Really nice place, great food and the customer service was fantastic. Aznel is extremly pleasant, helpfull and made us feel special. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Many many thanks. Sir you work in the right industry as you have the skills for it. We tried the place for first time and we had a lot of questions. He took the time to assist, he offered us a bigger table when we did not notice them. Such a refreshing time we had. The prices are unbeatable for the area. I will highly recommend and we will return next week to try some more. Stefania.

I have lived in the Middle East and I have good experience from Arabic cuisine. This is a no fuss place. Fast food style / self-service / help yourself and then pay. The highlight is Arnel - the customer service front of house assistant who makes such a huge difference. He is polite, engaging, smiling and the right person for serving guests in what appears to be a sterile environment. Lacking the usual warmth you will find in a Lebanese style restaurant. But, as I said this is not a typical restaurant. You grab and go or you grab and sit-in or outside. Outside is really pleasant. Spacious area to sit. Wide pavement and relaxing to watch people pass by if the weather allows. Convenient location by the Baker street station and easily accessible by lots of buses. We had the rice with chicken - perfect temperature - tasty dish We also had the hummus - sorry, but this did not have the right consistency. I had to use a knife to remove some to spread on the pitta bread. Hummus should be silky and smooth so that one can take it with the bread. Lacked the right balance of flavours in terms of tahini, lemon, olive oil and cumin. We had the beef fatayer - the filling was tasty but the dough was hard and certainly not the right dough for a fatayer. We also had the spinach and cheese fatayer - dough was hard and the filling not sufficient to taste all the flavours. My husband had a latte - he liked it If we go back we will come back for Arnel - thank you for a great service with a smile!

Loved my lunch today @ Za'ta! Proper home cooked food, chicken and rice dish with a side of salad, stunning!

Still one of my favourite places. Freshly made, served quickly Lebanese food. Casual. They do all day breakfast as well. Really good selection. They display calories and nutrition which is helpful. Clean. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. Great place for breakfast, lunch or a quick, light dinner. The omelette is my favourite. There is a good selection for those who follow a vegan diet. Spacious and big with seating inside and some outside as well. Fast wifi.

In a city of wonderful Lebanese restaurants, I fear how this venue will survive apart from the lunch time clientele. Food is OK, but I tried half a dozen items and nothing wow’d me. Friendly service though.

Great service. Good menu. All day breakfast as well. Most Lebanese restaurants in London are more formal. This is like a casual cafe where you can get a quick bite to eat or take away. Food is freshly made and served very quickly. Spacious and clean. I disagree with the previous reviewer. I had the omelette which was delicious. Lovely flavours, subtle hints of cinnamon and Middle Eastern spices. It wasn't greasy like some omelette's. Reasonably priced. They display photographs on the website of the food as well as nutritional information and calories which is useful.

Food arrived very quickly, but things went downhill after that. Omelette was leathery and also contained bits of egg shell; roast cauliflower had gone soggy. Better restaurants just around the corner, which was doubly annoying!

This place is new, it is spacious & lovely. The food is a selection of real Lebanese sort of snacks, lunchtime options or even dinner. I loved the moonishe (like a Turkish pizza) so very fresh & flavoursome. All it needed was a side of real chilli sauce. I really hope this place gets more business in the current climate. The staff are lovely. (They seem to get a lot of takeaway orders). I will definitely be going back. It was mouth watering & the price was reasonable too.

We just returned from a one night stay at this hotel as a party of 9. The hotel is very warm and welcoming and is beautiful. The overall standard, including service and cleanliness is outstanding. I would to like an especially thank Benjamin BIGG the hotel manager for his hospitality and care during our stay. He made sure we were happy and even sent us off with brollies in the wet weather. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back with the family. Seetal Matharu (40 bash)
