Regularly visit and am always happy with the service. Azhar & Rizwan especially are exceptional and always a joy to see. Great customer service from both and the food is really good!

I had lunch today at Sahara Grill Leyton. I had a fantastic experience I’ve got served by Rizwan. It was really good explaining the menu and the different seasoning and spices. The food was excellent. I ordered the king prawn fajitas and my daughter ordered the steak definitely come back again thank you.

This place has never let me down. I've been regular since inception and quality has never gone down. Ilford branch can be up down a little but this branch amazing.

Ridwan allahumbarik had impeccable service , me and a group 2 other individuals where fortunately able to dine at this branch. Very good service , speed and enjoyable atmosphere. Will definitely recommend and again ridwan.

Very poor service, very rude. Good food got wasted cause of bad arrogant waiters. Don't know who is the owner of that place, please check your CCTVs regularly and try to train your staff how to act just normal. Most people doesn't want extra ordinary service but doesn't appreciate rude behavior. I feel sorry for the kitchen staff, their hardwork gets wasted for this one or two front house staff.

I've gone past here for years and never went in so I decided to do so the other day and I can say it was OK. The service was the best thing. The guys are super attractive and helpful. The food was ok but it didn't wow me.

Excellent food and location, would of been rated higher if we was not sat in a corner as it was hard to get waiters attention. But service other wise was great.

Definitely nice food, freshly grilled and tasty. We had a nice service and bot. I would recommend playing a little bit of music to make nicer atmosphere and so guests cannot hear each other conversation from another tables.

I've been coming to this place for years. Today when we got here the restaurant was empty not busy at all. It was 3 of us. The guy at the door asked us in and offered a small table which is supposed to be for 2 people only. Very politely we asked for a bigger one. He then proceeded to offer the table of 4. Once my husband and daughter went to the toilet he came up to me and asked me to leave that table and sit back on the smaller table because we came without reservation. When I asked him why so many other tables are empty and he is only after this one he said its because he is short staffed today. I got up and was happy to leave, he then asked another guy to give us a table of 4 in another corner which they had originally closed. They way he talked and with no apology I decided it was best to leave and go somewhere else. I'm now at Sahara Grill Ilford without any issues enjoying my steaks. Will never go back again to the Leyton one. I hope they teach their staff how to behave with a customer let alone a lady. Just lost £££ today 🙂

Ridwan has given me excellent customer service, took my order straight away and even had an accident where I spilled my drink all over the floor and he cleaned up and replaced it for me without making a big fuss. Thank you Ridwan

Moved out of London but still visit Sahara grill every time I visit, amazing food and service.

Food was delicious especially the grill chicken and fish bits. Customer service was on point.

Went out for a lovely meal with my wife today, the food was 10/10 as always and the service from Rizwan & Yahya was outstanding. All in all I’m a satisfied customer. Thank you guys.

We were a group of 30 people roughly, who ran a little bit later than expected to our booking. Adam cared for us and looked after us very well, In fact, more than you would even expect, which was very much appreciated amongst all of us. The food came out quite promptly considering the amount ordered from us and all of the other customers in the restaurant. Such lovely food and even better customer service. Thank you Azhar for your hospitality. I would recommend the peppercorn chicken steak and my sister said “the halloumi was the best she’s ever had” Thanks again, will most definitely be back soon.

The new tropical burger on the menu is delicious 😍 chicken was tender, the chilli jam was a perfect combo with the pinnaple - sweet, chilly,saucy & juicy everything u can ask for in a burher

Sahara Grill Leyton has been a great please for me and my family this evening. Food has been amazing 10/10. Service was impeccable, everything was conducted nicely and orderly. But I want to shed light on my server Azhar. Who was very patient with my family, when my mother accidentally dropped her fork on the ground he gracefully offered to give her another one. Very keen on wanting to know if we had any allergies so he can suggest us the best meal suited for us. Azhar I wish you well and I hope this branch dosent take your excellent hospitality skills for granted. All in all great experience would highly recommend.

Went there for dinner from the White chapel branch to this one because the customer service there was horrible so we decided to give it another chance n came to the leyton branch. The food was nice but I must appreciate Mr Adam who is the manager. He was really nice n cooperative n truly knows how to make his customer comfortable. Even with the staff he was so kind n helping them with there work. Food can be a hit or a miss somewhere but with the right customer service you feel happy n relax in ur day out. Thanks Mr Adam for making us comfortable. Really appreciate it

I had an amazing experience at Sahara Grill Leyton. I had messaged them in advance regarding allergens and they really went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The manager, Ridwan ensured my request was handled with care, he came over and asked for me to make sure I was happy with my meal and if my requests were met/if anything else could be done. We were served by a wonderful gentleman named Ubayda, he always had a smile on and seemed genuinely happy to serve us and was ready to accommodate any request we had. Tonight was a great experience, 10/10. Will certainly recommend this restaurant to others! (Side note: my rib eye steak was specially made for me the way I wanted it, without their usual marinade and spices due to my dietary requirements, so it may look a little more bland compared to their usual steaks!)

Such a good place to have food! we went during peak dinner time on a Saturday and we thought we wouldn’t get a table but lucky for us the host/manager got us a seat within 10 minutes even though we did not have a booking. The food was impeccable. We ordered the Sahara platter (9/10) for 27£ and it was more than enough for two people, with us having to take some of it home as takeaway. We ordered the mutton chops as appetisers and for 16£ they were quite nice as well (8/10). Would definitely recommend and come back here again. Great place for family dinners/ dates and birthday parties as I saw they have a room for parties. Special shout out to our server Anas, he really helped us order and never left us unattended whenever we needed him. Overall a great experience.

Aaqib and service was amazing! I came here with my family, the restaurant was clean, service was fast and friendly. I had a juicy cajun chicken filet and my mom had the steak. Will definitely be coming back here

I really like the location and service is on point, I came back after 5+ years and the food just felt a bit subpar. Bring back some excitement with a new menu, other smaller places offer a better quality, price and range of items.

Food, atmosphere and service was excellent. The porterhouse steak was beyond exceptional and a testament to the quality Sahara grill strive to provide. Lastly, a special mention to Azhar who took care of us and our every need, he was polite and extremely professional, thank you for all your efforts.

The Mex Border Burger was nice. The coleslaw was perfect as were the fries. I was really disappointed with the half grilled chicken - I was not impressed with the taste nor the texture, the chicken was either old or off. I have had better experiences at places like Nando's, Franzo's and Chico's. Unfortunately I was not at all satisfied with the grilled chicken given the premium prices charged.

Food was great and served very quickly despite being busy. We was served by Ridwan who was extremely welcoming and friendly, regularly checking up on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food and service, particularly from Anas. His service was second to none and the staff should be happy to have him amongst them. I ordered the Classic Beef Burger with Chips and Herbi wings and my Cousin ordered Chicken with rice. All in all excellent.

Always a nice place where I like to eat when I go to London. The restaurant is wonderful, their plates are exceptional and the staff is always here for us to make this moment a unique moment.
