We had the lamb briyani and popodams. It was very lovely and the service was excellent. Very warm welcome and overall good experience!

We had an amazing experience at Palm Asia. We ordered the Lamb Biryani and poppadoms, and both were absolutely delicious. The biryani was flavorful, with perfectly tender lamb and just the right balance of spices. The poppadoms were crispy and fresh, served with tasty chutneys that complemented them perfectly. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It’s clear they care about their guests' experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving authentic Indian cuisine. We’ll definitely be coming back!

really yummy indian food! the Lamb Briyani was so incredible. one of the best briyanis we’ve had. the Chicken Tikka Masala + Butter Chicken along with Garlic Naan was a hot favourite too! the Saag Paneer was so yummy as well 🥰😋 we loved everything we got! good service, really cozy space, yummy food. the perfect spot for a hearty dinner before the theatre! we didn’t take more pictures as we were hungry 🤭

It was very quiet when we called in, just before going to the theatre. It was a cold January evening so not many people about. We are very familiar with excellent curry restaurants. And this one was very good. The food was very tasty and freshly cooked . Plenty of it too and great value. The service was excellent too. It's a great place to eat before taking in a show.

The Atmosphere was amazing and the food was out of this world, I highly recommend this place for friend and family.

Dont have option to give zero stars cause the service doesn’t even deserve 1. They guy who was serving us was a middle aged man and he made racial remarks. Menu is completely misleading, we searched for pasta places nearby and they even have it in the online menu but when we went in, its a pseudo Indian restaurant who actually made racial remarks on us being Indian. Food is not even close to good. Will not recommend to anyone.

Such a disgusting place, we 8 ppl gone there today and we ordered our food and the waiter came to us and said every single person have to order separately and we all were sharing we also ordered many food as we all were sharing but the staff said every single person needs to order or we cancel the order and leave! That was really embarrassing thing ever and extremely bad experience of entering in this restaurant, where you’re only allowed if you pay for every single person!!!

3 years of living in London and this was by far my worst experience in a so called “Indian Restaurant”. Saw the menu online and it showed that the restaurant is serving Italian food but the information was misleading, there was no Italian food. Staff were extremely unprofessional. They were passing personal comments to us being Indian and were uninterested in serving customers. The food tasted really bad. Overall extremely bad experience, wasted both my time and money here. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely delicious upper-scale Indian fare. Right across from the Harold Pinter theatre the bright lights draw you in but the food and fantastic prices keep you here. We got the 2 dish’s for £20 which included a drink, appetizer, main dish, side dish, and rice. The food was so good we basically licked (spooned) the platters clean. Service was good,vibes were good, food was great.

Absolutely horrendous service. The waiters are insanely slow. I always say "leave the game befire it leaves you". These waiters had no passion, no commitment, no love for the game. It took more than an hour until we finally received our food. It was good but the portion sice was scandalously small. One should expect to be full after a starter, a main rish and two sides. I will definitely not come back to this place.

We stopped at PalmAsia longing for typical and delicious Indian food and we were not disappointed. We ordered chicken tikka masala which came accompanied with plenty of rice and some naan, and we could not stop eating 😁 The staff is nice and friendly, real Indian. They even suggested for us to try their typical beverage Mango Lassi and it was so refreshing to combine with the chill and spicy of the dish. Excellent place, we strongly recommend it.

Nice modern looking restaurant with friendly staff. Food was good and fresh. More of a contemporary style cafe than fine dining but good place for pre or post theatre meal. Sorry, photos taken half way through meal as we were so hungry. 😋 Salmon tikka and Dal were particularly tasty.

Lovely service, friendly staff and an extensive, authentic menu. We ordered the lamb passanda which was cooked beautifully as well as the chicken tikka masala and king prawn biryani. Flavours were good and deceivingly large portion sizes. Would have like the pilau rice to have a bit more flavour and ingredients but overall a good meal. Worth visiting for pre theatre

Butter chicken was a bit of a disappointment, felt like we had bought foodtogo from Tesco Express. The Bengal fish curry was nice. We came here based on ratings but it was a bit misleading because it was for the previous Italian restaurant.

I was pleased to arrive at the doorsteps of Palm Asia Indian Restaurant in London. I ate a rice dish that was reasonably priced. Samosas were a good choice. All my other dishes were tasty and the staff was friendly as well as hospitable. I wish this Restaurant success in all they set out to do. :)

Only recently opened, many reviews are still about the old Italian place. The service was polite and quick, but they forgot our keema nan. The fresh papadums were nice, but the curries we ordered tasted exactly the same. The pieces of chicken were warmer than the curries themselves. It was okay for a quick dinner, but we would not recommend for good Indian food, sadly...

What a hidden gem in a very busy part of London. The reviews are confusing because it's an Indian restaurant. The place was quiet, but very nice. Food was the best I've ever had. They were super kind and accommodating to my 6 year old son who is an extremely picky eater. Will definitely return.

We came from france on Holiday’s we were really hungry and had luggages with us. We Decided to have some authentic italian food before getting some rest. Glad we choose the Italos. Sam was super friendly and accommodating. Service was flawless even though there was one staff on the floor. I would definitely come back for their pastas. Carbonara was fresh and piping hot. Beef tortellini was to die for. Sam suggested us to try homemade aranchini and she did not disappoint us. Overall good work Italos you will be seeing us soon again.

Poor service, underwhelming food, very disappointing.

This is not an Italian authentic place and it’s way overpriced for what it actually offers. We ordered a burrata, a plate of fried calamari and a plate of cured meats + 2 Aperol spritz. The plate of calamari was £13 for six of them (2 pounds per calamari!!) and the plate of cured meats was just poor, the quality of the meats was so low. I’m an Italian and I can clearly tell this place is a scam. They are just leveraging the Italian brand to charge insane margins for low quality food. Definitely not recommended.

Came for a pre-theatre meal on a Saturday, as I imagine quite a few people do judging how busy it was when we arrived and how empty it was when we left. I got a note from Resy saying I didn't turn up, which isn't a surprise because despite telling them we had booked, they just showed us to table without checking. That should have been a sign. No one asked if we had any allergies. We had barely been given the menus before we were asked what we wanted. The menu is indistinguishable from any other Italian restaurant, with all the "classics". The food was OK, although nothing special. Some of the bruschetta topping from my guest's starter was on my plate. When they came to take away our starter plates my guest's plate was plunked on top of mine and then hoisted away. The plate for my main was taken away before my guest had finished his meal. I had to remind them to bring our water, which wasn't 750ml as on the menu. We overheard two tables complain that the wrong food had been brought. Servers were constantly dropping cutlery and generally shouting to one another. Haven't seen service this poor in London for years. We should have risked a queue at Pizza Express a few doors down.

Main course food was good BUT my wife's lasagne was cold in the middle and had to be reheated. Wife's expensive desert lacked whipped cream as advertised and she was too shy to complain until afterwards and they did nothing.

The best service we had in London. Really sweet lady, her name was Sam. She made our day with her kindness. Tasty spaghetti and a comfortable place. I definitely recommend.

We went to the restaurant for my daughters 11th birthday and when we ordered chocolate ice cream for dessert, the kitchen prepared a birthday cake with candles and sang happy birthday. The staff are so nice, food is delicious and if we come back to London then we are definitely going back.
