I went last night to tortilla , i had it for first time and the food staff was amazing . Neetu has been very kind in terms of service and comfort . Neetu & rubina served very well . I came for the first time and the person preparing the tacos did not wear gloves. I thouth maybe because it was the tortilla but then with her bare hands she grabbed the shreded cheese to pour it into each taco even with a spoon near. I was so schock. Terrible quality and portion for the price. I ordered a salad bowl which was supposed to come with romaine lettuce, instead it came as a mix with iceberg lettuce. They give you so little lettuce for a “salad bowl”. Seemed like the staff member barely wanted to give me any lettuce. Disappointed in the product.

We were on vacation in London and didn't know what to order. Kye helped us (he spoke Spanish). The food was delicious and the price was more than reasonable. If you like Mexican food, I highly recommend it.

Rehka had impressive customer service

This location is disappointing in comparison to others nearby (Euston & Kings Cross). The other locations give better value and bigger portions, while this one seems to always give as little as possible. They also try to up-charge you on everything without telling you it’s going to cost more which feels sneaky. The other locations have friendlier staff and are overall better.

We were very kindly served by Sara who helped us in our choice of burritos and quesadillas. Comfortable, quiet and warm place. Highly recommended!!!

Delicious and reasonably priced food. Great flavor and freshness! A terrific respite from the overpriced and homogenized cuisine at so many more expensive places. Sara was particularly gracious and welcoming.

I had high hopes for Tortilla, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The food was bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near fresh. The tortillas themselves were dry and tasted stale, while the fillings were either overcooked or barely seasoned. The portions were small for the price, and everything just felt slapped together without care. To make things worse, the service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and my order took way longer than it should have—even though the place wasn’t busy. When I finally got my food, it was wrong, and I had to wait even longer for them to fix it. No apology, no effort to make things right. For what they charge, I expected way better quality and service. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.

It’s hands down one of the best burritos I’ve had in a long time! A special shoutout to Mandar and the team who provided exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for more and highly recommend Tortillas to anyone craving delicious Mexican food paired with excellent service!

Normally I go to other branches and have no issues. But for some reason I was overcharged for my main (I didn’t have any additions) And the tortilla chips were stale. Disappointing experience. Make sure you are charged correctly before paying

Came in today to grab a quick to-go meal. Decided on the seasonal camembert quesadilla (£9.90 for main, chips and canned drink) the food was okay, bit plain and boring, but the cranberry sauce was quite nice. There is juuuust about enough volume / nice enough food that I cannot complain about the price, but also doesn’t feel justified, specially with how many food trucks with good, cheap take away are around. The service was very nice and friendly but also very slow. There was only one person ahead of me and at times 3 staff behind a counter. Lots of chatting between each other, chatting to customer(or maybe staff after work) by the counter etc. Now, one of things you don’t want to hear is one staff member telling other one off for “never checking the date labels”. Overall, In my opinion it’s “just about”. Kinda mediocre, won’t use it again for the quick meal in a rush, because it was not fast enough, but also won’t go there when not in rush because it was not nice enough.

After 9:00 p.m. they don't serve quesadillas because the machine no longer works, nor do they allow you to sit inside after 9:00 p.m. The tacos are ordered subway style that you choose the ingredients, ingredients a bit bah. It was delicious, but I wouldn't repeat it with the great offer in the area.

Great address, welcoming and understandable staff (our English is far from perfect), varied and tasty cuisine.

We had a delicious meal here my husband got a burrito and I got the smashed nachos reasonable prices delicious flavors. Really good variety of fresh hot sauces, and salsa . They weren’t really good at substituting with the nachos. Even when I was willing to pay extra to add things, they said they couldn’t do it, which I thought was silly.

I think they gave me an old avocado which has screwed up my stomach!

Totally overrated. Average offering with average taste. It was planned for a little hunger in between and in the end we were just annoyed and would have preferred to leave it alone.

Food was fine! But the flavors were a bit lacking. Chipotle is better and comparably priced.
