Outstanding as always, great service, great food, we’ve never had a bad meal from these guys so give them a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I received a notification saying enjoy your food but the food was not here this was at 17.42 so I phoned the store and was told it just comes through automatically they contacted the driver and I was told she was 5 minutes away so why was I sent a notification saying enjoy your food!! she eventually turned up at 17.52 and the food was nearly cold and not very nice very disappointed

Food exceptionally sour, I think it was the sauce. Incredibly sour like unedibal. Shish cooked on flat top rather than over coals- not good. Won’t be returning, sorry.

Consistently great quality burgers and chips always arrive hot and crispy. Brilliant service to boot.

Majority of the order was wrong and a pizza was missing. Phoned to complain and got told they are too busy now to deliver and only offering a discount on the next order, what use is that. Woeful food and portion size is as tight as they come. £11 for a chicken wrap with only 4 pieces of chicken in, absolute rip off. Avoid of you don't want to be disappointed.

Very expensive for what you get. Got the order wrong, no source, missed off a pizza and told they couldn't remake because they were busy! I appreciate mistakes happen, but at least they can do is apologise and give a credit for the items we never received...

Consistently good and the service is excellent - chocolate cake was also a welcome surprise.

Not the best mixed kebab I've ever had, but a long way from being the worst. Good selection of meats, plenty of flavour and still nice and hot when it arrived.

Disappointing as this is normally my go to kebab but this time the donar meat was gristley and the chips were soggy

First order of the new year and it seems like this place is continuing on in the normal manner……FANTASTIC!!! Great food, great service, give them a go….we had kebab feast 2 and my family loved every bite.

ordered for 5.10 still hadnt turned up at 5.30 The app said enjoy your food at 5.15 but still not arrived.

Ordered at 6.38 arrived at 8.15 called them at 7.50 they said 10 mins when it arrived 25 minutes later it was cold don’t think we’re order again a joke.

Been eating here for 20 years, but last time I got food poisoning from here. I told my family and 2 weeks later they did aswell not sure what happened to this place this year but gone downhill.

amazing food, the delivery time is often over an hour but worth the wait.

First time customer recently and were very impressed. Once I got over 'cash only' the service was very good and the wait was explained and worth waiting! Mixed chicken/doner kebab for two was very tasty - hot, well flavoured and good portion size. Would definitely go back.

Salad was missing items not as advertised on the photos.

Pizza was OK, chips were cold and the garlic bread was just one squashed soggy lump. As for the delivery driver well what can say, one ignorant miserable lazy individual,couldn't be bothered to deliver my dreadful food, I had to go out looking for it. I was under the impression that I had paid for delivery. I shall not be bothering again Waste of money.

Been going here about 10yrs. Food is absolutely beautiful from kebabs to burgers it's all 10/10. Its very clean and tasty ALWAYS!!. most of all the staff are the best. very accommodating and friendly order is always spot on so is the food. Can't recommend anuff.

order was late, ordered 3 separate meals and selected sauce for each meal but was given 1 sauce pot.

food was amazing fresh and I got everything I ordered. fast delivery all round happy with this all. :)

This used to be the best kebab house in Chelmsford, now it’s average at best. All quality has dropped within the last three orders and they still charge premium price. Gutted that the quality in food has dropped, used to love it from here!

The food was very nice, the kebab was cold when I got it, but I called and it was rectified pretty quick and the second one was very nice I would recommend.

Just had the best chicken Shiah kebab of our lives. Really high quality meat and the Flavour of being cooked on the grill was absolute bliss. Perfect salad and chips As well. Doing good guys! Keep it up!

The only reason I've given a 3 star and not 4 or 5 is all down to delivery. Guys.... we are regular customers of yours. When we discuss takeaways, Favourite Grill used to be top of the list, but now the discussion orientates on if we want our dinner 20-30 minutes late and luke warm so has been less frequent and will stop now as last night was just frustrating. We had guests over who ordered elsewhere and their order arrived hot, on time and looked delicious whilst we sat there hungry awaiting our semi cold late dinner, we ordered before they did in anticipation of our order from you being late and theirs still arrived before and our guests had nearly finished by the time Favourite Grill had arrived. The quality is always good hence our loyal custom for over 6 years, your clearly busy which is great but your now so busy that I'm ringing in every time we order to find out where our food is knowing its NOT going to turn up hot and your staff know this also when I speak to them but they are so used to these phone calls, they hold no empathy and have become robotic. Unfortunately, no more. I've had enough of paying good money for cold food.

Order from here a lot but this time has a disappointing experience with the customer service. Our chicken kebab was meant to come with a salad but the salad was not in the bag. When we called to ask what could be done the member of staff denied that this could be possible and said “I checked and it was in there”. Disappointing that their solution was to suggest we are lying about a salad box. No offer of a refund or any suggested solution.

Lovely bit of grub very well cooked and not very greasy which is good very well priced and big thumbs up from me

chicken wings I ordered was not what I ordered spicy

burgers and onion rings were yum, we both enjoyed them.

thought id give this place a try from my usual place, I'm a bit disappointed with the quantity, the garlic breads are quite small compared to my usual and the quantity of Donna meat in a large is approximately half of what of what I'm used to getting, the chicken strips were nice and crunchy which is better than my usual but it was all only warm when I got it, delivery driver had an 11 min journey according to Google maps.

I’ve used this place before many times with no issues. However on this occasion the food was delivered cold and not particularly edible. Very disappointing

Great place for pizza, the kebabs look lovely, I met a friend in there he said the kebabs are great, the meal deal is good value for money. Never had a bad experience in there. I have seen them grow and become more busy.

I have been going to the Favourite Grill for quite a few years now, I have seen them getting busier and busier. Their pizzas are so nice, all the food they cook looks good. Very efficient, friendly service.

We order from the grill weekly. Food is very good, delivery time is bad. We ordered today and it arrived 2 hours later. Cold. Shame…

Food did arrive early however was not as ordered. Items. Not complete which is very annoying when that is what you have requested. This is not the cheapest takeaway will not be using again .

Arrived over almost 2 hours and turned up burnt and cold. Spoke to someone and they said it would be sent out again to no avail. Takeaway is the cheap for but this is rediculous

I like this place, food to a good consistent standard, prices good delivery could be better, but if it takes a bit longer to cook it properly then that's acceptable.

The best kebab take out in Chelmsford by far. The quality of the food is fantastic and consistent, quick delivery with friendly drivers! The hot wings are top nosh, highly recommended.
