Seth was brilliant and understood my needs and that of the kids. Always attentive and mum number one choice for the best cocktails.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, prompt serving, generous size-dishes, new additions to the menu quite often, good variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Currently they have a 2 for 1 cocktails offer from 3pm to 6pm. All the staff is very welcoming, special thanks to Jwala who makes you feel welcome and offers plenty of useful information on the current offers, menu specials and ordering and payment options.

We were there for the bottomless dinner. The servers need to get an award for the patience they have. I don't know how they do their job with so many people ordering that amount of drinks non stop. It felt like the whole thing was all about the drinking and not about food. I had a bland curry. I would not go back for the food.

Came for a brunch, food was delicious and the service was even better. Our server Aayush was amazing, really helpful and attentive.

From the moment we entered the restaurant we were greeted with friendly faces. The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant and nithing was too much for them. There was one staff member called Rohail who stood out, he went above and beyond to make sure we were okay, he had a great sense of humour too. Rohail was a credit to the company. I was in total shock when he said he had only worked at Las Iguanas for one week, he made it seem like he'd worked there for years! Thank you Rohail and Las Iguanas for a greet evening 👌🏾

Great food, friendly and efficient service. We were group of 12 people but Seanna made us feel welcomed and was quite friendly with us. She did also recommend what should we try and the specials. Def going to recommend and be back again soon

Great all you can eat tapas for under£20!

I went today with my 3 children and husband, we were quickly seated and the food arrived very quickly. The food overall was very tasty my children loved the starters especially the nachos and wings. A big thank you to Prateek and Seanna for serving us and helping us choose the starters. We will definitely be coming again!

Such a great place for our monthly date nights. My partner and I love it and the staff are wonderful. They are really good about my allergy to pineapple and ensure that there’s no risk to me even if I order cocktails from the bar where they use pineapple.

A group of four of us came here recently to celebrate a friend's birthday. The food and drinks were great and the bottomless drinks dinner option provided good value for money. In particular, Ayush was an attentive and excellent host throughout - thank you!

A special leaving do for a lovely colleague. We had the bottomless brunch. Excellent service from our friendly server Seanne. Food was good, I had the Brazilian Loaded Chicken, which was delicious. Would deffo recommend and come back.

We ordered the beed burritos and beef tacos. We were surprised when it only took about 5 min to arrive. It's a restaurant, not a fast food shop. In fact the food was so fast, it was with us for another 5 min before the drinks arrived. The smell of burnt (chargrilled) food was evident as soon as the burrito was put down. One side was beyond crispy and, in fact, solid. The other sides were squidgy. The contents were hotter than the surface of the sun. The manager explained that it's finished on a hot skillet. My guess is that it had been sat on that skillet for 10 min waiting for someone to order. It's half the size of any burrito you'd get elsewhere, but for over £15. The taco main was pathetic. 2 tiny tacos for about £13 which were only just warm enough to eat without sending back. The menu for beer and cider isn't labelled, so when I ordered what I thought was a beer, a cider was presented. It's not anyone's fault who works there, but it's just another problem. And the coup de grace.....filthy cutlery. When I reached for a fork from the tub, I pulled out one that was used. Not dirty. Not marked. Fully used and covered in the remnants of someone's meal. I asked for it to be replaced, and a whole replacement tub of cutlery was brought out. I grabbed a fork and began eating. When I drew that fork out of my mouth, I noticed the white dressing from the dip that I was eating. I also noticed a load of red salsa that I hadn't put on the fork. Another used fork, which I'd just put in my mouth! Tiny portions of overpriced food, filthy cutlery in multiple jars, lukewarm and burnt food, and food and drinks being delivered in the wrong order. This felt like a bunch of people on their first night trying to operate a restaurant.

Had a bottomless brunch, very quick service and friendly. Seanna was our server. Would definitely recommend and come back. Food was good, I had the Acapulco Burger and it was very good.

Avoid. Rip-off prices for basic cheap tasting food. We ordered for 2 people. Mexican tasting beef and chicken. Classic chilli con carne. Mac and cheese empanadas as a starter. Mac and cheese empanadas were so small and only 3 of them. Tastes as if they were from a frozen packet. Chilli con carne was basically a poor variation of rajma and rice. The Mexican tasting this was more of the rajma. Orange rice. Some tortillas. Small bit of blank chicken and peppers some sauces to take up space on the plate. Honestly so terrible especially considering how much it cost. This place is a joke.

Went on a Monday night for unlimited tapas and had a very average time. There were three people working and only one seemed to be serving and running round whilst the manager and the third member of male staff stood on their phones. Andrea was fantastic and very attentive however the other two just walked past tables that were waiting to order and didn’t seem to care. Have eaten here several times and never had a problem but was really disappointed today.

I don’t know why I was excited to go here today. I don’t learn. The reason was my son wanted Mexican food and coincidentally an email cam offering £15 bottomless tapas. What could possibly go wrong? Booked via the phone as it was impossible to book the offer online. Turned up bang on time. Keep in mind the restaurant was around 40% occupied. Do I have a booking I am asked. Yes, I say. Of course she can’t find it. Good job the call was recorded. She explained that they were fully booked but she would squeeze us in. Seated, she asked if we understood how the bottomless tapas worked. We are allowed 6 dishes, amongst the four of us in the first order and then we can order in batches of 5. This is ridiculous but we went with it. Given the first order too 30 minutes of our allowed 90 minutes we were no doing great. The food was at best average. No Latin American is eating that I can assure you. There was no care or love put into the food or its presentation. We asked to order more food and we were told, only after we had finished what we had. What? As a grown human I will not be told to clear my plate before I can order more. The experience was poor. What has happened to Las Iguanas. It used to fab. To be fair I don’t know if this nonsense is just the Watford branch or if this is how it is across all locations. The person who appeared to be the duty manager does not have a clue about customer service. Her way of cleaning tables was also terrible, as she cleared a table next to us by brush any food waste on the table top onto the floor and left it there. Maybe I’ll try another branch but Watford Las Iguanas, we are done. Folks, save your money and go elsewhere. I certainly will.

A couple friends and I decided to try out Las Iguanas after seeing the All-you-can-eat Tapas January deal. We were sceptical about how well the service would be and whether they'd try to limit our orders within the 90-minutes given - but we were pleasantly surprised! We were well taken care of, by a gentleman named Prateek, as well as two ladies who I didn't get their names. The food was great, especially considering the value of the deal, and the staff were attentive and very welcoming. The atmosphere was also pleasant with good lighting and spacing, and seemed quite lively for a Thursday evening. All round great experience, would certainly recommend for the Tapas deal!

The service at Watford was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I definitely won’t be returning. I ordered a piña colada, but it arrived as little more than a glass of ice. The plantains were both undercooked and burnt. Additionally, the wait time for drinks was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

So the place is nice, the nachos were a bit hard tho! I had the fajitas with steak prawns and chicken which were really nice nice however they were quite tight on the pots of sauce. The cocktails were nice and the staff were okay just didn’t come over much. Went into the toilets and they were broken and quite dirty. Would come back for the fajitas

It was under staffed and so we were waiting a long time for our food. The food was also bland with not much flavour and the churros just tasted of oil.

Awful, the waiters were polite even though they were overwhelmed as they were understaffed, the food was crap, the sweet potato fries for which you have to pay extra look like garbage, the chicken was burnt in both dishes i ordered, the hot honey cheese bite presentation was low and everything was screaming scam and it was The cocktails are the only reason worth going but food defo never again

6/10 the environment was fantastic, food was okay, the burger was burnt, chips was as thin as a hair. Money was only worth for the environment

Went for the festive boozy brunch with some girlfriends on a Saturday afternoon. We were looked after by Aayush who was amazing! Drinks were constantly topped up and he checked in with us often to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. Food was good and the cocktails were stronggg. We had a really good time and would deffo return.

Had an amazing bottomless festive brunch here. The food and drinks were brilliant. Jayden was our server and he is an absolute superstar! He went above and beyond to make sure our meal and experience was extra special. Give this guy a promotion!

The rice and curry was very bland. Only the taco platter is worth it. But the tacos themselves were cold. The food was just good enough to be passable. But I wouldn't recommend going there expecting flavorful food. It's very bland. The quantity is great though. You will leave full but maybe not fulfilled.

Met a friend here for a meal, staff were pleasant and lovely, I asked for a burrito but with no cheese (I'm aware they are meant to be cheesy but I don't like cheese) in which I was informed they can't do that as the burritos "come as they are" which I understand on a busy Saturday evening they have to prep, but could of made me up one without cheese for a possible returning customer 🤷🏼‍♀️. I don't usually leave feedback but felt maybe they could take this into consideration next time someone asks. the gentleman serving us was lovely and smiley

Hygiene of waiter hands were not good. Nails were dirty and so long. Maybe they were clean enough, but not looked like.

Went to this restaurant and had a set meal! It was terrible! Probably worst food I’ve ever sampled! I say sampled as couldn’t eat it! Coke and Fanta - I’ve had stronger squash! Starter - small portion of nachos - it was like it had been microwaved - weren’t even crispy and all just stuck together Chicken burger - a disgusting chicken breast with pink on outside and black/brown bits served cold! Fries just lukewarm Dessert - 3 what was meant to be churros but looked more like a chip pan cooked onion ring Don’t look anything like pictures Las Iguanas advertise online! I spoke to a server who said they’d pass it onto management!! An absolute joke. Don’t waste your time or money and go get food elsewhere! Disgusting.

Aayush was so attentive to our table was 8 of us and we never waited for anything. Service was amazing and he offered recommendations and advice to everyone in the group. He was a great member of your team and he made my birthday very special. I was so nice to not have to look for or wait for service anytime we needed anything he was there.

I was at this place before and it was spectacular the food the service. I can Ed again today and everything was even better the food was just amazing however they took way to long to give me the bill I missed my bus because of it if u are in a time crunch do not go here!

Very good drinks and very nice atmosphere we really liked the design inside and outside, the food in my opinion was mild and mediocre something you would eat at taco bell cheaper, the service was good though they were nice with us even though when they forgot to bring something they explained to us the situation and everything was fine and they also compensate our wait with a drink. Our server Ayman was the sweetest, I've had the occasional of finding her in another day as well working hard and we had a lovely chat about our meeting again, she took care of us and get away the margerita I didn't like a bring a lovely blue lagoon and a long Iceland for my baby chicken ❤️❤️❤️

Just had a lovely meal here. Service was great, all three courses for both of us were excellent. Nice atmosphere. Staff very attentive.
