I bought a burrito and it had only rice. I left this place hungrier.

Love the place, been here many times, service is always excellent, especially from Neetu, Karolina and Mandar

I recently dined at Tortilla Resull Square and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their Mexican cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurant was vibrant and inviting, with friendly staff members ready to assist. I ordered their signature burrito, which was generously filled with flavorful ingredients and wrapped perfectly. The naked burrito option was a refreshing twist, allowing me to enjoy all the delicious fillings without the tortilla. The highlight of my meal was definitely the quesadilla. It was perfectly grilled, with gooey cheese oozing out of every bite. The accompanying salsa added a delightful kick to the dish. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Tortilla Russell Square. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors.

The burrito is fine if unremarkable. The counter process is odd. A lady behind the counter explained it all. Utterly incomprehensible as spoken at speed, softly by a non-native English speaker. Pointed at this that and the other. To,d some of it was extra. No idea which bits nor why. Beer requires one to download an app but without Wi-Fi. And no cash “because we are in Covid”. Really?

Overall, the tortilla serves the best quality ingredients like fresh vegetables,seasoned rice, creamy guacamole and tangy salsa with delicious nutritious combination food.

Changing my review. I used to have a 5 star review but after today.... No way!! Not feeling well so chose to order Uber eats for me and my mum. Ordered two large beef burritos with guac. I am not kidding, I did not have any beef in my burrito until the last 3 bites . Here is the picture . Very very soggy and rice filled. Not worth £30!!

Ordered a large one, I swear I received a smaller that the small one stuffed with chilli and rice and a tiny tiny bit of meat. disgraceful

Today I came here pregnant and really craving a burrito. I ordered a large mixed meat so should of been charged £2 as it states on your board but the lady told me I asked if you want half & half which of course I thought she meant two types of meat as I requested anyways didn’t make any sense to be charged £3 for a extra portion of meat! To make things worst I had a large burrito I’ve just paid £3 for extra meat extra £1 something for avocado and I mean a dizzle of sour cream asked for extra she said it’s £1 what in the dam world for a large burrito surly should be allowed a little extra sour cream in total my burrito cost me £12.90 it’s a dam rip off I’ve had nicer costumer service before and people that explained the meat portions and I’ve never moaned about extra sour cream on a dam large burrito that cost £12.90 just a absolute shame

I never write reviews but the customer service was shocking. The manager (I think her name was Karolina) was extremely rude. She made no effort to be friendly or polite, but also when SHE forgot to give me my chips I went back to get them (before I even sat down) and when I walked away again my friend heard her calling me a liar, insinuating that I was stealing. Definitely won’t be returning

I had gone to Tortilla UK today and one Indian lady and an Indian man were serving. First of all, I am a vegetarian - they served me chicken and on top of that, they did not agree with me and when I asked for the bill- they refused. I wanted all the veggies in my wrap - so I asked to them to it. They started laughing at me and kept smirking at each other- Apparently having a laugh about it. I am paying for what I am eating, this no way to treat a customer. I was at the shop at 5.15 pm on 6 January 2024- please take a look and have a strict inspection of those two people serving me at Russell square - UK TORTILLA . Very bad experience . They did not tell me - what all sauces are paid, they just added all and made a whopping bill and asked me to pay.

When you order a burrito wrap to go and ended up getting one that is so messy, you have to sit and eat it as if it were a naked one. I mentioned it to the staff who didn’t seem to care. It’s not the first time Tortilla lets me down. I will just avoid it from now on

Not wheelchair accessible. I understand we are in London and not every building will have a built in ramp but it's not unreasonable to think a restaurant might have a temporary ramp.

Lovely staff but my chocolate brownie was covered in hairy mould! I had a bite and thought it tasted odd, took it out of the wrapper and saw it all 🤢🤮🤢 made me feel sick!

Used to go all the time. Really stingy on toppings and gave me barely any meat in my burrito despite me asking (then tried to charge me for extra - this would be standard at Chipotle or Plan) - also out of several options. Staff rude and slow. Won’t be going back

Today, being served by this new guy, short fellow with his tag in his chest. Never received worse food. A large burrito with a three-quarter spoon of the chicken, the sauce dripping, not having the patience to even listen the customer. Is this how a burrito should look like ?

Great experience, the food was amazing and so the service and everything else. If I was to suggest anything maybe it would be to get a burrito instead of the tres tacos, which were a bit small. The burrito on the other hand was very large and very delicious as well.
