The best restaurants serving Lebanese food in England

Extreme satisfaction for last nights birthday grub - fed 7 of us for under £40. The food was simply Devine - the service was incredible. Very happy professional service and will definitely be eating in again ! Thank you so much for such a fantastic meal out .

Si tienes un plato con proteína como ingrediente, las porciones son bastante pequeñas. El servicio era muy bueno. Un par de puntos negativos ... es un poco caro para lo que se obtiene . . si usted tiene 3 platos y una bebida sin alcohol o dos, es alrededor de las £ 50 por cabeza. Además, si te sientas en la mitad de la sala de estar más cercana a la puerta, entonces sientes una explosión de hielo cada vez que se abre la puerta, ya que no hay vestíbulo o entrada de chicane solo un calentador de puerta que no gestiona el trabajo. No es algo que quieras en un restaurante decente. Quizá hagan que los repartidores usen una entrada diferente... ¿Está en mi top 10 de Reading - probablemente no - pero no es malo.

Food was delicious and plentiful, we ordered two portions between 3 of one of the set menus and it was still too much. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with gorgeous views of the green outside the window. Loved it.

been here for years but this time the portion sizes were very small compared to normal, the lamb was very fatty

Get what your given here mate, no wonder they don’t answer the phone, because they can’t be bothered explaining that they haven’t got the stock of the food there selling and not delivering 👍🏼 no refund as the stuff nut delivered doesn’t have a price ?

Turned up on Valentine’s Day and it had shut down, no warning when we booked very disappointing. Must’ve shut down recently, wish the website would’ve said, my mrs is very disappointing

The food was mouth watering the service was so kind and wholesome they really made me feel welcome and appreciated.

Awesome kebabs, burgers, chicken wings - we don’t go anywhere else. These guys have been there for years because they’re the best. Special chicken kebab a firm favourite

Returned to Mezza for a catch up with friends as last time it was amazing. Really disappointed, I know everywhere prices have gone up which we have to except but the quality shouldn't have gone down, which we feel it has. No salad, just the pickled bits, no sauces and if we didn't ask we wouldn't have been given any, portion sizes have dramatically reduced too. Had ice cream sundae for dessert and the crunchy bits and sauce missed. Tasta was ok but not blown away. We won't be returning.

There have been mixed reviews about this place, including by one of the party I last visited with, and that is why I think it is important to say that over the last few years I have had two lovely experiences with friends at Liban. The most recent just being 2 days ago on a Friday night. I think it was better than last time. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to our needs to be outside in the beautiful courtyard area with the heaters. We were even allowed to bring our dog as we had done years before. When we booked it stated we could have the table for 1.5 hours but we were able to stay for 5 hours! We just like to sit and nibble on tapas while we drink wine and would much prefer to be in this peaceful setting than in one of the local bars. Thanks again for such a lovely evening and accommodating us until close so we could have a good catch up. We hope to be able to come back and enjoy a similar evening more regularly.

We decided to drop in for lunch as it looked rather pleasant from the outside and the menu read well. Nice atmosphere on entering and the staff were most pleasant. Unfortunately it went rapidly downhill from there. The food was absolutely disgusting. The Lebanese sausages just tasted of cloves, virtually inedible. The chicken liver was dry and looked so unpleasant and the pitta arrived in plastic bags! I’m sorry to say it was undoubtedly the worst meal I’ve ever had.
