unfortunately the salsa pots leaked over everything in the bag so it was all covered in salsa, had to throw the tortilla chips away.

Not great. Food was ok. I’d say a 6 out of 10. But the workers are extremely stingy. The quesadilla for 7 pounds was tiny tiny and they wouldn’t let you get anything with it. Asked for sour cream and pickled onions and they wouldn’t do neither. In the burrito I asked for extra pico. They did that thing where they give you 2 small scoops instead of a regular scoop to make you think you got more. It’s like the workers think they make more money the more stingy they are. Anyways, if you got some coupons and you want some Mexican food and you’re in the area. It’s an ok option. But definitely do not go out of your way or pay full price.

We came in for lunch recently and sat outside. The food itself was great but what let our experience down was the customer service. We had two servers and one was very attentive and friendly but the other was abrupt and unwelcoming. We felt rushed to order and also rushed to leave as they were quick to clear our table and lingered with a cloth and spray until we left. A shame considering the food was lovely, a menu we would be happy to go back and try other food and drink items with the garden having massive potential in warm summer evenings. However, the standard of customer service would make us reconsider.

First time at Franks. Nice décor and warm welcome from the young waitresses. Early Saturday evening was busy and rather loud, with a birthday celebration in full swing on another table. Consequently, our two-couple conversation was rather hard to hear. Maybe, not the venue for an intimate meal then? The food was really tasty, but the tapas style menu was not to my liking and rather disjointed. Gotta be honest, call me old fashioned, but I prefer a formal Starter, Main & Desert layout. I had two Sol beers, but the remaining three only drank water. Consequently, the £190 bill, for what was essentially a selection of Starters did seem rather exorbitant! Maybe, more akin to a younger clientele, especially if in a group of mates and dates and friends...but we won't be rushing back!

Hemos pasado por este pequeño rincón mexicano en Mill Road por algunos meses y finalmente intervinimos. Primera impresión... un lugar sencillo, hogareño... sin pretensiones y exactamente lo que esperaría encontrar en un porro en So. California (pero sin las moscas y el calor opresivo, por supuesto! ). En este día, un martes por la tarde, era una "banda de un solo hombre" y, no muy ocupada. El menú es simple; Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas y Nachos - - todos estos vienen con una selección de carnes o verduras en su nivel preferido de picante. Compartimos el plato de 3 tacos con cerdo tirado y un Burrito "Húmedo" - - que es un burrito servido en un plato con una salsa enchilada encantadora (? ) y crema agria en la parte superior. También añadimos una porción doble de guacamole a nuestro pedido. ¿He mencionado que la salsa es increíble? ¡Ambos fueron increíbles! Realmente delicioso, con la cantidad justa de calor (medio, para nosotros) y condimento. Nuestra comida fue hecha por encargo y muy vibrante y de sabor fresco ... estábamos muy contentos. Volveremos para probar las quesadillas y el "Plato Mexicano", muy pronto!

This spot is great for family and friends to visit. I got recommended to this place from one of my close friend and other people to try out, so I decided to go and try it and I have to say it didn't disappoint at all. Everything from the drinks to the food was 10/10 the tacos tasted authentic and the customer service was excellent from Hamim ahmed who served us. I highly recommend this place if your looking for authentic Mexican tacos and food.

Really lovely healthy, fresh, hot food - delivered. Everything was really tasty. Chicken tacos, beef burrito, chicken burrito. Lots of fresh salad. We were spolit for choice. Check out the menu. There is such a wide range. Not just Mexican. We'll defo order again. Highly recommended.

Used to be fantastic, then they cheaped out on the ingredients, now it is abysmal.

I rave about their dirty fries and this is why I’m a repeat customer. Unfortunately now on 2 occasions they have been closed when advertised as open e.g Sunday at 1pm - closed

Lovely service and food as usual. After few visits feel like they could update food menu but got promised there is new one coming soon :) can not wait !

I'm a little obsessed with the buffalo chicken loaded chips. Fried chicken, stilton, spring onion, buffalo and blue cheese sauces. I think about it every day, here are some pictures of it from my phone. You're welcome...

Before you got the self service it was great but now the menu is smaller and the service is shocking. It’s just a horrible place and the food is just a bad. I’ll be avoiding in the future
