The food was quite highly priced, especially starters, but these were just pre prepared standard fare, not worth £8.50 for two pieces of breaded mozzarella. The service was very slow, 1.25 hrs to receive main course. My risotto had been super heated and the pieces of fish and prawns in it were like rubber, and there was very little seasoning. The pizzas did look nice. Personally I would not visit again.

Vegetarians Avoid – Disgraceful Service and Zero Accountability After three years of being a loyal customer, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. Ordered vegetarian food and was given MEAT. Drove all the way to collect it, only to be told they wouldn’t remake or deliver the correct order - even though they offer delivery. One person’s food is now cold, the other’s is completely inedible. Spoke to the so-called manager who refused to give their name and had a sassy, dismissive attitude. Absolutely no apology, no ownership, no attempt to fix their mistake. This place clearly doesn’t care about dietary needs, customer service, or keeping loyal customers. Avoid at all costs. You won’t see another penny from me. ————- Thank you for taking the time to reply. For clarity, it was not just one meal prepared incorrectly, but both — something you could easily verify from your ticketing system. It is unfortunate that you believe asking for a correctly prepared vegetarian meal to be delivered, using a service you already offer, was an unreasonable request. I would have expected more from a business that claims to “live and breathe” customer care. Going forward, I would suggest that vegetarian customers carefully inspect their meals before leaving, as it appears no robust processes are in place to prevent these errors. Your response, heavy on defensiveness and light on accountability, speaks louder than any apology you could have given. Based on other reviews, this seems far from an isolated incident. Vegetarians, and anyone who values customer service, should approach with caution.

This spot is great for family and friends to visit. I got recommended to this place from one of my close friend and other people to try out, so I decided to go and try it and I have to say it didn't disappoint at all. Everything from the drinks to the food was 10/10 the tacos tasted authentic and the customer service was excellent from Hamim ahmed who served us. I highly recommend this place if your looking for authentic Mexican tacos and food.

Hemos pasado por este pequeño rincón mexicano en Mill Road por algunos meses y finalmente intervinimos. Primera impresión... un lugar sencillo, hogareño... sin pretensiones y exactamente lo que esperaría encontrar en un porro en So. California (pero sin las moscas y el calor opresivo, por supuesto! ). En este día, un martes por la tarde, era una "banda de un solo hombre" y, no muy ocupada. El menú es simple; Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas y Nachos - - todos estos vienen con una selección de carnes o verduras en su nivel preferido de picante. Compartimos el plato de 3 tacos con cerdo tirado y un Burrito "Húmedo" - - que es un burrito servido en un plato con una salsa enchilada encantadora (? ) y crema agria en la parte superior. También añadimos una porción doble de guacamole a nuestro pedido. ¿He mencionado que la salsa es increíble? ¡Ambos fueron increíbles! Realmente delicioso, con la cantidad justa de calor (medio, para nosotros) y condimento. Nuestra comida fue hecha por encargo y muy vibrante y de sabor fresco ... estábamos muy contentos. Volveremos para probar las quesadillas y el "Plato Mexicano", muy pronto!

Booked a table for 5 at half 7 on Friday night. Got there and the restaurant was closed. Had to then wander round Hertford trying to find another restaurant that wasn't fully booked and was taking walk-ins. Had no contact info as their website is under construction, and the opening hours on Google are wrong. Not sure if restaurant has closed down or has been taken over, but probably shouldn't be taking bookings through OpenTable if you aren't open.

Food was great - as ever - but disappointing service compared to the many other Tortillas I’ve been to across the UK. Either I’m old fashioned for a 21 year old or it’s plain rude that if the staff are having a conversation with each other, and there’s zero other customers in store (and no deliveroo orders judging by lack of activity) that I should be told to order using the screens instead of telling my order to to a server, even after asking if I could do this instead. Left a bad taste in my mouth that even my large burrito (which was yummy) couldn’t counteract :((

Delivery early because they didn't take time to get it correct. Food was only just warm. No chipotle mayo which I'dpaid extra for and no cheese in the burrito's. Very disappointed. If only time had been taken. This was supposed to be a treat.
