Jaanika gave us the most wonderful service, especially considering that i am diabetic. The food was great but the service was better! I do however feel that you should revise your company policy when it comes to tips because i wanted to give her a personal tip for her outstanding service.

We came in for lunch recently and sat outside. The food itself was great but what let our experience down was the customer service. We had two servers and one was very attentive and friendly but the other was abrupt and unwelcoming. We felt rushed to order and also rushed to leave as they were quick to clear our table and lingered with a cloth and spray until we left. A shame considering the food was lovely, a menu we would be happy to go back and try other food and drink items with the garden having massive potential in warm summer evenings. However, the standard of customer service would make us reconsider.

First time at Franks. Nice décor and warm welcome from the young waitresses. Early Saturday evening was busy and rather loud, with a birthday celebration in full swing on another table. Consequently, our two-couple conversation was rather hard to hear. Maybe, not the venue for an intimate meal then? The food was really tasty, but the tapas style menu was not to my liking and rather disjointed. Gotta be honest, call me old fashioned, but I prefer a formal Starter, Main & Desert layout. I had two Sol beers, but the remaining three only drank water. Consequently, the £190 bill, for what was essentially a selection of Starters did seem rather exorbitant! Maybe, more akin to a younger clientele, especially if in a group of mates and dates and friends...but we won't be rushing back!

One of the best Mexican tacos ever. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Very good customer service from the sabrosa team. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely loved this place!! Can't rate them enough!!! Kind, friendly, helpful! The food was insane good!! So authentic, made with love and the flavours were top notch!!! Loved it soo much we got seconds!!! But couldn't eat anymore, so Brough them home and finished them off a few hours later. Service was fantastic. Such a sweet bunch of guys. Clean tidy and just a cute little place. We will back back soon!!! ❤️🥰👌🏾🙏🏾 thank you!!!

Really lovely healthy, fresh, hot food - delivered. Everything was really tasty. Chicken tacos, beef burrito, chicken burrito. Lots of fresh salad. We were spolit for choice. Check out the menu. There is such a wide range. Not just Mexican. We'll defo order again. Highly recommended.

Amazing food pleasant atmosphere

There was a blonde hair in my food :(. The birria itself was quite bland and tasteless and the salsa tasted like vinegar. It lacked flavour overall won’t be going again

The food here was so nice, especially the nachos and the Mexico mix. The food made me feel so delighted that I want to go back. BRILLIANT.

Best burger I’ve had in Norwich 100%!! I’ve tried all the others but nothing was close to what MotherChip had to offer. I had the triple smash burger with DrPepper pulled pork loaded fries. Honestly go try it !!

Used to be fantastic, then they cheaped out on the ingredients, now it is abysmal.

Update: el mexicana did taste good but i got 5 day food poisoning please avoid
