The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Mediterranean food

I usually love this place, I order all the time. To be honest, this time it really wasn’t good. The Shish Tauk and the shawarma was lovely. The hummus, moutabal and taboulé was inedible. It was like there was a weird chemical in it or old. Was quite disappointed in the mezze platter. Hoping it was a one off, as we love this restaurant.

Las alitas de pollo estaban QUEMADAS y no a la parrilla sino Quemadas y. Los chips eran fríos y delgados. Todo era soso, insípido, sin marinar y saboreado. Gravemente por debajo de la par y por debajo de la media. El restaurante es muy tacaño. El personal no tiene sentido del espacio personal ni de los modales básicos. Se gritan entre sí y siempre están en teléfonos personales que incluso han puesto en el teléfono altavoz en el restaurante! ¡Muy raro y extraño! Había un tipo muy muy delgado que solía trabajar en la cocina siempre ha sido agradable todos los demás son miserables, desconectados o simplemente groseros. También el teléfono de la tienda apenas funciona así que no apuntar en el timbre de ellos! Pasó por varios meses de ser una línea telefónica que suena y luego se corta, sin respuesta casi como si alguien estuviera bajando el teléfono. Y ahora contestan pero suena como si la persona siempre estuviera conduciendo o a un millón de kilómetros de distancia. En teoría, unas 130 libras esterlinas deberían ser suficientes para tres personas, excluyendo las bebidas. En realidad no lo era y no solo que los estándares de este restaurante son pobres en todos los ámbitos. Ellos solían ser mi local hace años y estábamos de vuelta en la zona, así que pensé en volver y darles mi dinero. Lamenté haber vuelto con ellos. Ahorre dinero y pruebe otro libanés hay un montón de buenos lugares en el suroeste de Londres que son justos, dan buen servicio y proporcionan porciones razonables para los clientes.

A group of us went there to celebrate a friend's birthday and we had a great time. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant friendly girl and the staff were nice and professional at all times. Especial thanks Adrian and our lovely waitress Eva.Food & Entertainment were very good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful food. The starter platter and flat bread was gorgeous. A pity it was empty. Well worth a visit.

We’ve enjoyed the fish and chip Friday offer several times, it’s extremely good value, very fresh and tasty fish and chips and the desserts from the a la carte menu are always really good (the soufflé is worth a special mention). The standard of food that we’ve been served has always been very high. We also call in for drinks with family and dogs (with a bowl of chips or two to help the drinks…) and on all occasions the team have been friendly and helpful. The environment is wonderful, (we tend to eat in the pub.)

Un restaurant extraordinaire, la viande est incroyable et le personnel vraiment accueillant. L’ambiance est familiale.

Llegué para nuestra reserva y esperó 1 hora y 15 minutos para nuestra comida. No fue nada especial. Muy decepcionado de ser honesto. Le pedimos a nuestro servidor actualizaciones y él dijo que lo averiguaría y nunca nos respondió. La factura llegó y no se tomaron una copa de la que deberían y el cargo por servicio. Buen trabajo que comprobé ya que el servidor acaba de comenzar a poner el pago a través, esperando que yo solo pague. Al final nos dijeron que tenían un problema técnico en la cocina, un error de microondas. Así que parece que también se meten mucho en el microondas. No para nosotros.

Came for dinner and went for the standard tapas. It’s was I think a 9 courser !! Food was really good and the service was excellent in terms of speed and the way they describe exactly what was on each plate. The only tiny thing that could have been better was the wine list. It was a bit limited

Absolutely amazing meal tonight. Food was fantastic and all staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely be returning. X

Another fantastic visit to a great place, normally go for breakfast, but we had lunch today, great food, friendly service and Alfie made me the best flat white I have ever had in Weymouth

food is appalling , no selection and cheap poor quality food.No option and basically same meals for dinner and lunch this past week we have had to starve as poor options !For breakfast we have had to have dry cake!

The food was ok, the scones were like rocks and would have broken our teeth!! The service wasn’t helpful. Both of us are disabled, no offer of help to carry drinks to the table despite us both being on crutches. (2 sets of stairs) I had to ask another customer for help. He was brilliant thank goodness. After the meal, we asked if we could order drinks to the table. We were told no, but weren’t offered help, the bar manager went for a smoke with friends instead. I did explain that we couldn’t navigate the stairs with drinks. Her answer was ‘ok’ ta! I could understand if she was busy, it wasn’t quite lunchtime yet so it was nowhere near busy or full!, but she was just sat talking to the two guys who seemed to be on their lunch break. The view was amazing as it was a beautiful day and the patio looks out onto the lake. Just a shame the staff don’t really give a toss.

Realmente estaba deseando como antes (hace un par de años), pero esta vez la comida estaba “bien” - algunos platos mejor que otros. No hay ambiente - nuestra camarera claramente no quería estar allí o al menos dio esa impresión. Un montón de platos de servir con patatas fritas y molestas moscas de la fruta - algo así como nos desanimó. Estaba allí para la comida previa al teatro - se veía mejor una vez que se encendieron las luces, pero a la luz fría del día se sentía ‘gruñón’. No se apresurará a regresar.
