We recently had Burrito Fusion cater our daughter's 1st birthday party, and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. We opted for a selection of quesadillas and tacos, and both were a hit among our guests. The quesadillas were perfectly grilled, with a delightful balance of cheese and fillings that satisfied both children and adults alike. However, the standout dish was definitely the tacos with chipotle paneer. They were an absolute crowd favourite, with the chipotle paneer adding a unique and delicious twist that everyone raved about. Binit and the team were professional, punctual, and attentive to our needs. They ensured everything was set up seamlessly, allowing us to focus on enjoying the celebration. Their friendly and accommodating nature made the experience even better. Overall, Burrito Fusion helped make our daughter's 1st birthday party a memorable occasion. We highly recommend them for any event and look forward to enjoying their delicious food again in the future.

We chose Fusion Burrito to cater for a 70th birthday party where we hosted around 50 guests, with a few different dietary requirements. Binit was mindful about catering for all, and shared key information in the lead up to the event to ensure it was a smooth set up on the day. We had lots of compliments on the food, especially the garlic mushroom, sweetcorn and kale quesadillas! Very pleased we chose Fusion Burrito for our special event.

Booked Binit and burrito fusion for an informal sit down dinner for my birthday. The service was very professional and friendly, and most importantly the menu we had agreed was absolutely delicious. I had the pleasure of enjoying an 8 course menu last Saturday 5th November by Chef Binit 🎉🎉 What can I say but just WOW 🤩 amazing, delicious Mexican and Indian fusion food 🥘 to experience the taste , one must book this chef 👨‍🍳 The flavours were just bursting in my mouth and I’m still thinking about the food.. I could not believe that there was no meat 🍖 as the food is all vegan 🌱 and vegetarian 🌱 and I didn’t miss the meat ! Absolutely outstanding authentic Mexican food from a kind and knowledgeable host! Way superior to Wahaca and Mestizo! Particular dishes I loved are the Garlic, kale, sweetcorn and mushroom quesadillas, the jackfruit tacos and the chipotle paneer - just wow! Binit needs his own restaurant :)

Binits food is really great, I loved the paneer wraps and the cheese, mushroom ,kale wraps. It is all fresh and full of flavour.

We were a little apprehensive about the spice levels for our kids party and also about the menu range suitable for fussy kids and people with special dietary requirements. But Binit and the team did a great job of allaying our concerns. He helped us nail down a menu and arranged for a few special items to cater for the fussy kids. On the day, the team got setup, laid and decorated the serving table on time and were ready to go. Kids were served first with freshly made quesadillas and after that, the people with special dietary requirement were served. Everything was as smooth as clockwork. The food was delicious depite requesting it to be super mild. Everyone enjoyed it, even the few people who were conservative and had never had Mexican food before. The vegans and gluten free guests had never had such great food served to them at other birthday parties. Everyone was fed well and there was hardly any left overs. I would highly recommend Burrito Fusion for anyone. If you're hesitant and sitting on the fence, don't be. Dive in and book them. You won't be disappointed.

Binit was very easy to liaise with, prior to the event and made the booking and menu selection simple and straightforward. He also provided excellent advice on how to tailor the menu for our needs. On the day of the event, the team arrived promptly on time, and set-up without any fuss. The presentation and set-up was stunning! They were ready to start serving right on time, and they served in a very calm and orderly way. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty! Great selection of dips and the salad was freshly prepared on site. We received great feedback from all our guests. 10 out 10 all around.

My husband had decided to order Burrito Fusion for Mother’s Day. From the time we made the enquires Binit was so lovely in explaining the dietary requirements. We were so grateful that we got such bespoke service. When the food was delivered I kid you not it was very well boxed up and he all the instructions on how we need to warm our food. The food was absolutely delicious and made a great change to our normal everyday vegetarian fayre making it a truly special occasion for us. It was demolished before I even got a chance to take pictures! We ordered a 'tapas' style menu with lots of small plates for us to be able to try a little of everything. Frijoles were soft and unctuous, paneer was smoky and flavourful like none we've ever tried (being used to typical Indian style paneer), and it was the first time for all of us trying the pulled jackfruit which if I'm honest split the group evenly- 3 of us loved it and the 3 more 'fussy' eaters weren't so keen, I personally recommend it's worth trying. Service from Binit was second to none- happily accommodated some (very) last minute requests, he took time to patiently explain the menu and give recommendations on what goes best together and portion sizes etc. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to order again, thank you Burrito Fusion!

I ordered falafel bread & sauces from Burrito Fusion for pre-wedding event at home. The food was picked the night before it was as good as fresh the night of the event. Everyone enjoyed the falafels soft & tasty & their habenero sauce is outstanding not to mention the eggless chipotle mayo. I didn’t have any other main served so was taking a risk but it was worth it. I would recommend Burrito Fusion for parties delicious food

My daughter and I fancied some churros and were shopping in Watfordand decided to go to burrito fusion. The churros were amazing, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the out, and the chocolate sauce made it the most yummy dessert.

I had a burrito with meat free mince, added guacamole and with hot sauce. This was a good size, really filling. Ingredients were fresh and all very tasty. I would definitely order again, great choice and good quality, healthy choices.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Normally eat at Tortilla but thought we would try something new. Firstly burrito had a hair in it and was freezing cold. Ordered 2 portions of fries, only received one. The portion of the burrito bowl was tiny and really unappetising so I threw it away. The order was also late as they took longer to prepare it, which I wouldn’t have minded had they actually got the order correct, hot and actually edible. Disappointed overall and will not be ordering again.

Having arranged a last minute family get together at mine - I checked with Burrito Fusion two days before if they could cater for a small gathering. Hospitable Service with a smile does not even describe it. Nothing was too much trouble for them and what a delectable meal they provided. The food was plentiful and finger licking tasty. We had starters - loaded nachos Mains - soft tacos with frijoles refritos, charred corn in adobo sauce, sofritas, Mexican rice, salad, pico de gallo salsa, red cabbage slaw, chipotle mayo, guacamole Dessert: churros with chocolate sauce and cinnamon sugar. The food was fresh and everyone could not stop raving about it. We were all pretty full after that meal but will be using them again.

Burrito Fusion - does the most tastiest black beans I’ve tried to date. Its not too spicy either and I’m sure if you want, they can make it more spicy. Its authentic Mexican food at your doorstep. Having been to LA, and tasting the Mexican food there, I can vouch for this place, it does delicious food. Love the concept of making the soft tacos at home also if you have a large crowd to cater for. Creating your own mix with the ingredients all catered for was ideal and yet so fresh. Even the guacamole kept its fresh green colour. I would recommend definately for large parties. It’s simple and easy to assemble and your guests can create according to their taste buds. Five stars for this place. We asked for customized filling with sweetcorn, onion & pepper instead of mushroom and Binit was super helpful to make sure our diwali party runs smooth. We have done small catering for home with mixed audience youngsters and adult and everyone absolutely loved it.

Happy Cow recommended we visit Burrito Fusion due to its vegan friendliness. Easy to find on the 1st floor of the New Watford Market: essentially a poor mans equivalent to Box Park in Shoreditch. The restaurant is comfortable, with indoor seating so you’re not exposed to the elements. They only serve vegan and vegetarian options, so no worry of meat contamination. We both had burritos and churros for dessert. The food is super tasty, flavoursome and good portion sizes. The menu has great options and I can only believe that we were able to get a table on a Saturday afternoon because people just haven’t discovered it yet. The dude who runs the place is so friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his food, which makes it even more of a delight to have visited.

They worked ahead of the party to understand our needs and customized the food to suit our needs with lovely flavors. They worked efficiently and rapidly to cater to a group of 25 kids in a very short time and later on served adults quickly as well serving hot quesadillas on a rainy day in addition to burritos and chips. We had limited space for them on the actual day to prepare and serve the meal as weather flipped last minute. But they set their station in limited space and were quick to adapt. Our guests really enjoyed the food. Thanks Burrito Fusion for a great hearty meal for all of us!

Although I haven’t been to this restaraunt I will DEFINITELY be going soon. I actually had burrito fusion cater for my daughters 13th party. We had 30 people off all ages. I can not explain how tasty the food is, all my guests were thoroughly impressed with how tasty the food was spicy and delicious. Would DEFINITELY book them again and I think everyone at my party said they would too as they were all so impressed.

First time in Watford and we ordered a Taco with Sofritas filling (Chipotle spiced tofu) my other half is Vegetarian and this was just perfect. Food is lovely and so is the staff. Worth a visit.

We decided to try Burrito Fusion after having seen it mentioned on social media a few times. We were definitely not disappointed. Catered solely to a vegan and vegetarian diet, we were spoilt for choice. I had a burrito bowl with carnitas filling and my other half chose a quesadilla with the mince and refried beans filling. Both were very delicious and filling. We will definitely return to try all the other items on the menu and would highly recommend a visit.
