Really nice shawarma - I got the chicken for take out and my sister and her friend tried it, which lead them to immediately go and get some too. I wish they used more hot sauce as we asked for a lot but otherwise very tasty. Would recommend

We dinned as a family in this place, it used to be owned by a Turkish family and it was great, now it a lebanese restaurant and not great at all. The food is average. The service is very poor, the waiter very cold, not a single smile, he was not bothered. The waiter charged us more without telling us, when cames back to ask about the extra charges, he said it is service charges. Got refund for extra charges. That was our first time trying this restaurant and I think will be the last. Don't recommend.

Shocking. Ate here today and the Moutabal was off, clearly expired. No apology given. There was a hair in the Meat Manakeesh. Truly awful. I've been to the other branches and all are significantly better and more hygienic than this place.

Amazing Lebanese food just like Teta’s

solid food. we are americans staying in the area and wanted good lebanese food. Wraps, salad and burger were all good.

The food is wonderful. I eat here or get a takeaway for my family and I at least 3 times a week. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed have ordered previously and was good service has gone down hill drastically . The food was cold the meat was hard. Rice no flavour and missed items no salad no bread. Was not the best experience.

Delicious food, simply grilled meat and salads with spicy dressing. Authentic and tasty. Well worth visiting if you’re in the area.

I had a terribly wrong order which was made even worse by the fact that I spent upwards of £20 for what amounted to cold rice, 3 lamb cubes and barely any salad; they took a long time to prepare my order which I would have forgiven if they were somewhat busy which they weren’t I was the one of 3 customers (2 had already received their food); they also started taking food out of the bag that I had order claiming that it’s not apart of the meals which I had paid for even having the receipt and order number wasn’t enough for the staff. Save your time, money and sanity by going to a different restaurant that treat their customers with a degree of civility and humanity while also not charging them extortionate prices for cold food.

I ordered Manakish to be delivered to my home and when the food arrived it was burnt so the chef must have seen the Manakish all burnt but proceeded to send it out for delivery!

I ordered some Manakish as I had family over and when it arrived all of it was burnt, the person that made the food must have known that the food was burnt but still sent it out for delivery! 😡😡

Ordered online and it said ETA 20. After 15 minutes of prep and 35 minutes of "your order is with the driver." despite the restaurant being a 6 minute drive, I called. I wanted to ensure our food wasn't cooling down in a sweaty bag somewhere. Magically our order was still being prepared but then arrived in 10 minutes. Arrived cold and soggy. Tasted fine but it was tough to stomach because the pita was wet, chicken cold and lettuce wilted.

I ordered meat manakish for dough and 2 zatz The order came with meat for the dough, burnt and thyme filled with oil The service was not there and the last time he visited the restaurant What do they advise?

This is the best place to come for food! Very welcoming hospitality, all staff are friendly and polite. The atmosphere is great, a homely feeling when sitting down to dine. The cleanliness is good also. The food is amazing, it has been for many years!! Everything has flavour, seasoned well and always fresh.

While tourism in London we made this restaurant our canteen: breakfast with the delicious manakish, lunch with all the mezze and kneyfe dessert. Everything is delicious and the servers are very pleasant. I recommend !

This place is really beautiful in taste and arrangement (setting). My fav every from them apart from the mixed charcoal grill is the amazing milkshake salted caramel Arabic coffee.

Superb chain in London! Super fresh, authentic food. Personal highlights always are the grilled meats, maneesh and salads with fresh juices. It has a family atmosphere too, great vibe and Super service.

I ordered a meal from here, I live about ten minutes away but it came 1 hour 45 minutes later. All the food was cold and the chips were soggy, the salad looked like it was eaten and was only half filled, the chicken and meat were nice but it was a very small portion for £16 per person. I called twice to track where it was as it was taking long and got no apology or reason as to why it took that long. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here but maybe the experience in person is better.

I never received my order and the restaurant said the driver took it to contact the driver like I would have the driver number

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. Only thing is some customers did kind of stare abit other than that it was great. I loved the oven baked bread and lamb and salad.
