terrible service, from the employee Cláudio is playing on the counter with the water bottle acting like a microfee, I asked to change the water bottle, due to bacteria coming out of his mouth, he told me that it was a walk with him and he even sent me to go hunting He forgets that the customers pay his salary.

I don't always leave reviews, but when I do, it's because someone like Chantell made my experience unforgettable! Stumbled into Tortilla Cambridge not knowing what to order, and Chantell swooped in like a burrito superhero. She had the patience of a saint and the friendliness of your favorite aunt at a family BBQ. The portions? Let's just say they are not shy with those. I left both full and happy! If you're ever in Cambridge and want great food with even better service, Chantell is your go-to. 10/10 would recommend, and I'm probably coming back for seconds!

I saw the guy behind the counter touch everything from the door nub to the register with his gloves and then went and prepared my food and often touching his face. I was the last customer to take away. 🤢

El proceso duró 4 veces más de lo que solía y aún así tuvimos que pararnos a observar y hablar con el fabricante de burritos ya que algunos artículos se perdieron. Estúpido sistema que solo toma al menos el doble de tiempo y sin beneficio adicional para el cliente.

I was very impressed by their kind service. I a town where you can't find a “restroom” even at tkmax(TJMax) they had gone out of their way to be welcoming.

Urgh... just let people order the good ol fashioned way. I don't want to muck around on a digital screen for food where the fun part it walking down the line and picking and choosing as you go. You're NOT McDonalds. Don't make machine ordering compulsory and if it's not compulsory then make sure your staff articulate that clearly when asked. Walked out, went to another Burrito joint that lets you order the proper way.

This is a large chain so my expectations were not huge but we'd just been in Taco Bell next door to check the menu and walked out as even the pictures on their menu looked depressing but I really fancied taco's so popped in to Tortilla and I have to say not only were they very tasty Tacos, they were actually one of the best I've had outside of LA & Mexico. The ingredients were so fresh and extremely tasty and unusually, I could get a Trio with three different meats. I will definitely be back but my only criticism is the style of restaurant but I guess it works for their profits so they won't change based on this review 🤣 I just think it's a shame I have to queue, Subway style to get better tacos than most sit down Mexican restaurants. It just feels a bit rushed and pressured when they're busy and there's no guarantee there's a seat even though you've chosen to dine in when paying

I visited yesterday to order my usual order, the guy that served me asked what beans I wanted and I asked to have veg instead of beans as I always do. This guy was incredibly rude in telling me I could only have beans, I said I always have veg instead to which he told me I was wrong and I couldn’t? Then said I could have “a little bit of veg”. I can order it this way on deliveroo and have never had a problem in all the years of this tortilla being open. Regardless, there was absolutely no need for this guy to be so rude to me. Awful customer service for absolutely no reason, maybe the staff need better training on their service and products. There was a lovely guy on the till though, seemed he was the only nice and polite staff member.

Always tasty, value for money place in town. Just make sure you know what you want. It can be really overwhelming once you have given all the options.

I've ordered from this place twice and both times my orders came either incomplete or items missing. How hard is it to read the order and put the correct things in a burrito? Also, I've never seen burritos wrapped this bad in my life, I could do a better job blindfolded with my hands tied behind my back. Whoever works here really doesn't care anymore.

Burrito bowl had a piece of plastic in it , it cut my mouth as i didn’t see it on my spoon. it could have been very dangerous if i swallowed it, the plastic was the size of a 10 pence piece. food was also cold on delivery

It’s a nice place to sit for a little, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The food is filling, but there’s very little spice to it, it’s quite bland. Cannot recommend, unfortunately.

Amazing burritos, nice student offer on Mondays

I used to order frequently from this place but it's sadly gone downhill. In the last few deliveries, several ordered condiments were not in the buritto, which is consisted 95% of just rice and beans

It took over an hour to arrive. The dish does not have several condiments that were ordered like jalapeños or sweetcorn salsa.

The food and staff here is excellent. Also great amount of hygiene. Must try🤌🏻

While I was asking for a trio of tacos worth 9.30 pounds, they realized that I was a foreigner and had a weak tongue, so they sold both menus at once. It was very sad. Have visited several times, popular with all our family. I usually have the burrito. Good choice of ingredients which are fresh. Vegetarian/vegan options. Service is friendly, nice seating area upstairs.

Calm relaxed atmosphere full of happy young chaps who were most polite, respectful and helpful. Food was delicious and prepared presented well.

My first visit at this restaurant. Ordered a naked burrito. When I came to pay the person taking the money charged £8.60 instead of £7.30. She started yelling at me saying it wasn't her fault that the previous staff didn't tell me that there was an extra charge for guacamole. Then all the staff ganged up on me. My friend also ordered the naked without guacamole and was overcharged. NO offer of a refund. Ripping off customers unsuspectingly. I have never experience such rude service. I should have reported them to the police the way they spoke to me. Absolutely disgusting.

Had another lovely meal today, absolutely brilliant food. Might be controversial but happy that the coriander has been scaled back as I often find it to much for my liking. My enthusiasm was so palpable that I was invited to "SPIN THE WHEEL" after receiving my order! I won a cool new Tortilla-branded cap to wear around the streets of Cambridge! Not only that, but a burrito + a side was only £5?? Superb.

Mein Burrito war in Ordnung, allerdings nichts besonderes. Was mich sehr gestört hat war, dass der Burrito 8£ gekostet hat, während die Tacos meiner Freundin 7£ gekostet haben, allerdings war die Portion erheblich kleiner als mein „Large Burrito“.

The member of staff that served me was wearing a pair gloves when I entered the eatery, I ordered the rap of which she served me with the same gloves on! She then proceeded to touching everything around her till and all! I sat and watched her clear away stuff and used chemicals whilst still wearing the same gloves... Then when customers came in., she DID NOT removed her gloves, she went on to serving them. Very poor hygiene practice

We had a veggie burritos and Mexican salad. Both portions were really generous, tasty and good value. We would definitely come back. The service is like Subway in how they make up the burritos, which I liked. The staff are a little rushed and don't smile which was a little off putting. We sat up stairs and the place was clean.

I like tortilla chain and visited few places across UK. For some reason this restaurant always feels a bit different - upstairs is very empty and a bit creepy. If you get murdered there noone will know )) Not super clean either. Food and stuff are nice. Location is brilliant.
