The food was very bad ,specially shawarm l think it was old ,and he served to thr costumer.

Food lacked flavour and tasted awful, wasn't fresh and wouldn't come back sorry.

We travelled from far at night just to try that shawarma and we were hungry, they were not even closed and they had 15 minutes left and they could have served us but the guy at the till (possibly the owner) was extremely rude. We had takeaway instead, they charged us £1 extra to add hummus to the shawarma each roll, the hummus which they could have possibly thrown away at the end of the night. They are far from being polite. Sorry but you lost a customer!

Great food every time. Staff are accommodating and kind. Never had a bad meal! The home made garlic sauce is to die for.

I saw that they had just finished cooking a fresh batch of whole chicken so I couldn't resist going in to pick one up. The chicken is cut and marinaded before cooking . The meat was juicy with a very nice depth of flavour. Really delicious grilled flavour. Takeaway comes with rice , salad and 2 sauces. Very good value for money and super tasty. Their kebabs also look to be of a high standard. Honestly the chicken was excellent

The meat was well grilled. Wraps were not too greasy

Mixed grill was average at best. Kofte & Shisha was dry. portion not great. Messe was better.

I booked 2 hrs in advance of my requested delivery spot but restaurant changed the time. Food was ok, nothing special but with 40% off we thought that we would order for a special birthday treat

Nice homemade sauces and reasonably tasty options but very grease heavy and prices are a bit strong. Noticed the main guy busy packaging up wraps and operating till/ handling money with bare hands all at same time. Not very hygienic!

Ordered tabbouleh through uber eats and this is was I received, a tiny portion and the parsley is barely chopped. Chicken shawarma was pinky and not tasty at all

The food looked and smelled lovely. The service was fast via uber eats. Unfortunately the food was really under-seasoned, lacking even basic salt in the meats. Especially the lamb and grilled chicken. I ordered lamb sambusek, they arrived on top of salad? I mean why? They went all soggy, soaking up the juices of the salad and ruined their taste. The hummus tasted very bitter, my son couldn’t eat it, although he loves hummus. The wings, ribs and lambs all tasted flavourless. The bulgar was dry. The potato battata harra tasted like it was yesterday’s potatoes. I had so much expectations from this place but unfortunately was left disappointed. Presentation was lovely and salad was very fresh. Lots of complimentary sauces given. The portion was generous and plenty for everyone.

Food wonderful as always but.... i ordered a whole chicken with chips and the chips weren't in the bag. We are chipless!

Gone down hill. Chicken shawarma lacked flavour and was barely cooked. Chips really thin and soggy.

Unfortunately, I cannot say that the order was good. We ordered wings and a mixed grill platter. For the price we paid for the platter, the quality and quantity of meat was very poor - very small pieces and dry. You can get much more generous and better value for your hard earned money portions in other places for the price. Sorry to be leaving this review, but this is the experience you gave us. Delivery time was good though.

After an hour of waiting for food on Uber eats, order gets cancelled, don’t order from here. Left hungry. Didn’t even have the decency to pick up phone.

The delivery time was very bad, the delivery man couldn't deliver the order because he needed a confirmation code, and the app never sent me that code, so I don't know what's going on with the app.

God I love eating here, been coming for over 10 years, it's always great. The falafel and halloumi wrap is a star, the chicken, rice and salad dishes are also good. Try their batata harra aswell.

Delicious food and very friendly staff, my kids have allergies so they helped me pick food they can eat. Im very impressed.

The guy who works here in the evening is extremely rude and needs customer service training, the other guy who works earlier in the day is great, the food is mediocre and has dropped in quality, the chicken is very dry.

I go there once or twice a month because I like their grilled chicken taste, which tastes kinda organic (maybe because it is halal), must have a good seasoning and it keeps me going there once in a while, the downside is that to eat in looks too old inside, it would do with a new modern look (decoration with happy colours) I know is not related with the food quality but maybe they will take this advice and it will benefit their business 😉. The younger guys are more friendly towards a request to take away part of the food I didn't want to eat there, I had a short break from work and sometimes I can't finish the nice portion they serve, the old man was in a rush and e tried to rush me into paying faster because he wanted to attend the next customer, when I asked about if I could take away part of the food I was buying he gave me a lecture about that that I told him it was unnecessary, and I just asked a question, I paid and I stayed, later he apologised but I hope that he realises that he shouldn't rush customers who genuinely are there to consume their food, nobody has to be rude about a question related with take away their food, just be nice and your customer will feel welcome and come back more often. I am not revengeful otherwise I would not give them four stars, I really like the food, only had once a bad experience that can be overcome. Their food quality deserves it and also the other staff members have been very friendly too, I'm not perfect too I just hope we all can improve from our mistakes 🙏

I ordered delivery from here many teams over the years because it was pretty much the only Lebanese delivery I could get. The food was great generally but after a couple of orders I felt a bit sick. It seems like their food safety standards slip sometimes. I don’t know why they do this. It lets the whole place down. I refuse to order from here anymore because this unacceptable.

Food is okay to good but incredibly rude and greedy service. I bought chips for my child along with a chicken. I had the audacity to add ketchup to the chips so my child could eat and the owner complained about using his ketchup and the fact that the chicken comes with sauce (not ketchup) and if he had known he would not have given the sauces. Shameful and unnecessarily greedy behaviour. I for one won't come here again. It's not the first time I experienced bad service here but this was way off.

The place is rubbish, the manager is not professional dumbest man I have ever seen. Place is very messy Cant describe the character of staff theyre all impolite. We were 4 people, and there was no place to sit, I approached, explained my stance that nowhere to sit, because 2 people sitting on a table for 4, and talked politely like a normal guy, and got responded that I am nobody and they will decide their problems by some “Manager”. Zero! They first take your money and does not organise anything at all! Its not the 1st time, its second time in a week!

Our family absolutely love Mannoush! We’ve lived nearby for the last 4 years and it’s been a regular go to on takeaway nights. The staff are always friendly and on more than one occasion we’ve opened the bag at home to find some cheeky baclava inside! I’m a vegetarian and there are plenty of delicious options, the felafel and halloumi wraps are both great, so are the salads. My family all eat meat and love the different wraps and main options, my husband is a big fan of the lahem meshwi. The restaurant itself isn’t huge, but its got its charm with a big window where you can watch the hustle and bustle of the high street while you enjoy your food. I couldn’t recommend Mannoush highly enough. They’re the best!

Terrible service from this restaurant. Rude when on the phone and lie about Uber drivers not arriving when THEY are the ones who are delayed in processing the order. Disgraceful.

I left 5 stars a few years ago. Now, i have to change as see in the pictures. I ordered online. I have eaten half way and spotted a fly in shwarma. Now, i will never go to this take or order again.

Worst customer service, no tissue, no fork, I ordered lamb shawarma take away which I was expecting tissue and fork, nothing was inside the bag, I was told by the person who took my order to ask for it which is very strange, lamb shawarma was unpleasantly wet of fat, (pre cooked not fresh) I don’t recommend to waste your money for such a poor service and dirty food, 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Undercooked meat, definitely not enough sauce, no one even asks what kind of sauce you want and which vegetables... you get it in a container and goodbye, and the waiting time is 30 minutes 🙄

I ordered the mixed shawarma wrap. I took the first bite and discovered raw chicken. Not undercooked, but RAW, as can be seen in the photos. I then opened up the wrap and found even more raw chicken. This is disgraceful and not what I expected from an Arab-owned institution. What an embarrassment to our cuisine. I ate the Kibbeh and am feeling sick now too. Am sure it must have also been slightly underdone as the coating was still very soggy and had no crunch to it. خجلتونا والله. اتوقع احسن من مطعم عربي!

A wholly dissatisfying experience. Half of the lamb was like chewing gum, the other half was dry enough to start a fire. They forgot to put halloumi in the halloumi wrap and also almost forgot to bag our chips before we left the shop, in hindsight it would have been a small mercy as the chips were soggy, bland and oily. Needless to say, urgent improvement is necessary, do not recommend.

Came back to mannoush after a few years the restaurant still looks the same as it did many years ago (not a bad thing) if I remember correct the plates used to be bigger, if you are looking to eat in this is a small restaurant it has about 4 or 5 tables and 15 chairs it's a very nice local restaurant nothing fancy so it's ideal quick bites in my opinion this restaurant is far better than some of the fancier restaurant nearby. So we went in Saturday evening about 9:30 was fairly busy we found one available table our orders were lamb shawarma with rice(£15) absolutely amazing exactly what we were looking for can't go wrong you can swap the rice for chips second order was half chicken and chips(£8.50) also was very nice above average and the last order was lamb ribs with chips(10.50) which was just short of average it's not the usual ribs that I am used to. Three main and two drinks came to £36. Overall I would say this place is worth a try take away or eating in.

I have not received my order from the restaurant. If you can’t accommodate an order you better not accept it or cancel it yourself. Would never order from them again!

Not what was in the photo, less food. A whole kebab was missing.

Ordered with Uber eats. They called the driver who set off then cancelled. So I waited further more for my food to be picked up. I could see the driver was waiting at the restaurant, yet my food was ready because it had been picked up once. The driver than made another stop on the way to me. What has happened is that the restaurant sent my order but called it back to add the extra stop, it’s cheaper for them to have one driver make several deliveries. The restaurant does not pick up the phone, they keep it off the hook. It takes 10 minutes max to prepare falafels, it took them 45 minutes to deliver. Once received, the tahini had spilled into the carrier bag and the food was all over the place as shown in photos. The falafels were rock hard. The restaurant should not have asked that first driver to pick up and should answer their phone and not let it off the hook. It is not Uber eats nor their drivers fault, but how the restaurant uses them. It’s to the disadvantage of their customers. I’ll never order again

Edit: I decided to try again after 4 years (the review below is 4 years old). Delivery has missing drinks!! Unbelievable 🤦 Most recent takeaway, ordered via their own website, took over an hour to arrive. Food was cold when it got here and the 2 cokes we ordered were missing. We emailed about the cokes and nobody replied so I walked in to the restaurant to discuss it with them, they took my mobile number and said they would contact me but so far they haven't. They've just lost a regular customer.

I made my first order from here. It was chicken shawarma, and I can say it was very tasty! BUT unfortunately it came cold as it was simply wrapped in a paper so it cooled down very quickly on the way. My advice when ordering online ask for silver foil wrapping. Will be getting from here again . Think you!

Really good place right at the start of Walthamstow market to visit with friends and family.

You can tell when food is made with love and this is definitely not it. The food has an identity crisis and can not be called Lebanese food at all. I ate it today again after many years (stopped going due to multiple occasions of rude staff to myself or customers I saw being spoken to badly and because of chewy meats etc) and low and behold, again, it was chewy chicken and dry. The shawarma on the other hand was like somebody opened an ocean preventing flood gate in a tight alley as a powerful current of pickle juices, sauces, and tomato water left the wrap nearly drowning myself and my ancestors. Monsoon season. Never again.

When they get it right, the food is awesome. But they mess up frequently. On one occasion the salad tasted disgusting and had probably been left out too long or was old, on another occasion they didn't add any sauce to the shawarma even though I had left a note for them to do so. Very hit and miss.

Mannoush Lebanese Restaurant used to be one of my favourite restaurants but sadly the way the staff spoke to me was horrible and completely unprofessional. Although, I ordered whole grill chicken with rice I went to use the sauces which was on the table for eat in customers but the guy at the counter started arguing and saying I was not allowed to use the sauce as it was for customers. I was very upset about this as I explained that whether I was taking takeaway or eating in I was still a customer and had same rights to use the sauce. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope that the restaurant learn from this and learn how to speak to their customers!

Delicious takeaway, great portion, you'll see me back a lot

I have never ever left a review right after eating food before but this is a special occasion. I have never tried food so fresh, tasty, and overall delicious. I ordered the food on Uber eats and when it arrived everything was neatly packed they also gave me a complimentary drink on the side and the food was just outstanding definitely a 9/10 and I have never given a 9/10 before will definitely order again and recommend this place to friend and family.

Favourite place in my neighbourhood for Middle Eastern food. Consistently high quality for years. Large menu, fresh ingredients, and always friendly service.

I order the shish taouk wrap a few days a week and it is perfect everytime! Amazing flavours and pairs very well with their homemade chilli sauce which is also placed at tables if you'd like to add more! Careful, it packs a punch.
