Great restaurant to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner Recommended

Came in for lunch. Really lovely experience. Got a chicken curry with rice and plantain. Food was tasty and good portion. Also 2 for 1 on drinks. Service was 10/10, Mylesh was a fantastic server, I’d recommend!

Cocktails tasted great. The Strawberry Daiquiris were stronger on the alcohol than normal but the blue lagoons were delicious. Our servers Prachi, Prateek and AJ were quick to make our drinks and friendly.

Two for one cocktails, and great food what more can you ask for, oh yes they have plen-ty of vegi options

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food although some items we wanted from the menu they did not have. Great cocktails and mocktails buy 1 get 1 free during happy hour. Overall a relaxed family evening.

Food is good, albeit smaller portions, when selecting the bottomless brunch. Service can be a bit slow, if the restaurant is busy. Overall, great atmosphere and location.

Had a lovely evening and a great laugh with the staff as well!! They gave the birthday girl a free drink too which was lovely too!!! Can’t wait to come again and have more 2 for 1 deals. Kajal was an amazing staff member, making us all laugh and making sure we are all okay!

Booked a bottomless brunch for 3pm on a Saturday. After 20 minutes of waiting to be served both myself & my friend decided to leave. On leaving the restaurant we asked a member of staff to cancel our booking and they didn’t even ask for a reason why.

We came for drinks, Prachi looked after us and made us amazing cocktails all night she was lovely.

They don't care about their customers, the door staff are shockingly bad. My niece and her friends got attacked by some horrible women who had been drinking all day, which the bar staff allowed when they should have stopped serving them. The door staff took their time in breaking up this vicious attack. Don't go here if you want to meet some nasty people.

I honestly have no idea how las Iguanas get away with the prices of their food with the quality you get. It is so average. £18 for chicken fajitas with the tiniest pots of sour cream, salsa etc. the fact I would rather make it at home feeling I could do better is crazy. I just don’t understand how this place is booming every weekend. Way too expensive for average food.

Me and my friends went for bottomless brunch on a Sunday and it was absolutely amazing! Mainly because of our amazing server, Seanna! She was so bubbly and kind and made sure we were ok drinks wise.

Lovely cocktails, delicious 2 for 1. Made by friendly Yumer. Good attention to detail with the cocktails. One of best places to enjoy cocktails. Good variety.

Unfortunately we found the service very slow when we were here for a Friday lunchtime. There was a real lack of urgency from any of the servers. Food was OK.

Seanna absolutely made our bottomless brunch. Honestly, the best service, attentive, kind and was more than willing to cater to our extra needs (including allergies). Lovely food and great cocktails. But has to be said the highlight was the service from Seanna.

Fantastic option for lunch out. Mylesh was a wonderful host very helpful and friendly. Definitely going back again good and drinks were spot on.

We were in on a Sunday and the atmosphere was really nice and calm. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very polite. We had Seanna as our waitress and she was ver attentive, polite, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Iguanas Watford.

Seanna had great service! Food was delicious. I’m a vegan and they had plenty options which Seanna helped me find and ended up with mushroom fajitas which were delicious. Would recommend.

Went for a mixed grill (wasn't very nice). However the staff serving us was really nice.

Service today was incredibly slow - it seemed that only one girl was serving all food from the kitchen and other waiters were just walking around or chatting. Waited 45 minutes for mains and 2 dishes arrived stone cold. Explained this to the only serving waitress and her attitude about it stunk. She never apologised about the food and practically threw the dishes back onto the table. We also were never asked once about ordering food, we had to try and figure out how to download an app to order which wasn’t straight forward at all.

Really nice food and a really nice atmosphere. Decent pricing, and two for one on cocktails is great. However, the service was quite slow, and our food actually arrived before our first cocktails, meaning we didn't order second drinks as we'd pretty much finished our dinner by the time we'd finished round 1 of drinks. Would still happily return here though! Staff were very friendly.

We booked a table for 5:30 but had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Service was poor - this was mainly as they were short staffed as opposed to them being unprofessional. For instance, they brought our food and then we had to wait 10 minutes to get cutlery, so by then our food was cold. In a word, it was shambolic.

Terrible. We booked brunch for our friend’s birthday and were made to feel like an inconvenience throughout our time there: her birthday was not acknowledged once and the service was both slow and surly. While we appreciated that it was a busy period, we had booked ahead and paid a deposit, so the deployment and training of staff seems to be an issue. There was a brief improvement when we complained, but overall, I’ve had more pleasant and welcoming trips to the dentist. Furthermore, despite not drinking any alcohol, I had an upset stomach the following morning, so have concerns about their hygiene standards too.

Slightly too good for its own good. Nice food, great atmosphere but very expensive and just too busy so takes quite a while to be served. Well worth trying out if you're not in a rush

Eaten here a few times. When busy, the restaurant always feels understaffed and so while the staff are nice, it can take a long time to get served and for food and drinks to arrive. 2 for 1 cocktails are nice, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of alcohol in the alcoholic ones. Food is generally good, which is why we have returned.

Very friendly staff and accommodating for us with our toddler and baby. A bit slow service to begin with bt understandable when you are busy. when our waiter Shaswot came we had excellent quick service and he was brilliant. Good food and service overall for families. Thank you for having us

We had a lovely experience at Las Iguanas food was tasty, yummy and fresh and the service was excellent. Excellent choices for kids menu and they had a kids eat free offer. Lovely restaurant on Watford High Street. Served by Priya.

Came in with two children. Very quiet evening, when asked to order was told to use qr code on the menu. Which I'm happy to do, however the menu had 3 qr codes so struggled at first to order as kept getting the allergy one ( why have 3 qr codes on a menu, stick it on the table like any normal company). Asked server if I could just give her the order, she said use this qr code and walked off Tried again table sat on not recognised, tried the table attached instead and it worked but then when tried to add my order it locked me out and said table not available. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere. What's so hard with taking someone's order in person especially when there was only 4 tables being used so hardly busy. Sad state when you don't even want servers taking food orders. Might as well go to McDonald's and get table service there if that's the experience you are trying to mirror.

We had a tacos platter for 2 that was fantastic. The blue corn tortillas were lovely. The lady serving us suggested we download the Las Iguanas app and we got a free nachos and money off total bill. Looking forward to going there again.

I’ll put the lack of service down to it being Christmas, busy and cold which was a shame. The food was mediocre and slightly over salted.

Shashwot was such a lovely server making sure we had as many drinks as we needed and ensuring we made the most out of our bottomless drinks experience! Made sure we were happy with the taste of our drinks and as soon as we were done he was over to order us more! so lovely and attentive

First time eating here. Quickly seated and chose a few starters and mains. Cocktails are 2 for 1 so a very good deal for drinks. Starters were patatas bravas and calamari. Was nice but they are fairly small portions as classed as tapas. For mains had the burgers and fries and also the hunters chicken equivalent. They were all tasty meals. The cheesecake was nice for dessert but churros didn’t taste authentic enough. Only marked down by 1 star as found the prices to be quite pricey and not many deals to make the price point a bit more attractive. All in all it was a great experience.

Walked in and we were greeted and seated us at a table promptly. Attentive staff, Shaswot who was warm and friendly and very helpful. Food was good and came quick too. I generally don't write reviews but service was great even though it was a busy Saturday evening.

Good place for Mexican good! Ambiance is awesome! Barman Yumer is excellent !! Friendly , helpful and makes the best cocktails highly recommend the Long Island iced tea

Staff are clearly overworked and there's always people standing around in the way waiting for a table making it difficult for both customers and staff to move around. Also the food is very poor, had fajitas and the chicken was rubbery and tortillas very dry

Seanna and Shini gave great service throughout our visit. One of our party asked for a dish recommendation and the dish they suggested was thoroughly enjoyed. Effort was made to tailor to his specific likes rather than just a blanket ‘that’s good’ which I have experienced in other restaurants previously. The speed of service was good, drinks arrived quickly which I’m impressed with how many cocktails we ordered and the variety. Overall I was really impressed. Several years back I was a duty manager at a chain restaurant that closed due to Covid19 and would have been proud to have your members of staff on my team. Also absolutely loved the Day of the Dead cocktails! Amazing taste and presented perfectly in the skull glasses!

Absolutely loved the service from being welcomed by Priya who gave me her email to book a table for a work dinner To Seanna’s service - she was fantastic! She was so attentive, kind & tended to our needs really quickly and efficiently! A huge thank you to Shini too who laid out our food and explained the contents of the taco sharing board she had a lovely energy and approached us in a very friendly & happy manner Food was lush and will definitely be coming back!

We had Seanna as a waitress and she was phenomenal made it a great time, the drinks were good but I’d say the food was a little overpriced for what you get. :)
