When I wanted a 9.30 pound taco, they realized that I was a foreigner and my tongue was short, so they sold both menus at once. It was very sad. He said sorry while paying at the cash register, but it was in vain. A bit thought-provoking.

Ordered burritos for myself and the office team, the food arrived hot and perfectly prepared. fantastic value for money and perfect for a Friday lunch treat.

Have visited several times, popular with all our family. I usually have the burrito. Good choice of ingredients which are fresh. Vegetarian/vegan options. Service is friendly, nice seating area upstairs.

Popped in for a quick bite! Burrito fully customisable, they tasted sooo good! Staff were very quick and friendly. No complaints here!

Calm relaxed atmosphere full of happy young chaps who were most polite, respectful and helpful. Food was delicious and prepared presented well.

My first visit at this restaurant. Ordered a naked burrito. When I came to pay the person taking the money charged £8.60 instead of £7.30. She started yelling at me saying it wasn't her fault that the previous staff didn't tell me that there was an extra charge for guacamole. Then all the staff ganged up on me. My friend also ordered the naked without guacamole and was overcharged. NO offer of a refund. Ripping off customers unsuspectingly. I have never experience such rude service. I should have reported them to the police the way they spoke to me. Absolutely disgusting.

Lovely food, everything was fresh, and the gentleman that prepared my burrito called Byron made a generous portion besides the good talk, very pleasant experience.

Amazing experience at Tortilla!! Jessica was so so lovely as were all the staff- literally me and friend always come in here it’s our fave place to grab something to eat. Never fails, always hits, such fresh and delicious food!!

Had another lovely meal today, absolutely brilliant food. Might be controversial but happy that the coriander has been scaled back as I often find it to much for my liking. Hopfully they will keep some items free for people that are not a fan. Amazing food if your in the area please do try!! Chantell was an amazing host as always when we visit!

The service was amazing. Really friendly staff. Sat upstairs which was very clean. Only downside, the food gave me and my husband really bad stomach cramps for the next few days :(

My enthusiasm was so palpable that I was invited to "SPIN THE WHEEL" after receiving my order! I won a cool new Tortilla-branded cap to wear around the streets of Cambridge! Not only that, but a burrito + a side was only £5?? Superb.

Had my first date here with the now man of my dreams. It’s been three weeks and we can’t believe we stumbled into this place by chance. Mein Burrito war in Ordnung, allerdings nichts besonderes. Was mich sehr gestört hat war, dass der Burrito 8£ gekostet hat, während die Tacos meiner Freundin 7£ gekostet haben, allerdings war die Portion erheblich kleiner als mein „Large Burrito“.

The member of staff that served me was wearing a pair gloves when I entered the eatery, I ordered the rap of which she served me with the same gloves on! She then proceeded to touching everything around her till and all! I sat and watched her clear away stuff and used chemicals whilst still wearing the same gloves... Then when customers came in., she DID NOT removed her gloves, she went on to serving them. Very poor hygiene practice

We had a veggie burritos and Mexican salad. Both portions were really generous, tasty and good value. We would definitely come back. The service is like Subway in how they make up the burritos, which I liked. The staff are a little rushed and don't smile which was a little off putting. We sat up stairs and the place was clean.

I like tortilla chain and visited few places across UK. For some reason this restaurant always feels a bit different - upstairs is very empty and a bit creepy. If you get murdered there noone will know )) Not super clean either. Food and stuff are nice. Location is brilliant.

Came here for the first time and not only is the food great the service is great served by a lady I believe is the manager. Made me feel welcome and appreciated.

The male server was very rude and on his worst behavior. He was just throwing stuff on the plate and very impolite. Tortilla should take action. I visit everyday but if this continues I would never visit and never recommend anyone.

The staff are incredible, they made me feel so comfortable. It’s a great atmosphere to eat and the food is lovely, especially for how cheap it is.

We ordered two grilled chicken burritos for delivery. We received 2 grilled chicken burrito bowls. The manager informed me there was nothing to be done and advised me to complain to the delivery service. Entirely disappointing.

Great 1st time experience! Would definitely come back for 2nds 😉. Unfortunately the review is in a BETA version so the ‘dishes to recommend’ and choose from is lacking. Quite sure that will be sorted.

Food was great but prices are daft. £16 for a burrito meal deal with beef and a dip for the chips against a headline price of £8.20. Tables very grubby too.

I love Mexican food and this is probably the greatest place I’ve been to in Cambridge. The ladies at the front desk were such lovely people. The ingredients were fresh, the restaurant was clean and the burritos were amazing. I will certainly be returning on my next trip to the UK, hungry for more.

Good variety of some daily prepared food that I trust. The service was rushed on several occasions eventhough it wasn't busy off-peak hour of business. Small portion of naked burrito the bowl half-filled despite two extras and going large (costs more) that served me as a starter before heading to another place in town that gives you decent portions.

Visited for lunch today, we had the Quesadilla's, Naked Buritto and the Tacos. All very nice and nice location in Centre of Cambridge. Lots of seating upstairs.

Great Burritos, the large one is very filling and at a good price!

I used to love Tortilla but it felt a bit tired. Dirty trays losing their colour, toilet seat falling off in the disabled toilets, little bits of hard rice and no real flavour and tired service turning people away with a 'machine's broken' without apology or alternative and a lone overfilled hot sauce bottle that takes far too long to pour. This place needs an injection of life and a revamp to get it back where it used to be.

Was mine and my partners first time here. Naomi on the cash register and Jessica on the salad were very helpful, we were also checked up on by the staff and had our tray taken for us after we had finished we had the burritos and was absolutely worth the money. I will be returning! 😄

Sempat terkecoh dengan label halal pada ayamnya, karena ada menu beef dan pork yang tidak halal. Sy agak khawatir terkontaminasi dalam penyajiannya.

I've ordered from this place twice and both times my orders came either incomplete or items missing. How hard is it to read the order ticked and put the correct thins in a burrito? Also, I've never seen burritos wrapped this bad in my life, I could do a better job blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back. Whoever works here really doesn't care anymore.

i had tres tacos and i had to say disappointed. first red flag is that they don’t have shell tacos so all the veg makes your tacos all soggy. my tacos all ripped apart and it was gross, they are also way smaller than you think. value for money was appalling though i think i made the wrong menu choice. the burritos looked better, but save yourself the time as a taco bell is right next door

Not surprised that the place was completely empty on a very busy day, the burrito I was served was awful. Lad that made my food needs some more training. When you wrap a burrito you're supposed to be able to eat it enjoying each filling with every bite, not a bite of rice, bite of guacamole, bite of beans. I'd have had to unhinge my jaw to get more than one filling in my mouth.

Banging, UK's version of Chipotle and it doesn't disappoint. The staff here are very pleasant, too.

Ordered from them through Uber eats and they did not help sort out delivery which was not delivered. No help from manager.

Yummy Burritos The restaurant is nice, clean and tidy. Decent environment to sit and eat. The burritos have different options. From meat to vegetables to beans to rice(tomato or coriander rice). All are freshly made. A lot of probabilities means higher chance to get returning customers. The burritos are always full of different layers of flavour and texture.

As fast food goes, this is ok, but most of the tortilla filling ended up being rice (not my favourite) and it wasn't especially tasty.

My Partner and I selected at random Tortilla Cambridge to eat before the Pink Floyd concert 31.10.22 The service was poor, eating area was dirty. Litter on the floor ,bins for empty plates etc overflowing. The food was nearly cold and the pulled pork watery and tasteless. A very disappointing experience. Tony Miles
