice- yes. Are there better tapas restaurants in London- yes. Was the view and the bathroom worth paying the money for the average food- yes. Would I return? Probably not.

Great View of St Pancras, I booked ahead for three people and we were squashed onto a table for two. Service wasn’t great considering we paid £40 service charge on a £280 bill.

Good meal in a great atmosphere. Our experience was made all the better by the friendly, efficient and attentive service of the team. A special mention goes to Adrian our dedicated host in the private dining area of our Christmas party, who patiently went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after at all times.

Every dish was delicious - I just wish they opened the curtains so we could have a view too! We started with some cocktails and a plate of jamon, which tasted exactly like the ones we had in Spain. We moved onto the tuna starters and the croquettes - also incredible. For mains, the cabbage was perfectly crispy to complement the meat. I would be back, but probably during the day so we can hopefully have a view.

Really disappointing visit. Entrance welcoming, bar lovely, views great, drinks good. Thats as far as the positives go… I’m not quite sure what went wrong but our server was extremely vacant, and unfriendly (felt like we’d said something to offend him!) food arrival disjointed, as well as the mezcal flights that we had ordered. We were told we’d be left with an experience by the host, we just didn’t realise that it would be a bad one! Cancelled our drinks in the bar and headed across the road to the Booking Office in St Pancras station which was brilliant, with attentive friendly staff. Thankfully it added a shine back onto the evening.

The Standard is good. The owner knows what's he's doing, we've been to his other tapas restaurant in Bristol. Have the red peppers, super smokey.

Food was delicious, although as all the reviews say, overpriced even for central London. The service does not match the price point, very disorganised, forgetful, ordered a bottle of wine which was never delivered so we cancelled it after eating all our food, forever having to chase and ask waiters for water or anything else needed. And all of this to be asked to leave a good review on TripAdvisor which feels like a cheap practice for a place of this standard (no pun intended). There was a mix up with our booking due to the hotel staff which we received a lot of attitude for instead of apologies or token of goodwill. All in all, not worth the price and it's a frustrating experience which I sadly could not recommend at all.

Lovely scenic views! I came in for a quick drink with my mother and ended up staying longer than we had intended. We were greeted at the front by Kayla who made sure we got the best possible view making our experience special. The ambiance...
