Food impossible to eat so spicy

The food was very disappointing ordered a 12 piece family meal I didn’t get the beans or coleslaw the chicken pieces where dry and tasted pre cooked very nasty food will never be ordering from them ever again

Found a metal paper clip in my food

I requested for chicken leg pieces and was given thighs and breast instead… very annoying as I order from here weekly & it’s a hit and miss on whether the restaurant will honor the order notes, especially when I wait longer hoping I’ll get my chosen pieces. Disappointed

My food didn’t arrive and they don’t want to give me a refund

Not happy at all. Do NOT order from here. Ordered at 5:30pm didn’t receive until 2 hours later, cold and soggy chicken. Not happy at all and will not be ordering again from here.

I never got my food. Was ridiculous!!! It took MORE THAN AN HOUR!! I rang The restaurant.. they tolf me the delivery driver was delivering 5 peoples food at once.. WHAT?! i get theyre busy.. but by the time the food was to get me to…wouldve been stone cold. Great. Going bed hungry! Never again!!!!!! Dont order from here!!!

Had a phone call over an hour before delivery time booked asking if they could delivery earlier, I advised no, thats why I pre-booked for a certain time. Food came on original time, but was cold. No idea if it had been with the delivery guy for an hour or what, also can of drink has been bashed and can dented and ready to explode. Very poor service and not happy at all.

This place is ridiculous!!! My order was missing three items. I called them and after explaining everything to them, they went silent and then disconnected the call. Do not place an order with them because you will not get your food.

Driver was terrible food was cold due to not being transported in thermal bag, and he was talking really loud on the phone disturbing a quiet neighbourhood after midnight and in delivery notes is was written not to ring the bell but he rang the bell and woke up family members 😡

Came 20 mints late very cold not happy about this.

The fillet burgers were dry stale burgers the fillets was not fresh at all like they had been sitting there for hours and had gone off.. Hardly any mayo on the burger and ordered 3x chilli sauces for 1.50 and got 3 mayonaises the chips makority undercooked and tasted like cardboard absolute waste of money did not even eat half the meal

The food actually wasn’t bad, but they sent me a wrap instead of a sub so I was very disappointed, it ruins the experience when ordering and feeling as though it is pot luck weather or not you get what you ordered, takeaway not cheap so you at least expect to get what you ordered, would be hesitant to order again because of this!

Portions are large and I even received a few extra pieces of chicken gratis, so thanks. The 'crispy' chicken wings are soggy and not very spicy as advertised. For the price I'm not sure it was good value though.
